I asked them to wrap and ship some very delicate objects, including a model ship. All items arrived in perfect condition. They went well above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service. I could not recommend them more highly.

Went here a couple times recently. They are really friendly. Helped my with shipping, shredding papers and printing out a document. Definitely the most helpful ups store.

One Incredible business! I have been renting mailbox here for over 20 years and the owner and staff are amazing. According to business hours posted on window, the store is supposed to open at 9:00am. It’s 9:07am and the store is still closed. 3 customers have shown up and left (including me).

Notary services are unreliable and a mess. I called beforehand for the notary hours (11am-1pm), but when I showed up with the two witnesses needed for my document signing, the notary was not present. Guy at counter was incredibly rude and difficult.Got my document notarized at Bayside Realty (4 mins walking) instead.Shipped here 5+ times with no problem. Considering moving my shipping needs away if the employees here continue to be hysterical and abrasive.

They charge $2.25 to print your shipping label. FedEx and real UPS stores print your labels for free and with a smile.

Friendly service

After calling several other UPS stores in the area; I settled here after receiving GREAT customer care over the phone. Jesse not only waited for me to arrive, but he personally packed and shipped a delicate piece of furniture for me. There is a reason these folks have SO may 5 star ratings on Google!!

Donald was very rude. Claimed they were not apart of UPS. Tried to charge me more than the online prices. Took mask off during COVID to yell at me.

Jesse and crew are knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I sometimes go out of my way to use this location because they get things done right the first time and treat me with respect.

The ups guys put in the wrong address and later said he wouldn’t refund. Lost 30 dollars in 10 mins. Asked me to leave the store and send it from elsewhere

Our stuff was packed amazingly well and made it all the way to Hong Kong in great condition. However, it was impossible to get an answer from the store once we were out of the US. I would recommend doing everything you need to in person at the store, otherwise you may have trouble getting a response from the store.

Excellent reliable service above and beyond the norm. This feels like a friendly neighborhood store, not a chain or franchise. Very well run!

This UPS shop is aces!!! Theyve been in my neighborhood for years and have gone to many extremes to help us out numerous times. $16 for 2 passport photos. Had to pay an extra fee to have them by mail.And they were NOT approved at the embassy.--> 4.4$ in a photo machine, and they were approved.

The staff at thus UPS Store were incredibly accommodating and understanding in maintaining my mailbox while I was abroad for half a year. They even helped me by discarding my junk mail. I cant say enough nice things about them.

Great UPS store. Ive done business there for over ten years. Jesse, the owner, is great, and he always hires great people.

Ive used this place to drop off packages when Ive paid for and printed UPS labels online. For that purpose, theyre fine. They also advertise notary services on their website (specific to this store), but when I went there to get a document notarized they said they couldnt do it, as they only notorized documents sometimes, when were not busy which I found confusing.

They always do a Great Job. I go there several times a week. Jesse and his crew are the best!

I had terrible experience with the on call pick-up service. I made an appointment but they never showed up, not even a phone call. When I called the customer service, they promised a call back which again never happened. But they asked for my credit card info when making the appointment and actually charged...

This store is ridiculous. The entire organization is ridiculous. A package was shipped to me from this store. The store mislabeled my package and sent me someone elses package and sent my package to someone else. After spending hour on the phone and in UPS store here the cambridge store claims they retrieved my package from Boston and would ship it next day air to me (by now its been 5 days since the package was shipped). The package was instead shipped by GROUND delivery, with an estimated date AFTER Christmas. I called back and was told the shipping method had been rectified and that I would receive the package the next day by 1.30pm. As of 5pm still no delivery was made. I called UPS several times and customer service was rude and told me to just stay at home and continue to wait even though I had already rearranged my day earlier to accomodate the delivery window THEY gave me. It is now 12.11am on the NEXT day. NO delivery attempt was made. UPS never updated the delivery window. Somone specials Christmas has been ruined. So basically, you lose my package, cost me valuable time at work having to go to the ups store and stay on the phone for hours in order to find my package, then you send it via the wrong method, correct it to the right method, have me wait an entire day at home the last weekend before xmas when errands need to be run and then at midnight tell me I will no receive the package until Monday. Well done, UPS, you are a disgrace. You will never see a pennie of mine again and I will be sure every one I know knows about the abysmal excuse for service you provide. You all ought to be ashamed.
