Im never coming back. They never get it right, the only one who gets it spot on is the blonde one. Congrats to her. Everyone else shouldnt be cutting hair.

Posting on behalf of my significant other who just got his hair cut here. Service was friendly enough, haircut was poor quality though (patchy with longer hairs missed in the front). What’s really disappointing is they charge you to use their hand sanitizer?? $4 for one pump of hand sanitizer, after it was requested by an employee that he uses it before he sat down. Completely understand the request given COVID-19, but $4? The profit margin on that 16 oz bottle of hand sanitizer is absolutely atrocious, not to mention the charge wasn’t disclosed until he went to pay for the service. Will not return, and would not recommend.

WARNING: do not let a young blonde short haired woman cut your hair here. I literally showed the woman a picture of how I wanted my hair and she completely messed it up. She didn’t know what she was doing or how to properly use a pair of scissors. I simply asked for a trim, but instead got butchered. She knew she kept making mistakes and even tried getting assistance from the other hairdressers, but the damage was already done. Never coming here again.

Tricia cut my hair and did a great job, will definitely come here again!

Good place for a quick trim up

This is my go to place. I have my favorites and will not go to others. Not everyone is equal in skill. Cindee and Laurie are the best.

My son always has anxiety when getting his hair cut. This is literally the ONLY PLACE he will let me take him. And the ladies are so sweet to him. Best team of stylists in Canandaigua by far.

Needed a haircut and being new to the area took a chance on this place.Stylist Patricia was very friendly and highly skilled. Salon was clean and I didnt have to wait (perhaps because it was about 30 min before closing)I usually DIY my haircuts (against plenty of better judgement 😉) but the quality and value here will make me come back. Thanks Patricia!

They gave me a buzz cut without asking what I wanted. Then they gave one to my cousin and friend a few months later.

DONT GO TO HEATHER. She butchered my hair and was very rude. The other girls are very nice and the manager, Cindi, took time out of her day to help me and did a great job fixing it. Patricia does a nice job as well.

First I have to say that Patricia was great with my daughter, she is four and was her first haircut. She only had a tiny bit trimmed, but she was nervous and Patricia was sweet and patient with her. Even braided her hair when she was done☺My son and I on the other hand were butcherd by Heather, and I mean butcherd. I wish I could post a picture of how horrid my bangs are, she clearly needs to brush up on exactly what a bang is. My sideburns are a half inch long!!!! Im still in shock. I dont have a clue what to do. At least my sons will grow out in a month out two, unlike mine that will literally take a year or two to be able to do anything with. On top of that she was rude. If your going to be a terrible hair dresser at least try to be somewhat friendly.You are rolling the dice going there, pay the extra few bucks and go somewhere decent unless of course you are considering saving your head in the near future anyway.

Not the best place in the area to get your hair cut as you ask for it. I had my hair cut on three different occasions, and was unhappy about the quality of each cut.

Took my son there: woman literally spent 5 minutes on his haircut: no one smiled or spoke to me; in fact got very weird vibes there.$23 for 5 minute horrible cut- will never ever go back.

These are some of the laziest ppl , cut half my eyebrow off and ruined my dye.
