AVOID THIS COMPAY!!What I experienced…..1. ALWAYS short on staff2. Not trained nurses how to complete immigration documentations.3. No one will catch a phone, but the phone call is the only way to communicate with nurses.We wasted whole two weeks and did nothing because a nurse didn’t do any process for getting the form.We basically waited 6 hrs today (under the sun) to figure out why we could not have the immigration packet to pick up.I felt sorry to people working there. It’s all company’s fault but they are the people to be blamed.If you want to have secure immigration process to be done, it’s better to avoid this company.

Honestly,Everyone that are leaving 1 stars are really lack luster on understanding the situation. Given to the 1 and or MAYB 2 person staff it’s totally understandable not to get answered right away. I can’t vouch for people claiming they close before the scheduled time as I try to go in the earlier times…so. However, if you’re complaining about needles and having to be “poked” an ample amount of times, it’s just sometimes your veins aren’t always “that one time they did it once” situation. It happens. Deal with it. I think all the people working here are kind and efficient at what they are able to do. With either walk in’s and or appointed personnel.Double thumbs from me.

I took my mom there last week to get green card medical exam done. The clinic is small but very neat. I am especially impressed with Brisa from Campbell Wellness mart. She is friendly, calm, thoughtful and manages the clinic well with strong sense of calmness and responsibilities. Highly recommended.

Called several times days before & on the day of attempted visit. No answer. No one on site during open hours.

Went for USCIS medical exam.Staff is very nice and Ashley is very efficient. You will need to make 3-4 visits though to get your paperwork (which seems typical in other places too). Let them know if you are in a hurry and they will call you to give you updates as soon as possible.Other things:* It is not set up like a regular clinic: True* Doctors teleconference you: True. But staff/Ashley has done her best to our work done asap.* Blood sample drawing can be painful: Also true (in my case) compared to my experience in leaving blood samples in conventional labs like lab corp or quest. My experience with taking the immunization was not painful at all.

Fast, professional, and responsive! They even emailed me my results and filled out an extra form for me when I requested it. Very good staff. Will definitely be using their services again in the future!

I would leave 0 star if I could. Came for blood draw for a test and the nurse poke 8 times including 3 times on the wrist for a simple blood draw. And still cannot get a full tube of blood!!

I was in need of travel vaccinations. You need to make an appointment before you go in. Its not set up like a regular clinic. You fill out paperwork, and then do a webcam consultation with a person who educates you on travel disease prevention. Which is fantastic for learning, but I had no idea that was the process and was very confused at first. They gave me a typhoid vaccine in the building without any issues and then prescribed me medications I needed. But I had to pay for the written prescription first at the location and then pay to have it filled by pharmacy. Confusing procees, but the people were nice.

Store hours are inconsistent. Closed an hour earlier than advertised. Annoyed because I came during rush hour.

This place is awesome. Fast and reliable.
