We stopped near Canton for the 1st night of a 17 day east coast camping trip and noticed our muffler had completely ripped off. I checked Google for a good mechanic and found this place. Mr. Charles was super polite and when I asked if he would be able to replace my muffler and get us on our way the same day he said we will do our darndest. And wow, did he ever. He got us in immediately, helped us negotiate how to pull our travel trailer into his lot, and had the truck on the rack before we could catch a lift to the football hall of fame. He replied the entire muffler system that day and had us on our way within a few hours to enjoy the rest of our trip! We are so grateful for those that put such Great reviews about this shop that lead us here. Amazing experience!

We were traveling through on a road trip and based on reviews here stopped by here on a Friday evening. The reviews were right on. excellent friendly service and even though unhooking from our trailer lead to the oil change starting fairly close to closing time, they quickly got the work done. We’re very appreciative of the fast service to allow us to get back on the road for our travels.

I was able to make an appt online and come in the next day. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. They took great care of my vehicle repairs and explained to me in detail why certain repairs needed to be made. During a busy day I had to wait about 3 hours to get my repairs finished which I was on with. Definitely would recommend to friends and will return here for future service.

Tire Choice is a great business. They offer very prompt service. I needed a new tire and they were able to complete the job in time for my clinicals. The price was fair and affordable. Also, the location is very convenient!

I was looking for tire repair shops nearby and found this place. My tire would constantly get flat. I scheduled an appointment as soon as the next day first thing in the morning. They found a nail in my tire and performed a quick fix. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Its New Years day, gotta nail in a tire, turned out they had to put a new tire on. Had to get from another store, and got me back on the road in a timely manner. The lobby and restroom were clean and employees were polite and efficient.I recommend this tire choice location

They are nice here but idc if youre getting an oil change or air in your tire... You aint leaving for less than a 100$ for a more substantial repair 400 and up.

The sign says $29.99 oil change.Was quoted $29.99 plus tax. When Charles wrote me up it was $50.00. He said sign here and here. No I look at price. Told him what I was quoted and he said he must of gave me a coupon. Places like this always tries to get you.

Way too pricey for the littlest things I needed a new coil pack and spark plugs and these clowns tried to charge me 1400 and the first time I came I got charged 1700 for brakes tires and a filter

Fast place to get a oil change done and if u need any work done they are the place to go they get the vehicle in and out with in a few minutes if it is nothing major if it is something major with in a few hours

Ended up with a flat tire on the side of 77N, after locating a towing company they were able to get me in on short notice and got me back on the road in less than an hour even though they only had a single tech working on a Saturday morning.

Charles has great service, they are thorough and affordable, try to be speedy even on a busy day, if there is a wait it is worth it.

I really enjoy going to this location to get work done on my car. They are also able to answer any questions I have and are always friendly.

Previously had given this place 5 stars for tires work in 2020 yr. In this 2021 yr I am giving 1 star review along with BBB complaint and written letter to corporation about this manager because I scheduled my car repair by calling on Monday and scheduled repair for Wednesday. Dropped off car on Tuesday evening so that they can begin working on it early at 7am on Wednesday. Long story short... it is Thursday 5pm evening 2 days have passed and 0% work was completed besides simple analysis even though on 1st day they knew about misplaced lower ball-joint and missfire RPM going up and down a lot, no parts were ordered (ball joint) on the same day by manager, all their employees but 1 remaining mechanic left work early on Thursday and decided to not come to work, manager got sick and didnt provide any details to substitute manager. Very careless approach of current manager there. On top of it I have dealt with this manager multiple times and noticed his irritated and adjitated attitudes with me and other customers in person and over the phone. This manager does everything as If you are bothering him. If I am paying $320 for 1hr of work to replace ball-joint on my car it better be done on the same day, especially if I scheduled my repair in advanced and brought my car early and provided all instructions and details.

Would not recommend taking your car to their facility if you would actually like whatever it is you need fixed.

They told me my price was $2,477.and come change to get my truck fixed so I made sure thats what I had ...when I called to see if I could bring it in they said they needed half of my payment for the parts and then told me my price would be over $27,000(never had to do that with any other shops they would order the parts and the 1st price they would give me with the tax included NEVER went up ex:NTB said $1,265.00 thats EXACTLY what my price would be when it was time to pay and they NEVER asked for half of the payment) I would recommend people to go get oil change there and thats about it....because the owner said I had all these things wrong with my truck and I took it to 2 different dealership dealership and they said NOTHING was wrong with it other then something might be wrong with the transmission....and my differential was just fine my at tire choice they said I needed a new one I think they was just trying to get money out of me to meet their standards for last month I didnt even take my truck back ....I LIKE HONESTY FROM THE START

I came in for a tire to be put on and changed for a rental. Took them over an hour, it was early in the morning NO ONE ELSE was here and I got cut by someone else for an oil change and treated like I didnt matter. They (the workers) had no motivation to work and cared more about an employees used truck he just bought than finishing our cars. I will never come back to this place it is a joke. Who ever owns this place needs to fire every one and start over. I shouldve went to Walmart 🤣🤦‍♂️

Great experience overall. Scheduling an appointment online was very simple and they got to my vehicle right away once i arrived at the store. Charles was very helpful both in the store and over the phone. He found a few things that were falling into disrepair and was helpful in figuring out what wasnt so necessary when the price was too high. I left feeling good about my visit.

I appreciate an honest mechanic!I got off work and discovered a flat tire. Called them about an hour before they closed, spoke to a man named Charles.He got me right in, inspected my tire, and discovered the problem. He was able to fix it right then and there without trying to up-sell me on anything. At an hour before closing, this is incredible behavior!I also got to see him interact with three other customers. The man is an honest professional.Prices are more than fair.I’ve been to plenty of other repair shops in the area who either up-sell or deliver poor quality parts. They treat you like a real person here and deserve your business.

This review is for my friend Jennie... she visited shop #125 on September 30th, 2019, when her windshield wiper stopped unexpectedly in the middle of a monsoon. She was on her way back to Michigan from West Virginia and had plans to pick the dog up that had been boarded at the vets by 630 pm that day. When she stopped in, she spoke with Charles (the manager), who was very friendly and professional. He told her they wouldnt be able to get her in until 2pm, making her unable to pick the dog up that night. After the crew heard the dog would have to stay another night in a kennel, the staff was able to contact other scheduled clients that had a more flexible schedule, and Jeromy was able to start the repair immediately. She entered the shop at 1032 am, and was on her way to Michigan to get the dog, by 1233pm. A huge thank you to the people that allowed the shuffling to be done, and an even bigger thank you to the staff that made it happen. Excellent service, and excellent staff. This shop comes highly recommended!

I have been using this shop for nearly a decade for the bulk of my automotive needs. Oil changes, repairs, inspections and estimates. There are times where you may pay a little more for the overall service, but its worth it evreytime. I especially appreciate the Store Manager, Charles Biggers. He is a straight shooter when it comes to providing you the options for the situation.

I frequent Monro for oil change and tire rotations via mail coupons I receive. Although I ended up paying more than expected, I appreciate them advising me on my oil options due to the high mileage I have and my driving conditions. I’d rather pay $50 more for preventive maintenance rather than &300 for parts damage after the fact. I usually have positive experiences after doing business with Monro.

Very friendly staff. Said they were running slightly behind but would get me in as soon as they could. Really no delay at all! I needed a new air filter and they had it ordered and delivered within 10 minutes. Would definitely come back here for timely and friendly service!

There was a mix up with the online scheduling (thought I was scheduling at a different location) and that location couldnt get me in. I called the Market location where the online appointment was and even though I would be about 30 mins late, Charles the manager told me to bring it on in. He was super nice when I walked in and got the car in and out.I even witnessed his wonderful demeanor when a customer came in asking for a price to plug her tire. Charles explained that they dont do plug but repair from the inside which a better fix. The customer was very short and rude, but Charles was polite and provided the information she wanted. I will be bringing my cars here from now on.

Charles was the one who I spoke to when I had popped my tire and had to come here from tuscarawas county since no one is open due to the pandemic. Went in for an oil change and was told my transmission needed a flush. Unless the popped open my SEALED transmission theres so way they would know this and even then that was a service I did not ask for. Dishonest employees and higher bill than if I had just got Liberty Ford where my oil change is $32.67 post tax

Charles is great, all the staff are great. But this place is super expensive.

Gets everything done quick. Charles is a great communicator and we always have fun while we talk about the work to our cars. I have and will continue to visit this Monro.

I had work done here once before and I came back because I popped a tire. This time I was very disappointed. Prices have greatly increased with the name change and the staff informed me that I needed new tie rods and an alignment and they quoted me a price. The alignment alone was around $250 and I know that Ive never spent that much. I took my car to a place in Dover and had it completed for $80. I took my car to the mechanic I have gone to for years to check my car over and he said that in no way did I need new tie rods. Im disappointed that a place I originally thought I could trust would try and screw me out of money. I paid $100 more than what I should have for tires as well but I did that because I drive a lot for work and was unable to wait for that repair. Sadly, I will not be returning as I can no longer trust that they will be honest with me. The only good thing I can say is they worked me in quickly. So as long as you know what your car does and does not need you are probably fine.

I was greeted promptly by a smiling man named Charles who listened to my concerns about tires and brakes. He got me a fast same day appointment and had one of his technicians run me home so I could keep working. They kept me informed about what I needed and offered several options. I was extremely happy with the level of service I received and highly recommend them for quality of service.

They was quick to help get out tire looked at and fixed after we went to three different places to have it looked at and all those places turned us down. They was able to help us out get our car in fast and had us out fast. Would definitely recommend this shop for further business.

I got in a bind about over an hour from home, was able to get it almost fixed but needed an impact driver to finish it. Called in, Charles said to bring it in and hed help us out, they got us right in put it on the lift and finished it up for less than $20(knowing they could have charged more because we were in a bind)... Very appreciative for their kindness & help getting back on our way home, its been a long day!
