I cant praise owner, Peter, and KitchenAid Repair Campbell, enough! Approximately, two weeks ago, the refrigerator that came with my apartment, began losing coldness. Great - not what one needs during a pandemic! I began researching and calling refrigerator sales places, and every one of their sales people told me that they had refrigerators on back orders but had no idea when the refrigerators would actually come in. And what they did have, had terrible reviews. Then I discovered KitchenAid Repair Campbell, and loved that they are a family business thats been around forever.Peter calmly and patiently went over all the refrigerators he had in stock, that fit the dimensions needed. After I settled on one, he sent over his plumber, Rex, who was so knowledgeable, careful, and understanding. Along with Rex, were two outstanding delivery men. All of the guys took every precaution as to the pandemic, and left my apartment immaculate. And I received my beautiful refrigerator, which was perfect!

This company is awesome. Came out to fix my fridge. Had to show up on three occasions because of the nature of the repair and didnt go into my wallet but for the one repair price. Im going to recommend them to my moving customers and use them for any and all appliance repairs in the future . Awesome thnx.

My fridge was not working, called them and the guy on the phone was knowledgeable. The technician was at my place same day, had all the tools and parts and fixed my fridge in no time. He is a hardworking honest man and I recommend him to everyone, residential and commercial applications as he takes care of my house as well. Was one of the nicest repairmen I have ever met and he is very knowledgeable.

They ordered me a new icemaker and had it installed by the following Wednesday. Very professional clean cut employees that I went above and beyond for service. Priced seemed reasonable and fair, I would most definitely contact them again in the future. In fact I may have to since I have the type of refrigerator that the icemaker constantly goes bad in.

After several other highly rated repair services did not return my call this morning or were extremely overpriced, I contacted Appliance Repair Campbell on my lunch break. My call was immediately returned by the Appliance Repair Campbell himself, Max. I told him I had tried to repair my Maytag washer over the weekend, but was stuck on the last step and needed someone with experience to do it. We agreed that he would be at my house sometime between 3pm-5pm that day. He also said he would give me a discount because I had already taken apart the machine and purchased the part.Max was at my doorstep at 3:15 and was done with the repair at 5:00. He was friendly, professional, and charged a fair price. I feel fortunate to now have an honest, hardworking, Campbell local small business owner to call upon when I cant do it myself.Max has been in business for 15 years and he can count on my business for the next 15. My friends and family will be hearing all about my positive experience with Appliance Repair Campbell.
