I scheduled an appointment via Google. For an express Manicure, just cleaning up my nails and a simple polish. They didn’t have any idea of my appointment when I got there so don’t bother scheduling via Google.I waited for someone to be available. I don’t mind waiting.The water they gave me to soak my hands was cold.I told her I wanted a tiny bit shorted and they ended up being below my skin. I posed a picture for reference. My before nails looked so much better. I was pretty upset and how my nail tech lacked attention to me and I don’t ever want to come back.The final product was jagged short nails with nail shavings left underneath my nail beds.. it was not a good experience for me. Maybe other nail technicians are better but not mine. I didn’t know her name.The manager/owner maybe offered me to wait so she could fix them and not to pay for the service.Honestly, it’s not about the money. I still left $10 because I wanted to make that clear.It was the lack of attention to me and my nails by the technician.San Jose has plenty of other nail salons that will do better jobs.I won’t come back here.

It was just amazingly comforting the nail artists are very friendly 😁 didnt feel rushed to make a colo decision or to get off the very comfortable chair

Very nice. Asked if I wanted a drink once I got in total wait was a couple minutes. And the one whi did my nails was very quick and filed to a tee. Very happy and will go back soon

The first time I came was the best experience. This is the second time coming and I cant say the same. Got a manicure and pedicure. The lady try to only put 1 top coat and the sides was never even covered. They did a good job on my toes.The first time I was offered something to drink, this second time I wasnt offered anything. But, the people that came after me was offered .Still up for debate about coming back.

I have been going to Lisa to get my nails done since my high school days and I am so happy she finally was able to open such an amazing nail salon in the heart of Campell!! The salon looks so clean and ready for new clients. Lisa and her brother and staff do the best job when it comes to nail care and waxing. They know how to cater to their customers needs and give them exactly what they want for a great price!! My mom and sister and friends all go to Lisa as well any time they want to get pampered. I hope you will give her salon a try! I very much recommend it!!

Very nice nail salon clean very courteous my pedicure was good but my polish did not dry right on my toes polish smudge. I know the lady was new and nervous. but I will be back to see Lisa to do my fill. Thank you

Love nails just opened but I have been going to Lisa for years and she’s amazing! The other manicurists also do a wonderful job in a timely manner. The salon is super clean and cute! There is many polish colors to choose from as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great mani/pedi!!

Lisa does a fantastic job not only on my nails but her lashes are amazing! They last on me for over 4 weeks without needing any retouching which for me is such a relief to not have to constantly be worrying about running to the salon. My little girls also love the princess mani/pedi she offers and the bath bombs are so much fun to add to all of our pedicures! Hands down I’m literally in Love with her and her salon. She’s been our technician for years but now that her salon is open, I won’t go anywhere else!

Hombre on! Came in for mani-pedis and absolutely fell in love with their artistry. Went for an hombre with hot pink and a light pink (dipping powder) for my mani, and gel pedicure. Ivy did my pedicure with attention to all the details, and gave an amazing massage. (It was so good, I asked for a shoulder massage after!). Fong did the hombre in hot pink mani and he is an artist! I left feeling like a queen!
