Try not to go this lab because the Philippine lady work here is very rude. She’s very rude to elderly people who 80 or 90 years old, the reason I’m writing in review is this Fat Philippino lady getting mad at this elderly lady who is about 80 or over doesn’t know how to check in with the computer. How do you expect old lady use the computer to check in.... If patient doesn’t know it’s her job to guide or help the lady not raise her voice at elderly lady. The lady try few seconds try to check in but she wasn’t able to do it on her own. She end up leaving the place and the fat Philippino lady didn’t help at all. I feel so bad want say something to her but not worth talking to a wall.... I feel so sorry to the owner, because the owner paying someone to down hill on there business.....

Ive been to a few LabCorps and this is by far the cleanest, fastest, and friendliest one Ive been to. Not a long wait, either. They got me started on a glucose test right away (since you have to wait an hour after taking the glucose) and they offered me wifi. Cannot complain!

Team worked together for 11 years and they operate smoothly. Little privacy! Clerk verifying personal details may blab too loudly to the room. Difficult to locate this LabCorp front door.

The worst laboratory Ive ever been in. During Covid 19 they dont seem to be cleaning as they should be. The bathroom was disgusting and filled with urine on the floors and toilet, also they are very rude. Wouldnt recommend coming here.

I have no idea what a few of the reviewers are saying negatively about the establishment and the staff at LabCorp/CAMPBELL .Every time I’m there it has been a pleasurable moment in spite of the reasons being there .💉🌡.The staff continue to be accurate , kind and caring 2my needs.They do a great job handling “ me “ with care and I’m sure they’ll do the same 4U !

They need way more staff. Waiting room was full of patients and only two employees taking care of patients. Wait has now been 50 minutes and there are two people ahead of me still. No one talk to you except to tell you to sign in. Really they should just tell you up front how long it will be.

Terrible experience. Woman at desk took my paperwork and informed me that I needed to call insurance about coverage. So I stepped out to call and when I returned, no one came to help me for close to 5 minutes even though she heard me enter (door is very loud) and was moving around behind partition. It wasnt until I opened the door to leave that she came out. When I gave her back my paperwork, she said I already deleted this information under her breathe. As we went back to draw blood, another costumer walked in and she didnt greet him or anything; just ignored him completely. She asked me which arm was better to draw blood. When I gave her right arm, she looked at my veins and asked this is your better arm?. For urine sample, I asked for toilette twice to be told yes, we have them but you do not need them for this test. They are always giving regardless. The whole encounter was uncomfortable and weird and I will never go back to that location.

I was concerned to go here because of the low star rating, but it was close to my docs office so decided to give it a try. The lady at the front was very friendly and helpful. I had a blood test and I was in and out in about 10 minutes (for the whole visit).

Horrible place! Cant believe how rude those people are. By far this is the worst LabCorp location I ever walked into. The male employe was barking commands at me like I was a dog. No Hello, how can I help you? Cutting customers off.....I recommend the Los Gatos location.

Expect to wait a bit if you don’t have an appointment. I came in at 7:45 am and my blood test was at 8:20. So it was a 35 minute wait without an appointment, which isn’t too bad. Just be patient with them.I suggest you use the self-check in machine as soon as you come in so you get into their system ASAP.

Lady behind the desk was very rude. Came in for lab work and when I had a question about paperwork, she quickly told me she was on her break and continued to do whatever she was doing. Very lazy and unhelpful.

We had real bad experience at this place with our little one as they are inefficient , non caring , non friendly, and returned back without completing the blood work. Please be careful while taking your little ones

Workers are nice, just backed up. If you dont want to wait an hour, make an appointment.

Went for glucose test. They didnt chill the beverage or explain the process. No wifi and it is a 2 hour test. Lady who helped me was short and not friendly.

No entiendo como no han inspeccionado este lugar. La Dra. De mi hija la envío a este horrible lugar para sus análisis requeridos para entrar a un nuevo trabajo. Pues esta gente la llamo 3 veces para sacarle muestras de sangre, que porque sus muestras de sangre se contaminaban o se perdían Pero 3 veces. Una vez pasa, pero 3 veces? Eso es increible!! Dónde tienen la cabeza?Luego mi hijo también fue porque su Dra. También lo envió ahí y no le tomaron sus datos correctamente y pues obvio que su aseguranza no respondió pues nada estaba correcto. Me pregunto que les pasa? Porqué están haciendo las cosas tan mal? Aparte los baños muy sucios. Y los recepcionistas son los mismos que toman las muestras de sangre. Que es esto? No iremos más a este laboratorio.☹😡😠
