We have just reserved another storage locker at this location...we have had 3 storage units here because the facility is well maintained, clean and secure. We appreciate the professionalism we experienced anytime we contacted Tiffany with questions about anything. A helpful smile always greeted us. We also enjoyed our interaction with Cassandra and her help in facilitating our needs. Highly recommend Public Storage on Salmar Avenue in Campbell, CA.

I came inside because I needed a few items to store items in my garage. The property manager Tiffany was helping me with some knowledge on how to properly store items. I also asked her if she knew the prices of storing and what size Ill need. She helped me out and I will go to my husband and let him know and we can go to this location and look.

Amazing customer service from Tiffany. Had been looking for some packaging supplies for a nearby move and was able to assist me and my friends quickly to get the items we needed. Very professional and friendly.

I just want to give a shout-out to Tiffany. We had a moving day fast need to for a storage space and she was so helpful and friendly! She got us in a perfect spot and it came with a lock (one less thing to worry about with movers waiting to unload). We then had to update ownership and payment and she explained how the app worked and were able to manage that in our family now which is great! There was (still is?) a glitch with the pass code as we originally were going to move in a day later than we did - (hey corporate - if youre reading this could you get that fixed?) - but she knew exactly what was going on and we have been able to get in and out easily. She is super professional and friendly at the same time - just what we needed on some stressful days!

Cassandra is the property manager but I came in today and paid with Toteana. She is super down to earth and is easy to have a conversation with. I like the location and staff!

I had an excellent experience at this Public Storage location, and I’ve tried a few. Adeline and Bianca went out of their way to accommodate my needs, even when due to an injury I had to take a few more days to move out. Location is prime, right off 17, close to downtown Campbell and very neat and tidy for a storage complex. Will use it again when I switch houses next time!

I have been renting space from Campbells Public Storage for more than 6 months. I started renting there because the location is convenient to me. The people who work there are friendly. The place is kept secure and clean. The buildings are well-maintained. There appears to be several sizes of units.As a company, I wish the Public Storage would also offer a rent-a-workspace or rent-a-workshop, for which I would would pay more money for. Though for the purposes of a review, and the terms of my lease and services provided, I will not let that affect my review. Thank you.

We recently moved from our primary residence of 26 years to a rental home. In between, we needed to store our life possesions into storage for a month. The manager Cassondra who explained the process and was so supportive and informative, made the experience very positive. And, Paul, who showed us the unit and signed us up the first day was also very helpful and positive. The property is both clean and conveniently located. Highly recommend this storage facility and especially the wonderful managers.

We were stuck in transition while waiting for our new home to be ready. Cassondra helped us find the best deal that would work for our situation she was informative and genuinely seemed to care about our situation. The property itself is a great location, its clean and close to the police department which makes us feel safe. We have stored before and seen a lot of sketchy individuals while moving, but not at this location. All around the team at this store made our moving experience a lot easier. Stopped by to pick up a roll of tape on my way to the post office. I notice when I pulled in there was not a lot of customer parking. The manager was super friendly and even provided me directions to the Hamilton post office. Thanks Cassondra!!

Is the best public storage, always is clean and safety

Units are a over a foot shorter than advertised (already one Calif. storage company Public Storage acquired has lost a class action suit regarding this illegal practice; Courts stated that interior space should be equal or bigger) and they raise the rates every few months per some computer program until you are paying $100/mo more than currently advertised to the public.So plan on switching back and forth with another storage center a lot.The industry is not well regulated and PS keeps leaving itself open to more lawsuits and more regulations. So 2 stars off for PS (a leader in these practices) for not treating its customers well and giving the whole business a black eye.Otherwise, the local manager is great and it is well kept.

The office staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. They made me feel good about renting there. The space was clean. The facility is well-maintained. I had no problems with them. Overall, I recommend this location.

I had a storage there for 9 months. The property was always remarkably clean. Much more clean than some of the others I have had. Cassandra was always very sweet every time I went there. If I didnt have to move, I would have kept my storage there.

Ashley was awesome and super nice! She made buying a unit super easy! She also made helping me find what I need in my budget easy as well. The process was super quick and efficient. I would definitely reccomend asking for ashley!

Great experience overall. I only need the storage for about 2 weeks while I waited for my new apartment to become available. I only paid $1 for the the 2 weeks (plus fees & insurance). My only complaint is that you have to purchase a cylinder lock for $18 dollars to use on the units, so now I have a lock I cant use on anything else and they dont buy them back. :( BUT staff was great and very helpful! :-D

If you live in Campbell, there is only one place to rent a storage unit...Public Storage (right behind the Home Depot on Hamilton). I have had a unit here for over a year now and the staff is AWESOME. They are always so friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you any way they can. I recently needed an additional short term unit for an coming trade show and the staff bent over backwards to make it happen with very little notice. Thank you Ladies! Keep up the great work.

Loved the facility and how clean the location was ! Destiny was such an amazing help and her attitude toward everything is amazing. Great employee !! I have rented with Destiny before at another location . I went back and the guy at the other facility said she had moved to a new location , I had such a wonderful experience with her last time that I needed to find her . Even though I did not get a promotion on the space I was happy with the service and the quality of the facility . She always made me feel welcomed .
