Ive been doing my taxes here for years. Some times its a long wait but they get you in and out . They are very professional.

They open at 9am but the only ones who arrive at this time are the secretary and the guy building his clientele. Its past 930 and even though I was the first one to arrive, I am still waiting. I have been filling my taxes with W. Fuller since I was 18 and 14 years later, its time to move on. Punctuality is also part of professionalism and is crucial specially when you only have one day off a week but I guess no one cares unless its their day off being ruined. Wont be coming back.

This place made us wait more than an hour. Just to make one rent lease. And they make us attend for a very long time. Honestly I really wouldnt come back. This is the first and last time I will be here. After long time waiting they did bad Job and a went to say to fix it and this Man Willian told me to leave or hell call the police .. thats how they treat the costumers when you tell them to do the job Right thats why we pay for ... They are not a professional people I dont recommend anyone go there to waist your time.😠😡😡

DONT NO GO FILE OUT YOUR TAXES HERE. WORST SERVICE THEY DIDNT EXPLAIN THE COST OF FILING OUT YOUR TAXES WHEN YOU DECIDE TO LET THEM CHARGE OF YOUR REFUND. OMAR FILED OUT MY TAXES AND HE ASKED IF I WANTED TO PAY KNOW IN THE STORE WHICH EVERY YEAR I DO AND WHEN I DECIDE THIS YEAR TO LET THEM TAKE OF MY REFUND HE SAID ITS GOING TO BE 95$ OF THE REFUND. WHEN I GET HOME I REVIEWED MY PAPER WORK AND THEY CHARGED ME $244 TO DO MY TAXES INSTEAD OF THE $95. WHEN I CALLED TO EXPLAIN TO OMAR ABOUT THE SITUATION THAT HE DIDNT EXPLAIN TO ME ABOUT THE CHARGE HE SAID YOU SHOULD OF NEVER BEEN TEXTING I WAS CHECKING ON MY DAUGHTER AND THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS JOB. HE GAVE ME THE PAPER WORK TO FILE OUT AND AFTERWARDS SAID THEY WILL TAKE THE $95 AND STAPLED THE PAPER WORK. IF YOU DO GO TO FULLERS PLEASE ASK FOR THE OWNER WILLIAM NOT OMAR WORST EXPERIENCE TO YOUNG HE DOESNT EXPLAIN WHAT HE IS DOING AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. HE SPOKE TO ME LIKE I WASNT A CLIENT AND THIS IS MY 3RD YEAR GOING TO THEM.
