Doing taxes in person they take too much of my money out. Doing it free online on my own they dont give me an option to have my return sent to my emerald card. When I call h&r block for help they will not help me because I did my taxes on my own. So I give h&r block zero stars. In order for me to submit this I have no choice but to choose 1 star but I prefer ZERO

They are very fast. They go far and beyond you. Especially Theresa Murphy. I wish it wasnt so expensive but besides that, they are the best tax preparation office.

My visit was very educational. me, someone with little knowledge of how this thing called taxes works, learned quite a bit about the subject. The tax preparer that i was assigned to was friendly and helpful...as well as the rest of the staff. there were light refreshments offered and, because h and r block has the option of scheduling an appointment, the service was quick. i was seen at my scheduled time...amazing! i will defiantly be filing my taxes with h and r block again next year.

Ms. Pauline is the kindest most efficient worker. She is very calm and assuring. Sometimes taxes can be an extremely stressful. She puts your mind at ease and gets the job done. 5 stars for Pauline!!! Very professional.
