The person upfront is not good at communicating, He feels offensive when asked any questions related to the issue that you facing. They charging so much to replace the battery of MacBook pro. I won’t recommend them!

I broke my screen in 2019 on my iphone 7+ and was pleased with the service I received in replacing it at TechCare. Two years later, my screen was cracked (again! Ive got slippery fingers) and my home button wasnt working and my battery health was significantly degraded according to the messages I was getting from my phone. I was about to replace it but first checked in with TechCare to see what would be involved in replacing the screen, battery and home button and Im so happy I did! They fixed it the same day and I saved a bunch of money. My phone feels brand new! Plus repairing my phone means not creating more ewaste so double win!

These guys are great! Super fast and kind. I had an iPhone repaired by them hours before I had to catch an international flight (obvs pre-Covid). I will be taking my iPad to them next week and am so glad they are still in business.

Do not take your laptop or anything here!! These 2 Arab guys are crooks especially RAY!! Took my laptop in and they open it up not knowing I can see them from the front through the crack on the door and watched then take parts out and said my laptop has software and mechanical problems.WARNING TO ALL!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! VERY UNREASONABLY EXPENSIVE!! AND A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!

Wow! I took both our broken iPhones to Tech Care and the gentleman said he could repair them. I took a stroll thru downtown Campbell, stopped at a sandwich shop and before I could take one bite, he called me and said they were done. Very Professional and the pricing was just fine.
