Great customer service! I made mention regarding a separate part of the company not really expecting anything back. This wasnt the case, within 24hrs someone called me and said they would see it handled ASAP.I was thinking of changing companies, this is no longer the case at all!

It works! When we moved here, we had a HUGH ant problem and NW solved it in short order. Another reason we like your services is the friendliness and knowledge of your service personnel.

Weve had this company since we moved here 16 years ago. We were lucky enough to have them for the original termite service with the house and we continued that warranty and service. From then we have not only have the pest control service we upgraded to the Elite program including ALL bugs inside and outside your home .. the bugs that would stay and infest on your dogs... Mosquito treatment... Bees (like the Carpenter Bees eating your wood away).... Ants... termites (which we got these termite spikes that go in the ground all around your home).... rodents (we have 2 rat boxes being by woods and other homes..they eat this and die elsewhere). Its very comforting knowing my yard...home... family and dogs are safe. IF I ever see any issue with a bug...i can call them and they schedule any extra visits to come out and take care of the problem. We also have the yard service... to make sure the grass is coming in strong... healthy... green ... no weeds.... we all need this service just for the weed control. The employees have the best customer service.... I love their care in to what they do. Very happy for 16 years now!!

Northwest has always done an excellent job of taking care of our pest control. Most recently, Rasheed went WAY above and beyond our expectations in discovering an issue in our attic which should been discovered by our roofers. He is to be GREATLY commended, and we will always be grateful!

I’ve been with this company for 20 years And just recently I’ve had one of the best Techs, Rasiid Taylor, He always announces when he arrives, he asked me if I have any problems, he explains what he’s doing if I have any questions. The pest control service is always completed regularly and thoroughly. The service technician is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. If we have any issues with pests the technician quickly determines how to solve the problem.

MY experience with Northwest was great. My call to set-up service with them was handled efficiently and quickly, with all the information I needed to make a decision. As far as my service appointment, Dan arrived in the timeframe scheduled, explained what he was going to do, answered my questions about the service going forward, and gave me all the information I needed should a problem arise. Dan was professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Read the fine print. Termite mound / bait stations are not sold to the homeowner. If you dont pay the $250-350 yearly inspection fee they will pressure you into letting them come remove them from your property. Failure to let them remove a product, paid for by the builder/prior owner, will result in Northwest Exterminating reporting you to DOW chemical. Five years of this would equal $1250.00. I can buy the same termite bait stations from ebay for less than$150.00.

I have called around looking for a good and reasonably priced exterminator and was disappointed in what I was been offered until I found Northwest. My daughter and I always laugh at the silly/cute billboards, but now Im glad I paid attention to them because just when I was feeling defeated, I remembered the angry mouse! My service was great and my service professional, Rachel is awesome--you go girl!I highly recommend to anyone in need of a good exterminator to call Northwest--you wont be disappointed. 😊

Recently moved into a new home in a new city. Did not know who to call. Some of the neighbors recommended Northwest Exterminators, so I gave them a try. Daniel was our tech and we LOVE him! He took time to explain everything...answered all our questions...was so pleasant.... We called them back for ants and he listened to all our concerns. Daniel even wrote us a note thanking us for being new customers. That is a company that values their customers!

Northwest is my company of choice for both termite protection and pest control. Those who make appointments are pleasant, informative and professional as well as pleasant. The Rep who comes shows in the time frame appointed (in my case, Chad), is extremely knowledgeable and shares information to help me understand why these critters insist on joining the family both inside and out. As soon as I see some crawly and icky foreigners - particularly the different clans of ants who are sooooooo persistent, I call Northwest. Problem solved. I have and willl refer Northwest to anyone needing pest control.

Since we moved here 10 yrs ago the builder had picked Northwest Exterminating for all these homes to do the spraying needed for the closing of the homes and you could keep them after for the warranty of the service. We have always been very happy with not only the pest service but ALSO the lawn service they provide. Everyone is very nice from the girl setting up appointments to getting the service done. The customer service is excellent. IF you have any issues of any pest or weed they will come right back out and take care of that too no charge.I have to tell you about our last issue with ants. Seems they kept coming in the back door smelling the dog food. I was putting the dog food further away from the door and making sure no food left overnight but the other day when I came downstairs to see abt a hundred ants all in line from the door all the way to the dog dish in the living room from the one dog kibble on the floor I freaked out!! I sprayed off and cleaned up but called Northwest almost in tears about this. Our representative Rachael called me back and she was on the other side of Georgia but said she will be at my house as soon as she is done. By 3:00 she is calling me and on the way to the house as I wasnt there at the time she said she can still look for the ant trail outside and let me know. She called back and not only found the trail, she found the ant nest, and told us how to cut back the tree limbs from the deck for they are going up the tree to the deck into the back door. But she sprayed everything.... I couldnt believe she found all that!!!! I just want to brag about how her heart is into this... she took the time and hunted the problem and found it... she is amazing. Its great to have someone help you like this and not most of other sales places just doing the job... she goes way beyond her job with her hard work and personality... just love this girl.... thankyou Rachael Lawrence for your great job!!!
