My wife and I had Steve, at Green Steemer, come out to clean our carpets in our new (to us) home in Folsom. We chose his service as we wanted to use environmentally friendly products on our carpets as we have a young baby crawling around the house. He came out did a thorough job and met and even exceeded our expectations with the results.

I have tried many of the carpet/upholstery companies in the area, and while most are generally decent, Green Steamer is leaps and bounds above the competition. Steve and the group clearly have a passion for what they do and tackle even the most difficult projects with pure enthusiasm and diligence. We had one such project. In addition to a bunch of other rugs and furniture, we had them clean a large, expensive and really dirty white area rug. It took a few days longer than initially represented but we have cats and a dog and apparently, they got away with more than we knew! And the reason Steve had it a little longer was because he carefully washed it several times using a variety of methods and ultimately (on his own dime and time) ordered a new state of the art cleaner in order to ensure that he was not going to damage the fibers. How do I know that? Because they routinely followed up with ME! So refreshing. They were painstakingly careful with my beautiful $2,000 white “litter box” of a rug, and when they returned it, it was absolutely pristine. Looked as new as the day we bought it 3 years ago. And all for the exact same charge they quoted me when they saw it initially. And on the remaining items, they worked quickly and efficiently and produced amazing work product. I couldn’t believe how much effort they put into cleaning our large sectional couch. It looked amazing when they were done. I wish I could say more. Very professional and also, respectful of social distancing protocols. I could not have asked for a better experience.

They were so wonderful to work with - easy to book, showed up on time and worked their butts off to make our carpets and tile new again. Well definitely be using them again - A+ work and communication!

Quality small business doing great work at a reasonable price. Everyone was great to work with, from the person who answered the phone on a Sunday, to the technician who came out the next day. Couch and chairs look great! They are permanently saved to contacts.

This is an excellent local and family-owned business and is eco-friendly . Steve, the owner, and Chris, his nephew, came on time and thoroughly cleaned my type w fabric couch which is a special kind of fabric that you cant use just any cleaner on. He also cleaned my hallway and a large bonus room. He cleaned up pet spots and explained to me exactly how to care for my Fabric and carpet so that I keep it in the best shape! It smells Divine and looks very clean. The price was very reasonable. I referred another person in the community to this business and she is very happy. I will definitely hire them again for other rooms!

I had contacted Green Steamer Plus a few months ago and they had come to our home and did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets for the bedrooms, hall and loft.However this review is not about their past visit (a lthough I should have wrote a shining review then and forgot) its about what just occurred and speaks to the service of this family owned and operated small business...I called them at 930am this morning (a Monday) with an urgent request. Our old dog had bled on our bedroom carpet and then walked around leaving drips throughout bedroom in the middle of the night. I am 8 months pregnant and on bed rest so my husband and I decided this wasnt a job we could do on our own. Having JUST cleaned our carpets I called Lori and Steve at Green Steamer Plus asking if they could come help us this week... I was shocked when they said they would be able to come tonight AND take care of it as well. At 515, the van pulled up our driveway and Ill tell you what... after a long and very difficult Monday... these people made me smile and took just a little bit off my plate.Thank you Green Steamer Plus

Prompt, honest and knowledgable.Our carpet was not salvagable because of the age, the pet issues and discolrations.They advised me that cleaning would not restore the carpet and we would be unwise to contract them to clean.WOW this honesty is remarkable!They did clean the tile and did an excellent job at a very reasonable cost. Steve and Chris were on time and thoroughly cleaned our white berber carpet. They took time to clean any spots that came after cleaning and explained their process. There were no bad odor or strong smell. They used all organic and eco- friendly products. We were very pleased with their service. We got the upstairs cleaned and once paint job is done, we will have them come back and clean downstairs. Before they started they gave us two options and explained the process and gave us option to choose. Great service and would use their service in future as well. Thank you Chris and Steve!!

Steve and Dakota did a fantastic job. Our carpet manufacturer required a specific technique be used and they gladly accommodated. The results were amazing. They exceeded our expectations!!Honest and reliable. There was a small issue that popped up and they called to inform us several days before our appointment. Everything actually worked out fine but I loved that they cared enough about our busy lives and schedule to keep us in the loop.Ps: they also got the kids footprints off our master bed headboard... don’t ask why our kids decided they needed to put their feet on it!!!

I have already been referring Green Steamer Plus to friends because we were so pleased with how clean and odorless our dirty pet stained carpet was when the guys were done. In fact, we were so pleased we asked them to do the rest of the house next week. We were about to replace the carpet with flooring, but now we feel we can wait a while longer.

We had an emergency situation unfortunately from our dog. Steve was very responsive, professional and sympathetic! He did a great job not only on our emergency area but cleaned our old carpet that due to COVID has not been replaced. It looks brand new and trust me it is not! Great job Steve!
