Service advisor Tiffany S. was awesome!! I had issues last time with service advisor M and I almost decided to start taking my car to Alexandria BMW but decided to give this location another chance. Service did not take too long and they also washed and vacuumed the car...something the last service advisor did not offer. Thanks Tiffany. I will return because of your customer service. Pancakes were awesome as well!

I would rather take my car to a side shop then too bring it back to them when i tell u never i would never take my car there to get one problem done they hit me with all types of this needs repairs so i said ok just give me a oil change now remind you i just washed my car last nite before i took it too them i gets my car back which they wash before they give it back to you they dont ask you first they just do it but anyway get my car back stuff all on the side of my door from the wash then mechanic oily hand prints all over my doors and hood so get home 2 days later my transmission malfunction light comes on never had that happen before i wonder why🤔

John is the definition of an asset to BMW! I unfortunately did not end up buying the car because my fiancé wanted something different, but this was by far my best experience to date with a car dealership. John provided me with a video he captured himself and pictures of the car less than 20 minutes after our initial phone call. What really caught my eye is the residual water dripping from the undercarriage. He made sure it was cleaned first prior to sending me the footage which spoke volumes. There was absolutely no lag in the communication between us. I rarely post reviews, I work in sales and felt the need to post about the VIP treatment I received from him. Thanks again, I will definitely keep you in mind down the road and refer you to others. All the best.
