When Apple was unable to help me due to my suddenly dead laptop being vintage, I wasnt sure what to do. Through doing an online search, I found ClickAway to be highly rated, and the reviews are correct! They were able to save my hard drive, and kept me updated every step of the way. I took my grand-daughters old computer in to see if they could recover some very important data. I was afraid since there were multiple failures that it would be very difficult if not impossible. I took a very sick Phone into the Store and a list of my concerns and Jesse and Eddie , the Manager, worked with me to do their best to solve my Problems. It turned out that the phone was beyond repair and they helped me select a new one and ordered it and will help me when it is availble. They were courteous knowledgable and answered all of my questions . I am very ignorant re how to solve these types of problem and they were patient throughout, in spite of having to repeat their instructions. I would highly recommend this Business and these People.I am grateful for their assistance

I brought in my computer for a diagnostic. My laptop was old and messed up. I was on a time crunch and it was an emergency. James came up with a plan with 3 options at 3 different price levels and I chose the best one for me. I really appreciated the options.When you go to the Apple Store you can get service but you won’t get your laptop back for 7-10 days. This place is fast, affordable, professional, and friendly. People show me that they are Lenovo certified, but my experience was terrible. They damaged my laptop. My computer was working fine and I only had a problem that appeared 1 month before and as a precaution I took it where they were and my surprise was that the machine did not turn on ... my computer cost 3000 usd and they damaged it. Think twice if you decide to take your laptop with you. Maybe they work with old machines so they dont care if they end up damaged or not. In addtion I paid 100 usd for that !!! For the shame !!!

I was disappointed, I was charged $100.00 to go over some issues with my computer. My major concern was transferring photos in my cell phone to my computer. I was advertising a duplex for rent and needed to get the photos added. The Tech transferred the photos to my computer but when I got home the photos of my duplex were missing. It was too late to return before closing time. I then rushed to Office Depot (5 minutes from my house) and they completed the transfer.

Tim at the Campbell ClickAway was amazing, working with us to make the right decisions on next steps to protect our data for future access. I had a cracked laptop screen and it was repaired within a week! The correspondence throughout the process was great! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with wonderful customer service by Anthony. I have used ClickAway in the past for diagnostic and repair problems on several occasions. They have always been responsive and great to work with. This time was no exception. Kevin was able to diagnose the problem as a hard drive that was failing and needed to be replaced. Of course, I did not back up my data as I should have.The technicians were able to save my data and transfer it to the new hard drive. Eddie, the manager called me frequently to let me know the status of the situation and was there to assist me when I went to pick up my computer. He sold me a portable hard drive that now backs up my data automatically and hourly. Lets just say that I am HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY

Their tech picked up my Mom’s seven year old mini Mac which cost $600 brand new. They took it back to their shop which is roughly 10 miles away. They called her the next day and told her that it would need a new hard drive installed for $700 and it was going to cost her $200 for going to her house and back to their shop twice.We ended up just picking it up from their shop which we were still charged $100 because they went to her house were they couldn’t figure out the problem with it and took it back to their shop so they could run diagnostic tests on it. So we took it to a friend who is a retired Apple engineer. He ran two tests on it himself and found no problems at all with it ,only that her mouse was faulty. She got a new mouse and everything works fine! I can’t believe these guys were going to try and charge her ,a 90 year old lady ,$900 to fix her computer that was perfectly fine. Despicable!!!

We have been a ClickAway customer for many years. We run a small business and have limited computer knowledge. The company needed a new computer. I knew I could purchase a computer for less money at a big box store or large retail chain but we went back to Clickaway anticipating we would need support. Shortly after the purchase we were have issues connecting to our two printers. So I called ClickAway and they were able to troubleshoot the problem using their remote access capabilities. I recommend Clickaway to any small business or individual.

This is my go to for iPhone repairs. Edward is the tech. He’s very honest and willing to compromise. He has repaired a couple of my phones. My last phone was water logged and he spend hours on it. The phone was dead and he didn’t charge me for the hours he spent trying to fix it. I’m very happy. Got my SIM card back and bought another phone.

I purchased a new iMac 27 from ClickAway and because of this outstanding experience, I would never purchase another computer again from the Apple store. Their store manager, Eddy Zandian, meticulously reconfigured the new computer based on his recommendations and handed me the new iMac with all of the bells and whistles that runs like a Ferrari. To the point, ClickAway is a rip off. They downgraded my brand new $1,500 lap top from windows 10 to 7 without my approval. There is no work order for this to be done as I never requested this. When they told me I questioned why they did this and they said I was familiar with windows 7. We all know 7 was to be obsolete in the next year, they PROMISED when that time comes they would do the upgrade for free. Eddy is their manager I have worked with him for years. I called this week to get this switched back, he refused to honor his employees word and quoted me $300.00. Did say he would not charge for their time. I said this is on you, your mistake, you fix it. I also asked him to provide me with the signed work order requesting them to downgrade my 10 to a 7 in which he could not provide as their is no request. I also gave him the name of the employee and he said he no longer works there. I explained I have his personal number for this exact reason, I will call him and have him verify the case. Eddy replied they would treat him as a customer nothing more, so they would not honor anything he told them. Eddy also told me they were not in the business to work for free. Really, I told him I dont run my own business to get ripped off. ClickAway created this issue, they should fix it. We ended the call with Eddy having to discuss with his boss to see how they would handle this and get back to me. He never did, its been 5 days, I called him 3 days into this, of course he was in a meeting, I could tell they were covering. To date, no call. This joint is a rip off, this is not the first problem I had with them. I called their competitors, they quoted me 1 hour of work $94. Take your business elsewhere!

Great team. I took my Toshiba tv to be fixed. Got a free inspection and quote. The cost of repair (because the part was expensive) was not worth fixing the tv. However, it’s not their fault. The tv motherboard needed replacement. I asked them to recycle the tv and they did that at no extra charge which was nice. Will definitely use them again.

My computer was fried last Saturday due to several PG&E power surges and outages. The computer was only two months old. Was forced to purchase a new computer. ClickAway in Campbell did an amazing job. Edward Lizardo was my main contact. He managed to retrieve all of my data from the fried computer to the new one and configured the new computer exactly the same. Best part was that he delivered and installed my new computer on Christmas Eve. Many thanks, Edward and certainly ZERO thank you to PG&Es incompetence. I will be filing a claim with PG&E but good luck with that.

I left my phone for repair in the afternoon. I called with my Google password in the morning.It was incorrect; but, the Team did not call back to let me know this until late afternoon. Once the error was corrected it took a very short time to repair the phone. Had they called me earlier in the day the phone could have been repaired much earlier.

Last night I called and spoke to an employee about bringing in an iPhone to be looked at/repaired. The employee said they open at 8:00 and just show up, I asked twice if I needed an appointment and he said No.This morning I woke up early and arrived before 8:00 to be the first person this morning. When the store opened the employee (who seemed to be a supervisor or manager) explained he does not work on phones and the employee who does will not be in until tomorrow at 10:30. He started to ramble on about new employees and older employees who don’t check schedules.

Came here for a Mac install disk because Apple said they would make me one on a flash drive and I was dealing with 1 guy who was super nice and his co worker came over and was being a jerk. Practically yelling at me because the cover for my Mac was taken off. It was none of his business why it was off nor his computer to say anything a out it. All i wanted was what Apple promised and that was for these jerks to make a flash drive install for my Mac Mini. I wont be coming here to say the least. Bad attitudes and it smells like armpits. 1 star because I have to click a star to post otherwise F this place

I have to gave a heads up on this gem. My husband is blind and has very expensive software on his computer so when his drive crashed they were very professional in dealing with my husband. The employees took over and in no time we were back to retrieve the unit....very happy with the staff and kudos to Max for going a step further then he had to. Also Verizon is located within the building which is very convenient.We have use Click away before and met with very good success so highly highly recommend them.

My PC was running too slow. Trang D. did a super job. I brought my computer in at 9 am and told her I needed it back by 5 pm. She performed diagnostics, and replaced my hard drive and added RAM. Now it runs well and fast. She transferred all of my data, programs etc. and I had to do nothing but turn it on when I got it back to the office.Trang worked through lunch and had it done when I returned at 5 pm.I will definitely return to her/ClickAway next time I need help.RichSaratoga

I just bought a newer iPad from Trang. She was wonderful.... Very knowledgeable and professional. I had such great service from Trang, that I brought back my home desktop computer to upgrade. Sam, Eddie, and Trang all had helpful ideas to upgrade without spending a bank. At Click Away you get superb service and they are all very nice. My two-year old work laptop reported a Smart error on the hard drive and warned of imminent failure. To avoid having to reinstall everything , I wanted to clone the drive to a new volume. The first repair place could not provide this service but ClickAway recognized the problem right away, sold me a new SSD drive, moved the data, and returned it to me the next day including the old drive.Everything is working perfectly and exactly as it was! I am confident in their expertise and recommend them.

I was having a problem with the headphone port on my iPhone, as well as a problem with the trackpad on my MacBook. I brought both devices into Clickaway yesterday, and Trang Dinh repaired both items on the spot. Dropped by the campbell location to have my screen replaced. The employee looked at the clock and said we close in 8 min. Wrote down my info, never heard back until i called them. Guy on the phone said i wasnt in their system. The original guy was so worried about closing that he didnt do his job to get what i needed done. Thanks guy. He should get employee of the month. Not happy..looking at the reviews its funny how the owner only replies back to the good reviews. Not the people that had a bad experience. Thats lame. I would think he would want to do the opposite. Went into the store to get some information on a PC, I wanted to purchase, the folks at the Campbell location are very short, and rush you. I left the store frustrated.Several months later, called them regarding an upgrade to a machine, and they were once again in a big rush, and rude.Others seem to have had a good experience her, but it must not have been at the Campbell location. If you dont want to be rushed, go somewhere else!

Ive been using Clickaway (McGlincy Ave.) for years already and am very happy with their service. Sam Afnani, manager, is helpful, patient in explaining issues, and great at resolving them. I recently worked online with a software provider to correct an issue - it became worse AND deleted quite a few of my applications. I took my laptop to Sam. He patiently removed excess information, reinstalled the programs I needed, and gave me back my reliable laptop in working condition.They are also able to help resolve some issues remotely, which saves travel and availability challenges.
