Made a online appointment for 4pmand got there only to be told it will be 45 mins longer then I came back and it was another 10 mins then here it is almost 45 min past our appointment time and still waiting. very disappointed with service I traveled 40 minutes to get here will not send anyone here.

This place is usually pretty good, but dont make online reservations via the app or website. I did this and waited in the store for 15 as well up to reservation time. Some people came in for a walk-in and I was told that they take priority over reservations. So I walked out. They lost our business permanently a family of four at 60-100 a visit once a month

Nate did a full head of foil thin highlights on me on Monday and toned it after taking the foils out and rinsing. I have never been more satisfied with how my hair turned out especially after having little trust with people touching my hair! He was so friendly and had many open conversations with me which made the experience that much better, I will definitely be going back! ☺️💆🏽‍♀️

Nate cut my hair and did a fabulous job. Super satisfied. My hair is thick and fine and a lot to work with. He took his time and gave my locks some much needed TLC.

I had a random urge to make my natural dark brown hair to an super short undercut in a platinum blonde. I was a walk-in and after confirming exactly what I wanted Valerie did a fantastic job! She was very thorough and made sure every strand and cut was perfect and I really enjoyed my time at the salon. I feel like a total badass! I even got a coupon for some high quality shampoo for my new doo! Thanks Val, Ill definitely be back again!

If I could give this salon a 0 rating I would. Regardless of the fact that I went there to get blonde done and I turned out with gold hair, the manager was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional!!! I told her in a respectful manner that I didn’t like it and she flipped out and was extremely disrespectful and could not take any constructive criticism. I told her it wasn’t blonde to me it was copper and she proceeded to yell at me telling me that that I’m not gonna come in her salon and tell her about something that I have no experience in. She proceeded to get mad at the fact that I said I didn’t like it and tell me not to come back to her salon. It was the most disgusting situation I have encountered and the hair color is embarrassing and repulsive. DO NOT waste your money and go to this “salon”.

The stylist, Nate, was wonderful and I love the fade. He gave me exactly what I asked for and it looks even better than I had hoped.

Absolutely the best. Lori in Canandaigua NY nails my haircut even after not going there in a while. Shes been fun to talk to and I havent felt awkward while someone cuts my hair. Actually everyone there seems super cheery but as they say dont fix whats not broken so Ill just keep it with Lori. I litterally Dont have a bad thing to say about this place! Thanks guys and see you soon.
