The service guy, felix, that work there, is the best, go-to, guy Ive met since my 12 years of dealing with boost. My new cell phone couldnt take a charger in it, and the guy at one boost store told me that I had to buy another phone, because it would cost too much to fix the one I had bought about three months ago. I went to felix, and he looked at my phone... Did a few things to it with a tiny screwdriver, have it back to me, with a charger plug, and said, okay... Try it. The plug went in and clicked... Which meant it locked, like it used to.... And started charging. Yes...a great and honest guy.

Nobody ever is there. Ive been at the door for at least 30 minutes from 5:15 -5:45 yet this store closes at 7 and multiple people have been waiting here for a long time yet nobody answered the door. I would never recommend anyone to go to this boost mobile for any reason possible.

This place is a scam. My aunt went in there to switch phone and came out with a $60 fee. Could’ve been free if she call boost Mobile herself. The charged her with $15 activation fee which is reasonable but then add $20 for a new SIM card $25 for some work they did saying the phone wasn’t turn on the first time.

Everytime I go into Boost they have the best customer service ever thats in Woodbury...however in Camden when i have to take the bus and go out of my way they made me wait just to pay a bill and wait over a half hour so these ppl need more help in the office and better attitudes!
