We have been using CT&PC for our pest control for a year now. We have been extremely satisfied. Today, we called them because a 6 king snake had decided our basement was a great place to shelter. They were at our home within 15 minutes of our call and humanely and quickly caught and removed the live snake and will release him somewhere safe for the snake and away from people. We couldnt be happier with their service.

Have had Canton Termite and Pest almost a year now. They’ve been amazing. Super responsive, flexible and safe (especially during COVID). We had a huge European hornet nest in a large hollow cedar tree in our cow pasture. The tree was located next to our cattle work pen and water trough with several nest entry points about 5 - 8 feet high. Its location posed a serious hazard to us, our cattle and neighbors. William Botts, our pest control technician, was great. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The hornets were treated and gone! I had the bad luck to move into a house that was unknowingly infested with roaches. I was able to get an appointment the very next day and the service man showed up right on time. He explained everything really well; the products he used and how they worked and what kind of results to expect. I noticed some improvement, but getting rid of roaches is a process. He came back out today for the second treatment and again was right on time and just as friendly and professional as the first time. I very highly recommend this company!

I can honestly say that Canton Termite and Pest Control cares about their clients. For example, our technician, Jacob, was out today. While he was spraying the yard he heard me yelling for our dog. He immediately realized that our dog had gotten out and was walking up the hill. He brought him back to me and helped me figure out where he got out. When I got the kids down for their naps I went out to fix the area that our dog had dug under and it was already fixed! Jacob had went out of his way to gather large stones and fill in the area for me.That may seem like a little thing to some people but to me that was a huge blessing.We will continue to use Canton Termite and Pest Control because they treat us like family not just another client.

I thought it might be termites because the paint was removed from the area as though it was being eaten. He asked me to email him a photo. He called me back and assured me it was not termites. He and the owner of the company gave me some suggestions of how to treat this mold-type substance. This could have easily gone in the opposite direction and charged me lots of $ to investigate a pest problem. No need to wonder if you will get a fair, honest deal with this company. They have a perfect 5 star rating because they have earned it the old fashioned way - by being honest.

I had a great experience with Canton Termite. Joel was my pest control guy and he was amazing. He was very professional and very polite. I was having problems with flies coming in my home and I told Joel about it and he put out a little orange jar that sits on top of my refrigerator so you cant see it and I promise I hardly see any flies now. (FYI: I have a very clean home, Ive been told that the problem with the flies is that we didnt have a cold enough winter to kill them.)

Ive had bats for quite a few years now. They hang on the gable vent on the side of my house, and eliminate a mosquito problem at our pool. Fearing the amount of guano that had gathered on the screen leading to the attic, I called and spoke with William of the Wildlife Division. He came out and cleaned the mess the bats had made, fitted a grated screen inside the vent so the bats cannot attached inside the vent, and spread the guano he gathered around the base of the tree where I have placed a bat house. I was amazed when he even showed me a video of the procedure as he completed the process! I am so please with how well William took care of my bats, and the process to ensure they land elsewhere. I am so grateful!

When I had termites he thoroughly explained all the different types of treatments, how they worked and how they are applied.Because of my experiences with Tim and as a Home Inspector I refer him to all my clients.
