Drop my car off on Tuesday to get my front passenger wheel to get worked on. I had to call the store to get current updates on my vehicle Only once was I called about my car and that was to make sure he could charge me more. Then when I picked my car up my tire was flat and they took it back to look at it again and they said the air stem was loose and the assured me my vehicle was fixed and ready to drive. I Go to work and by the time my shift is over my tire is flat again…..luckily i was able to put Some air into the tire and get home.…but that’s not the end it gets worse. I now wake up in the morning and my tire is flat again. Now I can’t get to work and the weekends are my busiest days. They didn’t have any loaners and offered no solutions to help me when the tire issue is completely their fault. They also wouldn’t even call a tow for me I had to call it myself. I was told the manager won’t be in until Monday..so nothing can be done until then. I asked that he reach out to me and never did. All while Im losing money and opportunities to feed my family. I would not recommend anyone come here to do any type of business. Their customer service is terrible. They steel your money and dont complete the job and then are in no rush to try and remedy the situation. Once the car is fixed Ill be trading it in and going with another Brand of vehicle i want nothing to do with Kia or darcars ever again

Van Dyke Jackson was beyond helpful with my purchase. He understood what I was looking for and supported me through every step. As a young woman, I have been treated rudely and with condescension at other dealerships but Van Dyke never made me feel inferior or as if I did not know what I was talking about. He was also willing to negotiate with me on price. I would recommend him and Darcars Kia to anyone.

BUYER BEWARE!I leased a brand new 2017 Kia Optima Hybrid from this dealership in 2017. At the time I was incredibly excited as it was my first brand new car. Unfortunately, only a few months later that excitement devolved into frustration as the car had an issue. At the time, I was told it was the battery and ended up paying out of pocket for a new one. A few months later I had to bring it back again for the same issue, this time they found there was an underlying problem with the battery system - which was covered under warranty. After consistent pressure, they refunded me the money for the first battery. What would ensue is a series of vehicle issues that persisted throughout the life of my lease. Ultimately, I ended up not having access to the vehicle for which I was paying for more than a year as it was constantly in the shop! Sometimes, after management approval, I was given raggedy vehicle from Enterprise on St. Barnabas that reeked of weed or cigarette smoke-- not on par with the car for which I was paying. Unless I paid out of pocket, I wasnt given an upgrade.The worst thing about it is I was constantly being gaslit by the service staff and the Kia manufacturer. Either they told me nothing was wrong with it, or they all finger-pointed at one another about the cars issues. There were times I would go pick up my car and couldnt leave the parking lot before the check engine light would come back on.I would later find out that although my car was a 2017, there was 2016 engine in it and the entire time they were using the wrong information to fix it.At the end of the day, I have no idea whose fault it is (the dealer or manufacturer) but I know Ive been treated abysmally. They (dealer and manufacturer) refused to replace my car despite the issues and I had to return the car before the lease end because I refused to pay for a vehicle with so many problems. Despite the many issues, the financing company insists Im responsible for the remaining balance on the car. At this time, no one has attempted to make this right with me, and my credit and livelihood have been significantly impacted by these events. If youre not desperate, dont go here.

I couldnt stess this enough. Stay away from this dealership, or anything DARCARS. At this time (August 2021), they are up charging all of their vehicles, via a handwritten note depicting a price around $5000 placed on each car. You will find the same exact cars at others dealerships with no insane markups, saving you thousands of dollars (which I did). They will tell you that every single dealership is doing it (its just DARCARS from what I experienced). I stopped at other DARCARS dealership locations and they had the same shady practices that other dealerships simply arent doing.Save your money and buy elsewhere. Im glad I wasted their time while killing time to go to taco Tuesday.Also, Im not sure if this was a rare phenomenon but the place was infested by biting bugs that would crawl all over you. They got inside the cars while we were trying to take a look inside. I definitely took it as a sign to leave.

Jeremy OConnor, the perfect gentleman. I have to say he was an honest man 100% he did not nickel-and-dime us, not one nickel. (I give him 5 stars) but Labor cost was $150 an hour, I dont believe thats a local branch price but more a corporate price. Wish we could have done business with him but it was just too expensive for 1 brake line and battery they wanted $800.00 in labor and if the fuel tank hand to be dropped so they could finish the job it was another $600.00 labor cost, so with repairs we and a new battery we were looking at $1,900 before taxes. Ill be honest with you if you need minor work done I wouldnt go to the dealership. for they were to high in labor fees but if you have to go Mr OConnor is who I would ask for and (forgive the female receptionist Im not sure her problem but she doesnt seem to understand too well, so bare with her if you call. (3 stars is my honest rating.) We went to Top Auto on Marlboro Pike and they charged us $540.00 tax included with repairs and a new Interstate Battery. God blessed us well and we are so thankful for it...

My daughter purchased a car from here. She serving in the Navy and now stationed in Texas. This dealership is now refusing to register her car. The managers now refuse to talk to her and hang up on her when they realize it is her. She will be going to Spain in 2 weeks and can not have her car shipped without the registration. This has been going on since February. Do not support this company that clearly is in the business of giving our service members the middle finger. Buy anywhere else.

My car buying experience was pretty smooth with DKTH. I reached out via the web and was able to have a nice conversation with the GM. We worked out a deal that I was comfortable with in just 2 chats. Id had conversations with three other dealerships prior to speaking with Darcars and 2 of those interactions were less than desirable. Once the GM and I settled on a deal he introduced me to his associate Kirk Newman.Kirk was awesome! Less than 30 minutes after being introduced to Kirk I had an approval and was invited to pick up my vehicle that afternoon. When I arrived Kirk (with his face covering) met me outside and walked over to my vehicle to greet my family. He was very cordial and apparently a seasoned professional. Through later conversations it was revealed that Kirk was a customer service manager in his former role and it showed. Throughout the process Kirk was very concerned with making sure we were comfortable and that all of our questions were answered. Before entering the building Kirk showed us the vehicle we would be purchasing. He walked us through the basic operational as well as safety features of the vehicle. Kirk made sure to include my wife and daughter in the process.We then went into the building and into Kirks office. All of the people we walked by smiled and greeted us warmly. This was not the case at one of the other dealerships we visited and I made note of that when it happened. The initial paperwork process in Kirks office took about 20 minutes. My wife remarked how impressed she was with the buying process and with Kirks efficiency.After finishing with Kirk we were escorted to the finance office. Our experience with Henry Marin was enjoyable as well. He made some funny jokes throughout the process that kept us engaged. That process took a little longer but not to the point that I was becoming impatient. Had I organized my insurance documents for the new vehicle prior to my visit I probably couldve saved 20-25 minutes. Henry escorted me to the cashier to arrange my deposit and that was a pleasant experience as well. It was now after closing but the person handling the transaction didnt seem annoyed or impatient. She was very pleasant and welcoming.When we were exiting the office one of the other associates congratulated us and told us that hes driven this vehicle and he knows well thoroughly enjoy it. He was very encouraging.At some point in the process my wife said that she feels like she wants to buy a vehicle from Kirk just because she was really impressed with the process and the way he comported himself. When its time to replace her vehicle Im sure well be reaching out to Kirk to see if he can help us.Since it was after hours (about 40 minutes after) Kirk invited us back to the dealership on another day of our choosing to answer any questions we uncovered and to do a deeper dive into the features of the vehicle. We came back a couple days later and had a complete review with Kirk. Kirk took his time and answered all of our questions. He also got the vehicle cleaned up for us again because we noticed some touch up points that were missed during the initial detailing.The reason for the 3 star review is twofold. There is a pretty significant nick on the drivers side of the roof just above the drivers side door. The reason I say the rating is twofold is because while I think this is something I shouldve noticed in the walk around I also think this is something the dealership should have noticed as well. When youre purchasing a vehicle youre usually excited and a little anxious. You tend to overlook things you normally wouldnt as a result of those emotions. I ALWAYS recommend taking someone with you to the dealership that is not attached to the process or at least someone to give you a second set of eyes. My partner did provide that second set of eyes in the sales and finance offices but its something we overlooked with the visual inspection. I brought it to Kirks attention when we came back in for our follow up visit.

Please save yourself some money and find a dealership that has at least a 4 star rating. I had a catalytic converter put in here under warranty that failed after 2 years and 6,000 miles. Not only was the repair shotty they returned my key fob without a battery, I had to demand that it be replaced when I picked my car up. Never had that happen in my 10 years of kia ownership. For me the last straw dealing with Kia Ill be getting my next vehicle from a company with better dealership services.

Attention Haroon and Ali,I have been reaching out for months about the status of my vehicle registration being changed to Texas and myself and my mother have repeatedly been ignored, I have given all of the necessary information and signed the paperwork overnighting it back to the dealership acknowledging the transfer of registration. Despite all of this I have not heard back from the dealership about the status and I have repeatedly been lied to about being called back. I dont want to play the entitled military card but my time right now is very limited and I stressed this when I received the vehicle in February 2021 and I have had absolutely no consideration or communication. I am exhausted and tired of this unacceptable customer service call me a karen if you want but I have tried every opportunity to reach out and receive information and I have been completely disregarded. This is the last time I will be considerate about my issue if I do not receive the answers I need I will refer staff members from my previous military command to speak personally with the finance department about this overwhelming exhaustive effort. I am being shipped overseas in a month and a half and I need a supervisor or individual in charge to give me the answers Im seeking.

Beware of this place! Avoid at all costs! If you deal with them, keep all records; they are scam artists! Learn from my misery!Go to another dealership! And if you already have a car from them, keep EVERY receipt, and any paperwork regarding the maintenance of your car. And if you can, get your car serviced by REAL mechanics, NOT technicians with certificates!I took my car to this dealership, where I purchased my car, for an oil change. The pictures I posted are the results of my oil change, which caused two tows and two more service visits.- My engine was dismantled and unmounted.- My engine screws were placed in the cupholder!My car had NO issues before I came in for servicing to get a routine oil change. Now, my car wont start, and I was informed that I need a new engine. I have paperwork from this dealership that states I had minor issues that needed to be addressed, but nothing to effect of me needing a new engine.The Service Department destroyed my car, and now they wont take responsibility for it! Just because I dont have the amount of oil changes documented does NOT mean I did not have regular oil changes, and it most certainly does NOT excuse the Service Department from their poor work.Talking to the Service Department is a waste of time. That Aaron Dawson? Not big on customer service. I do not appreciate sarcasm and empty promises when your department is at fault; and he has still not paid for our rental as discussed. Furthermore, he tried to tell me, a woman and mother, about how a car is like having and taking care of a baby; now I would REALLY like to know his personal experience with labor and pregnant care...I regret ever going to this dealership for that oil change. It has been awful since; our vacation never happened, our car stalled in rush hour traffic (we couldve been in a major accident!), and the Service Department has been nonchalant, not to mention careless, about this entire matter.So, now you know about my Kia Experience, the oil change from hell. Then Nicole from Customer Service tried to call and regurgitate the same thing Aaron said, and Im not buying any of it!AGAIN, LEARN FROM MY MISERY! AVOID THIS PLACE, BUT IF YOU CANT KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS, AND FOLLOW THE CAR MANUAL FOR SERVICING TO A FAULT. Drove over an hour for an appointment to buy a new sorento sx and when we get there they marked the car up $5000.. when no other dealerships are doing that. We feel they did it because we really wanted that specific color and model. We asked to take the mark up off and we would buy it. We were told that can do 3995 mark up and thats it... thats ridiculous!!!

Third, he worked with me to make sure I could get the best price possible/and even get the company to work with helping me out! There are other better places to buy a Kia, or probably any car for that matter. Here is a summary of my experience at DARCARDS of Kia Temple Hills. I had an appointment to test drive a car that was booked days in advance and confirmed on the day of the appointment. After driving over 30 minutes to DARCARS, then waiting around for 30mins for the representative I had been in contact with to show, which never happened, I was eventually told that the car was no longer available to test drive! No call, no warning, nothing.

I had a terrible experience with the Service Center at DARCARS Kia today. The service man (whom I will not name here) made my experience very difficult by insisting that my tire replacement was not covered, even after I told him it was. He did not initially ask me what warranty I had, or where I was covered. He and the receptionist both insisted tires arent covered. He was willing to keep my car hostage rather than help me figure out where and how I was covered. When I then told him that my dealership confirmed that I was covered and had the number he needed to file a claim to receive payment, he then proceeded to call a random number where I was not covered. The experience was overall very unprofessional and if I hadnt stood firm in my knowledge of warranty I would have been taken advantage of and manipulated into paying $235 for a tire that I know was to be covered.

I took my car in for service today. In addition i asked the service techs to install a custom emblem on the back of the car in place of the KIA logo. While it is a slightly unusual request, it certainly wasnt difficult. I just didnt want to do it myself because i didnt have the tools.I will say that they installed the emblem correctly but in the process they managed to put two small scratches in the paint on back of my car. above the license plate. When confronted, they insisted that the scratches were already there, underneath the KIA badge. They refused to own up to their mistake and refused to offer any compensation in the form of a discount/refund. I would have been happy if theyd just given me the touch up paint. The scratches arent bad and i can fix them but its more about the principal of the thing. I brought my car to them with no damage and left with damage. And they refuse to admit that someone in the shop made a small mistake and scratched my car. Its not that big of deal, but i definitely have lost all faith in the service department and Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Dont trust the service people here. They will lie to protect their own.Oh and to top it off, i didnt even get the supposedly complementary car wash....

As an update: My tags expire this Friday 1/29/2021. I have called the service department numerous times leading up to this date asking for an extension to my tags or an update on where my plates are. They told me to call back closer to the time that my tags expire. Today, after being asked numerous questions, the lady on the other end of the phone asked if I was getting DC or VA plates. I told her VA. She said my license on file has a DC address. I informed her that I told Kirk Newman upon purchasing the car that I had just moved to VA. He did not say this would be an issue. Now, I am waiting for the lady to call me back to see what the next step is. Im not sure if these issues are the dealership as a whole, or just greedy salesman trying to make a sale, but again, I would avoid this location at all costs..............I would be wary of going to this location. The customer service leaves much to be desired and I am now paying on two cars due to their inability and transparency to tell me what is going on with a check they were to send to CARMAX.At the end of November I was looking into buying a new car. I got onto the Navy Federal Credit Union website and started to inquire about the low auto rates that were available and stumbled upon the fact that Navy Federal has some preferred auto dealerships that could help me save time and money when looking for a reputable car dealership. I input the information that was asked of me and was referred to a Kirk Newman at Kia DARCAR of Temple Hills in Temple Hills, Maryland. All seemed to be going well and they were able to reach the numbers I wanted and I bought a car that very day. Since then it has been a nightmare. The salesman did not warn me that there were multiple issues that had been going on for over a year with the car that I purchased. But, what I am most infuriated about is this dealerships lack of transparency and customer service. This dealership was supposed to pay off the remainder of my old cars loan price by sending a check to CARMAX. It was been well over 30 days and I am now making payments on the new car and my old car that they said they would pay off. I have reached out to Kirk and the General Manager on numerous occasions simply to ask if the check has been sent to CARMAX and I keep getting the run around with no clear answer in sight. The last correspondence I had from Kirk was him telling me to contact their customer service line because he was unable to get a hold of the accounting department. I cant believe this is the way they conduct business, especially during a pandemic. Now, I sit here paying on two cars, and one in which that I dont even have. I would take this dealership off of Navy Federals preferred buyers list immediately. Very shady dealings at this location.

Was told an important safety recall on the engine of the vehicle could not be scheduled for 57 days, but normal service could be scheduled immediately. There were no parts required by the recall, according to the documentation sent by Kia Motors America.

Manager Jeremy O’Connor, went out of his way and job description to help me this morning. He was very nice. My car ran out of gas and I was able to coast down branch into the Kia lot. Stressed and frantic Jeremy made my day by offering his assistance with no hesitation! I even offered to pay him, which he declined. U just don’t find people willing to help with nothing in return these days. I just really appreciate Jeremy! Called this morning to inquire about getting my trunk latch fixed, and was told that they had no appointments available until mid-July. I told the lady who answered the phone that I understood, but couldn’t ride to work with my trunk bouncing open. She transferred me to the service manager, and I wish I got his name. He didn’t try to accommodate me in the least bit. He didn’t offer any temporary solution, or offer for me to swing by to see if there was even a possibility that they could fix it before mid-July. He heard how frustrated I was, and offered no help or showed any compassion (which is a huge part of customer service). I called the location in Waldorf and got the complete opposite customer service. This will be my permanent location.

I think Kia Motors Company should review this dealerships practices. I went to Darcars Kia service center for my engine that seized up. I have a third party warranty company that would take car of the cost if it was the engine or any other part. The first thing I was told was they don’t take Car Shield because they don’t pay then they stated they were booked anyway for at least a week. I was basically dismissed by this dealership. I then called Bayside Kia of Waldorf and spoke with Ashley. Ashley stated that CarShield was accepted there but before we even look into your warranty let’s get the car here and check it out, it could be covered under Kia’s lifetime engine warranty. She then walked me thru all the steps and got my rental coverage and my engine replacement process started. Don’t go to Darcars Kia!!! Find a place that will take care of your car and you as well. I wholeheartedly recommend Bayside Kia of Waldorf!!!!

This is the worst car dealership I’ve ever visited. I put down a deposit to go on the waitlist for an suv, and they never called me back, months later, to tell me the manufacturer closed the waitlist. On top of that, I have spent weeks contacting the finance manger to mail me a refund check for that deposit. He continues to say he needs to look into it and will call me back, and never does. I have worked with Kia of Bowie to purchase my SUV and their customer is WAY better, excellent, even. Don’t waste your time going to this dealership.

A friend is a salesman here! I was there to sell my trade in to the junk company! They were so nice to let me hold my old car there until I was able to figure out what to do with it. But when I was there to purchase my new car it was of course a all day process (as car buying is) but they were very courteous and my salesman friend kept me informed of everything along the way! The usual car buying run around. I had an older sales person. I felt out of retirement to make money for Christmas presents. Getting a test drive was like drawing blood. I felt every word he said he really meant the opposite. I was directed away from the car I was interested in. Perhaps inventory he wanted to get rid of first. A compact waiting room a sort of afterthought with the Worlds oldest coffee.

We were very impressed with the staff at this dealership; from sales, to the new car manager, to our finance manager and the receptionist...everyone was great. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! The worst service I have ever experienced since I bought my Kia in 2015! I came for a new alternator. The technician I spoke with told me if my got my car to them before they closed on Saturday my car would be ready by Tuesday! LIES!!! Monday afternoon rolled around and no had even started my car. They never contacted my insurance company like they said they would. By Tuesday I had to call to get updates on my car, and even after I gave them the number to my insurance company they still failed to contact them. I had to call my insurance company to have them call the Kia service center in order to get the work started on my car. When I called again Wednesday morning I was informed that they had ordered the part I needed and my car would be ready Friday afternoon! On Friday I never received a call on Friday to confirm my car was ready! I then called Saturday morning and STILL no one had worked on my car! Finally they had someone replace the alternator, and said my battery needed to be replaced as well! Fine, replace the battery! I go to pick up my car and the radio won’t turn on! Whomever replaced my battery BLEW A FUSE!!!!!!! I’m so upset, this type of service make no sense at all! No one knew a fuse was blown on my car until I said something which means when they replaced my battery, they didn’t check the work they did to make sure everything was working properly! I’m so over this Kia center! AND WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE HEAD OF THE SERVICE CENTER, TURNS OUT HE LEFT FOR THE DAY at 2:30, and the center doesn’t close until 4:00 pm!

They worked with me and got me the car I wanted and bank that would help me build my credit credit while I was making payments. They were all so friendly. First let me start by saying the sales staff here is amazing. They know their products and do a great job selling them. I have visited this dealership several times in my interest in the 2020 Kia Telluride. While I considered a purchase, I was disgusted that they would add a $7000 markup to the vehicle. With the markup, there is nothing extra you get but an extra 200 added on to your car payment. What they fail to understand is that a $7,000 markup (gouging the consumer) is really over $20,000 when you look at taxes on the $7,000 and the 6% Maryland tax, a 4% interest rate and the loss of cost when you go to trade your new vehicle that you are upside down in because of their greed. Until they change this disgusting practice I will never buy from them and will encourage people I know to never accept a markup with nothing in return.

‪The Kia dealership in Temple Hills, MD has by far the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Our car has been in the service department for the past month & the maintenance team can’t seem to find the issue. (1/3) No rental has been provided nor has there been an open line of communication. We’ve been told to trade in the car (which is not a resolution) since they cannot effectively diagnose it. It has been extremely difficult to get in contact with my service consultant, Kevin Higgins. To make matter worse, I have no received all call back from the service MANAGER, Bob Smith. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle through Kia. ‬

I visited this location about two weeks ago to purchase my first vehicle. The rep that assisted me with my purchase of a 2015 Chrysler 200 was Liz. She was really professional and informative. She answered all my questions and made sure everything was clear and understood. Even after we went on a test drive I was still undecided on if I wanted to purchase the vehicle or not. I received excellent service from KIA DarCars of Temple Hills today and received a free car wash after they finished updating the software and servicing my Kia. I had a very wonderful and relaxing time waiting in the lounge also, (I was conversating with a pretty customer that was waiting also in the lounge with me ha-ha.) Initially I was met by the accomadating and competent service Manager Jeremy OConnor which he then referred me to one of his proficient assistant service advisors Chris, and he did an excellent job in diagnosing my vehicle, making suggestions to what my car actually needed. I even met with a sales consultant, Ms. Angela with the possibility of trading my car in the future. Their teamwork was like observing a well tuned machine. The experience was great! But when it was my turn to actually go for myself, I do have to say, that I never in all my days thought I would walk into a dealership and get treated with the feeling I was family. Purchased my first vehicle from here about a year ago, while the car buying experiences was pretty good, I find that each time I come in for service (even with an appointment) the wait is always extremely long, and the shuttle service they offer never seems to be available. (You have to pay additional for the enterprise service they offer) Not everyone working here is as pleasant and customer service oriented as others. I find that when I call the receptionist isnt very warm or polite. All and all, the employees are ok, but the service manager Mr. Dawson always seems to be on point, ready and willing to go above & beyond for customers! Kudos to him, but the staff can use a little more customer Service training.

This dealership is the WORST! The wait for service is ALWAYS long. I’ve been waiting on a part since June of 2016. The first visit they ordered the wrong part. After waiting months I so happened to call and the associate was like “yes, your part is here”. Me, well when was anyone going to contact me? I’m guessing NEVER! So it’s time again for service and I also have to wait on this part to be installed.. Oh, and they advertise in their waiting are that they have loaner vehicles... Well that’s a lie! And oh yeah, the service guy says because you have been waiting on this part that’s not going to be a reason for you to get a loaner..So, I guess I’ll have to plan a full day at Kia just for a service and a part.. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future!

I purchased a 2012 Chrysler 200 back in February. First off let me say that my Sales person Bruce Conrad was very patient and persistent. It took about a week but I finally had my ride.A few days after driving off the lot I noticed the brakes were squeaky. Luckily I had to take my car back the dealer to get the alarm system installed and pick up hard tags. I brought the brake issue to the attention of my sales person who said he would have it checked. upon picking up my vehicle, of course I did not hear any squeaking and was assured my brakes were perfect. About a week and a half later my brakes were back squeaky. I called to set up an appointment...was scheduled for that following Saturday at 3:30. Saturday comes I go to my appointment and guess what???? the last customer is seen at 3:00. Why was I scheduled for 3:30??? Inconvenience. So I then had to come back the following Saturday which is then almost a month after buying my car. Get to my appointment and they say the rotors needed to be shaved down. Again after about a week the squeaks came back. I guess it was too much to replace the brakes.Now I recently have been trying to get a copy of my Maryland inspection because there is absolutely no way that car couldve passed inspection. guess what I get.... the run around. The manager never returns phone calls and he actually had the nerve to tell me I need to do the foot work if I wanted to find the inspection.My last complaint is that I went to get an oil change and tire rotation at a tires plus location . SO I was told that they could not do the rotation because the tires in the front were bad. So thinking that I would only have to buy two tires I was ok. The guy comes back and says maam you know you have mini van tires on your car? YES DARCARS SOLD ME A CAR WITH THE WRONG TIRES. I called to get answers and got nothing. Im furious because now I have to buy a new set of tires. I will never recommend anyone to go there .

Forget any kind of service after you buy a car from this place. Forget anything they told you before you bought the car. Forget getting your paper work they promised you would take 2 or 3 days. Try 6 weeks and still no title. Try calling and if you speak to the manager he says he will find out and call you back. Surprise you do not get a call back. Call back and he is gone for the day or he is off that day. Try the used car manager tells you that he can not get a hold of the manager responsible for titles in 6 weeks. No one is in charge in this Zoo.

Much like the other reviews, my opinion of these people could not be worse. They are not only inept, they are criminals. I bought a $70k truck and unbeknownst to me they sold me a third party extended warranty that was over twice the cost of the mopar option which they did not even mention. When I demanded they cancel they assured me they would. That was two months ago and manager Farzad has refused to return any emails or calls. Avoid these people at all costs and do not buy a car here. I ended up canceling the policy myself but they woundnt refund the entire policy so Im out of pocket because of these crooks.

The location is a dump. They need to fix it up. Getting into the place is a pain. I was looking for someone specific and for 15 minutes that person no one seemed to know, but eventually they knew the person. Made me feel real weird from the start. The sales agent didnt seem to know much about the lot or the cars. One of the cars had food in it. The sales agent used paper vs the computer. Not sure why. The manager just made me want to leave more when he tried to convince me to not leave. He didnt offer a deal to keep me.From the time I walked in to walking out everything felt wrong. And I was right to walk away. I got a better deal elsewhere without the bad feeling.

The Kia dealership next to my house closed down so this was my first time at this location. It was very easy to set an appointment with service, however there’s something about a female walking in to this man cave atmosphere that makes them think they can treat a customer like they are dumb. Mr Tod from service decided to explain to me how “had” works ( not gasoline but how gas particles move in the atmosphere) and when I was asking more questions decided to raise his voice. I ended up paying 240 dollars to put Freon in my car. Tod is one of the rudest individuals I got to work with. I hope the 240 was worth it.

I just learned that the vehicle I purchased from Dar Kia in 2018 in Temple Hills, Maryland should had been marked as pre-owned but it was sold as a new car with 230 miles when I made the purchase. Today, I had to purchase a new battery because it was down to 34%. I am not happy and I have not had this vehicle for 2 years.Kia you have not heard the last of this. Your sales people practices are shady and I refuse to walk away quitely.Update: I learned that I can not be reimbursed for the battery but I also learned that my vehicle was sold to me new but coded in Dar Car system as used. I was supposed to received a call on yesterday, Momday December 9 but no call and no return call after me calling and leaving serveral messages. Again, they have not heard the last of me.

I told him roughly my credit score, my down payment, what I could afford, and I wanted a SUV. Other dealerships thought I was crazy, but not him, he told me he would do everything he could to get me the vehicle I wanted. I asked bout some vehicles and he suggested some, after it was all said and done I drove away in my original vehicle of choice a 2008 Nissan Rogue and Im loving it. This is the worst experience in my life I been to the service department at least six times my car still isn’t fixed. Every time go there they say it’s fixed but car turns off and jumps forward. Worst mechanics I ever met the whole department needs to be evaluated.
