Marc was very easy to do business with. He cleaned the tile floors and carpets in our house. They look amazing!! He was on time, very respectful of my home and stayed focused on the task. I would use him again

Marc is awesome. He did a very good job in sealing my new designer floor tiles. On top of that, he gave me very honest and professional advice on how to take care of my tiles. I would definitely use his service when it is time to clean and re-seal my tiles. His rate is very reasonable.

About 5 years ago I had Marc come to our house to clean our tile. He did such an amazing job and was so professional. Fast forward to today. I have just moved into an older ranch house and the tile needed a lot of love. For some reason Marcs name and reputation stuck in my mind after all of that time and I was excited to call him and see if he could clean and shine up this old house. I was thrilled that he was still available and in business. He drove all the way out from Sacramento, a long distance to our country home. He worked really hard, paid such attention to detailing, was unbelievably pleasant, and incredibly professional. The tile looked deeply cleaned after he was done and I couldnt have been happier! It is a wonderful thing to have the owner of a company come out to do the work himself. He really puts his heart into his work and is a delight to work with. I would recommend him without hesitation! What a great company!

Had our annual carpet cleaning by Marc, he was awesome as always! I work during the day so he met early in the morning before I left and by the time I was getting home he was finishing up. I feel totally comfortable having him at the house while I am away. He always does a great job, he is very friendly, and explains everything thoroughly. I dont usually take the time to write reviews, but he deserves it!

The most highly trafficked areas of our home are comprised of a very light colored tile and an even lighter colored color sealed grout.We had previously been able to maintenance the grout by virtue of an annual, back breaking day of scrubbing on our hands and knees with toothbrushes, however, 2 inside dogs and 8 years later, the color seal had worn off the grout in the most trafficked/cleaned areas and the unsealed grout was showing through. The result was discolored grout lines that appeared to be absolutely filthy no matter how long or hard we scrubbed. Our tiles also had an overall dingy appearance and I was never satisfied that they were perfectly clean, even after a thorough steam mopping and scrubbing.We finally became so disgusted with the look of our floors that we called Sierra Tile, Stone & Carpet Care.I cannot praise this company and Marc Leonetti highly enough for the job that he did on our tile and grout. After he cleaned the tile/grout, and resealed the grout lines, our floors literally looked like they did when they were brand new. I knew the floor had looked horrible before, but I didnt realize just how horrible until Marc was finished.Marc was very professional and friendly, and we will absolutely call on his services again in the future. I am so pleased to have my floors actually look clean when Im finished cleaning them and I highly recommend Marc Leonetti and Sierra Tile, Stone & Carpet Care to anyone in need of professional floor cleaning services.Companies and professionals of this caliber are few and far between these days and it is a rarity to have your expectations exceeded as a customer. Marc, Came out and was on time. I hate to admit it but my tile was so dirty it was like night & day after MARC got done. Wow it was so worth it. Marc Lionetti is a consummate professional. We hired Marc to clean and seal out travertine stone tile. We had been remiss for quite and had not cleaned or sealed it for over 4 years. The grout lines were discolored so we needed the best in the business to help us. Several designers and general contractors recommended Marc. We asked for his help and it is one of the best decisions we have ever made. Marc did a wonderful job. Our floors are once beautiful again. He got the stains out of the grout lines and the travertine stone tiles look like new. We will ask Marc to return in two years to clean and seal again. No more procrastination on our part. Why? Marc made our perception of difficult easy. We worked quickly and efficiently. Our home was returned to perfect order only we now had amazing floors once again. You cannot do better.
