It was a extremely hot day (90s) and having young kids and pets in the house, getting the A/C back on was a huge priority for us. The weather changed, and I began to change the settings of the air conditioner. I have not old Bryant model. At first everything worked after changing the settings, but then the air went only cold, and then the AC disconnected. I know Skyrocket repair cuz they fixed AC at my moms house. I called them. The gap was in some electronics, you can see on the photo. David fixed the chip and replaced some parts. Now its ok. It was quick and professional!

My blower fan suddenly quit stopping (only way to stop is at breaker/OFF) due to bad relay, so I called around town. Not only did Skyrocket pick up right away (Mary was so pleasant on TEL) in the morning, they were able to fit me in right away that same late-afternoon. The initial service-call fee was almost half of other places in town, and I love how that fee goes towards the repair (unlike other places charging separately). David (hes also very pleasant/professional) came over for the repair during the scheduled 2hr window, and completed the work on-time & thoroughly. He also had all the necessary parts in his truck (a new circuit board for the main repair, and also a new thermostat that I wanted to replace my ancient one with while at it). It’s 102 degree today and my AC went down at about 3pm. At 5pm, I texted David since I had a great experience with him last time and he shown up at 7 and get the job done in 30 min. He told me the possible reason and the quote for fixing it before he started the work. Whiling fixing on the AC, he also explained what could cause the problem which was very informative. They also offer 3 months warranty which is great. I highly recommend the service. It will be worth calling them when your AC/heater is down.

Excellent customer service !We had a burning stove that was smoking and sparking as crazy. Called Skyrocket in panic and was assured we can get the issue taken care of as soon as possible. Russ sent Sam within the hour who was very knowledgeable and professional and who got the job done fast. Sam replaced the couple of wires that were overloaded and recommended to replace control board too, cause oven more than 15 years already and was the reason of burnt wires. It was cost me $165 only. I will definitely be calling them for all of my repair needs!

I invited the guys from the Skyrocket to install the furnace, and when it was necessary to adjust the AC system. Annual maintenance of the air conditioner I also do with their help. Im very lucky that I don’t need to look for any repairmen every time, and I have someone to contact for both scheduled and repair work. And now, when the air conditioner stopped working stably, interruptions in blowing intensity began, the air temperature began to jump, I immediately called the guys from Skyrocket - and I was satisfied as always. As a regular customer, I have a permanent discount. By the way, the guys even call some time after the repair and ask if everything works fine, if I have any complaints or wishes.

Appealed to the guys from Skyrocket about my fridge. Appointed a date when the repairman will come to the diagnosis. Before the diagnosis, it was not clear what was broken and how much it would cost. Therefore, I was offered to pay $70, but if they then repair the refrigerator, then these $70 will be credited to the cost of repair. I was ready on Monday to take a repairman, but they called me in the morning and said that they would have to postpone the visit until tomorrow. I really did not like it. But the next day the repairman came on time and quickly made a diagnosis. He said that nothing needs to be replaced, but we need to clean the drainage pipes and do something else. I said: do it. And he quickly coped with the work. It was evident that he had already done it a hundred times. This rehabilitated the Skyrocket in my eyes. So I put 4 stars, minus a star for the date delayed.

My family recently did business with a different company. We have been screwed out of a large amount of money by the other company. Skyrocket HVAC Repair installed my air conditioner. Air ducts had to be reinstalled. So there was a lot of work, it took two days. You put the air conditioner not for a couple of years, but for 15-20 years, so everything should be installed properly. I asked a lot of questions to David. Together we chose a place for the installation of condensers. I traced David to carefully isolate the external wiring of the outdoor unit. But he did even better than I hoped. Attention to detail is very valuable in such work. I am impressed with the work of Skyrocket and even entered into a contract with them to service the air conditioner. Definitely recommend them!

My entire interaction with Skyrocket was excellent! One of my True refrigerator units in the restaurant went out and I contacted Skyrocket for a quote. Hi there! Last week the weather was so-so. More precisely, it was already cold and rainy. The whole family gathered at home because of the holidays. Parents came to us. I had to turn on the full heating. Then one became hot, the other was stuffy, the third was cold. Changed modes in all rooms. And this was the last straw for our hvac. There are days when everything breaks. Not the best days of my life. You probably also had this. I get up in the morning, going to have breakfast. Scrambled eggs with bacon, nothing special. I liked their approach to business.During the maintenance of the ac, they noticed a small malfunction, warned me about the possible consequences, calculated the cost of the repair. We agreed to fix it in a week. Maintenance was ok, Im satisfied.

My furnace take a few hours to turn on or sometimes doesnt turn on at all. I needed an inspection of the system and repair or tuning. Surely I was worried theyd try to sell me a new furnace.The non-working heater delivered a lot of discomfort, so I wanted to repair it as soon as possible. I called 2 companies near me, but they were not able to come that day. I called Skyrocket. Although they are some distance away from me, they arrived a few hours later.The tech found that my furnace a faulty circuit board that wouldn’t send voltage to the gas valve. He took a used board (I agreed) that he had for half the price but a one year warranty was still valid. Dave rewired and fixed in an hour! He also noticed a drain hose problem that was fraught with speedy troubles, so he fixed that as well.To say that I am pleased - to say nothing! If anything is needed I would definitely call Skyrocket again.

Our heater stopped working on the coldest night! As it usually happens. Called for an appointment, they were able to come out the next morning. Technician arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He changed the battery in a thermostat, and a filter in the vent, then he went to restart the whole system. So we got heat! He also took extra precaution to test for carbon monoxide because we have a small child. I was only charged the $70 service charge I agreed on, to send someone out. The technician said he didnt do anything so he wasnt charging me more than that. However he did do something - when he arrived we had no heat and when he left our thermostat was rising. Very kind and I would highly recommend!

Im a single mom and we dont have any hot water in the house because our heater stopped working. Its awful when you have 2 children! My Samsung dryer was making a very loud squealing noise. I called skyrocket repair and asked them how much they charge for the diagnose and repair. Their price suited me and best of all i liked that diagnose was free with a repair. And one more detail. The phone operator told me the possible reason of the issue - idler pulley. And he said they have fixed prices and labor fee for this issue is $185. +part. It ended up paying off this very sum and not expensive for parts. So im quite satisfied with their job! 5 stars!

Excellent! I needed our entire 2 unit system replaced, all new ductwork, attic insulation, and replacement of 2 attic fans. I spent almost a month having companies come out to provide estimates. Of the 8 companies who came out to provide estimates, only about 3 actually returned one. Of those, Davids price was thousands less than the best estimate, and included everything whereas the other estimates were just for the units. But thats not the reason I went with David. I went with David because of all those who came out to provide estimates, David was the only non-salesman. He completed the job when he said he would, and exceeded my expectations. Youd be a fool not to call David if you have HVAC needs.

Water came out from the bottom. I had no idea what was happened. So I called them to made an emergency appointment. Russ sent technician in 30 minutes and I was so thankful for that! George fixed broken control board and replaced relay on it. Glad he had all parts with him and compressor started running after 40 minutes! They saved all food for hundred dollars!

Our 22-year-old Maytag washing machine needed its inlet-valve assembly replaced. David was the service person who came to our house twice over the last two weeks -- the first time to check out the correct assembly that must be ordered by him, and the second time to replace the leaky assembly after its replacement part was received by him. Turned out that the job was not as straightforward as it seemed because the washer is in a very tight space -- inside a way-too-small washer-dryer closet with a set by bi-fold doors partially blocking free access to the washer. David was extremely careful and neat in removing the half of the bi-fold doors in front of the washer in order to pull it out enough for his repair. The repair was also done with care and neatness, followed by a test of the washer to make sure it worked fine, and a good tweak in correcting, and advice in watching out for, an occasional tiny drip at the hot-water shutoff valve. Guys, Skyrocket is the cosmos! Last week on Tuesday I called them, on Wednesday David had already arrived! I have the refrigerator Kenmore 51131. Some problems started with the water dispenser on the fridge. Last month it was hard to get water or ice but then it stopped. We had to push it really hard to get water or ice. I called David from Skyrocket Repair, some months ago he fixed my furnace. We have a 20 year old furnace in our house in western san jose. We constantly repaired it - and already tired of it. We decided to replace it and called the guys from Skyrocket. George arrived the next day, carefully connected everything. There were some difficulties with the dismantling of the old furnace, so it took more than two hours. We had problems with our GE electric cooktop: the 3 out of 4 coils on the electric cooktop did not work. I had a broken cooktop similar to this one in another house, and the repairman was able to fix that one by replacing some wires, so I hoped this cooktop can be revived similarly. Of course, it could be something else.Also the bottom heating element in the oven did not work.Thats why i had to call Skyrocket for estimation. They promised to send a repairman the same day - to make a fault diagnostics.Late afternoon we had Dave on his big car. He was alone, to my question, he replied that one master always comes for small repairs and 2-3 - if hvac installation is needed.Indeed, David one did a great job! It turned out that replacing the wires in this case is not enough, there were problems with the control board. But David repaired it, without costly replacement.Fantastic customer service!!! 5 STAR

It became colder and I started using heating mode in my hvac. When I turned on heat, I heard clicking sounds, but the full fan does not turn on. I asked guys from Skyrocket to come and take a look. It was the 2d time I called Skyrocket – the 1st time there was another problem with my AC some months ago. David came and found that the relay and some other detailes was burnt. He inspected all the system to find the reason. Actually he explained everything but I’m a lady – I don’t care about such detailes. And of course I trust David so much. I haven’t met such informed and honest techs. Only Skyrocket!!!

We were looking for someone to help repair out KitchenAid dishwasher. The heavy duty light was blinking rapidly, but not to any pattern. Previously it was the start and cancel button blinking rapidly. Weve tried unplugging and also resetting following instructions we found online, but no success. David from Skyrocked came just in time, tested the appliance and decided to replace control pannel. But he also said that if we have some time he could try to fix the pannel. We agreed. So as the result the pannel was fixed and it was much cheaper than replacement with a new one. So if you have doubts - ask Skyrocket if they can fox the part without replacement.
