Staff was nice. Got a full set that was mediocre. Lots of ladies getting a pedicure.

Great! Kathy and Mia are very good. Both are professional and the place is clean and COVID safe. Foot massage is worth the visit alone!

Got long acrylic coffin shaped nails and they come out fabulous! Mai assisted me and she took her time to be precise and to deliver great nails. They don’t have the widest selection of nail colors but they have enough to have options to choose from. The salon is clean and provides a calm environment to relax while being pampered. Definitely recommend. By far my favorite nail salon that I’ve gone to in San Jose.

Love getting my nails done here. I get acrylic and gel on my fingers and it lasts 3 weeks! And my feet are always happy after my pedicures. Even the wallet isnt annoyed with me. The ladies are all wonderful.PS The inside 360 picture is very old, about 3 remodels ago. The new look is cleaner and less cluttered.

Went with my friend to get basic manicure. Staff was friendly and patient with us. Music/atmosphere was nice. Open after 7 on a weeknight! Able to find a parking spot and walk-in appointment with no trouble. Would have been 4 stars if I had gotten a hand massage, like my friend did, for my $12. Price is reasonable, but i could lotion up my hands and put on nail polish for a similar effect...

Great nail salon. I switched to Hollywood Nails just in the last few months. Angie is my favorite for pedicures but they all do a really good job. The price is about $5 less than my previous salon. Service is excellent overall. The owner is very gracious and it is a calm atmosphere. Love that.

Clean, friendly, like to do my pedicure here. Have very good long massage every time! Price very reasonable, too.

I LOVE this nail salon. Ive been to many around South and East Bay and nothing compares to the service offered at Hollywood Nails. I needed a nail repair to my big toe, which also hurt. They were very quick and gentle. I had shellac done to both toes and nails and even had a complimentary parrafin treatment! In and out in less than 2 hrs for a complicated fix. I will definitely come back here again.

She put paraffin wax right over my jewelry without prompting me to remove it or giving me any time to react and stop her. I had to take my wedding rings down to the jeweler to get professionally cleaned to remove all the wax :(

Honestly the reason why Im giving this place of 5-star is because the lady Kathy that did my nails was awesome really awesome the pricing on it was average, about $20 for a fill. I also got my eyebrows done and they look so good

I love this place. They do awesome job on nail and waxing and are really afordable.

Worst service, made an appointment for two at 1:45. They started working on my friend at 2 and worked on me 25 minutes later, when I specifically made an appointment for the same time. Mai took 2.5 hours to put on white tips, which at the end looked horrible. You could still see the fake nail under the white powder. She charged me $50 and was shocked when I said no tip. Why would I tip if I had bumps from the gel being clumped. Worst nail job ever. Would not recommend it. For my friend she got acrylic, and her nail also had bumps from the clunped polish. Horrible service

Nice clean place but they did a horrible job on my toes. None of them were cut straight leaving jagged edges n the polish was hphazrdly thrown on. A great deal of it on my skin. Im 60 n cant see very good so i didnt find out till my husband told me. Disappointing experience

They did a great job! I went in to get two nails fixed I had broken and they only cost $6 and they look great!

The ladies here take good care of you. No idle chit chat between workers that can distract from relaximg.

Friendly staff. Nails and pedicure took 2 hours. Had made appointment for 2. We were not seated together and I had to wait 20 min while my friend was helped. Top coat of nail peeled within 2 weeks
