Harry was a fantastic help with packing and shipping a larger package that didnt fit well in a standard sized box. He made sure to explain what he was doing and made sure I understood how much everything would cost before he started packing the box. I have no complaints about my experience.

Ive been going here for years.....every time has been a successful trip. There are a multitude of tasks you can accomplish in one place! The two employees named Tony are super helpful & friendly! They always provide incredible customer service. Lastly, the prices are surprisingly reasonable! Highly recommended.

Unhelpful staff, machines that don’t work. I was here to scan a few files and spent an hour and a half to get them to my email. The person attempting to help me asked three times if I had a flash drive... to which my answer remained no... simply unhelpful, will not come back. Store manager should focus on improved equipment and better training for staff.

Every time I go in here (pre and post-COVID requirements) I am amazed at the friendliness and willingness to help solve weird shipping situations. I have never felt unsafe post-covid; everyone inside is always wearing masks and there are barriers everywhere to keep the employees and customers safe.

The two star is because the worker was nice. However, he failed to tell me that thin piece of plastic he used cost $3 before using it. Going there instead of just using the drop-off box was a big waste of time and money.

I dont know where all these bad reviews are coming from. I came to have a fragile item packaged and shipped, and they did so quickly and professionally. They used a right-sized box with an appropriate amount of packaging, without up-selling me on packing or shipping. I had a coupon for both which were honored without issue, too.

Charged me multiple times for the envelops because one of their machine crashed everytime when I swiped my card. UPS is a lot better than this Fedex. I will never ship here again.

Service is generally less than cordial, scanners are ancient and slow. This is particularly problematic since you are paying a higher hourly rate and time sensitive meter rates. Internet often slow too.

This is a miserable place that will make you long for the warm flames of hell.I’ve been working in the Kendall/MIT area since 2007 and I’ve been in this FedEx shop many times. I have never had a good experience there and I’ve come to genuinely dread it. It’s a huge facility but you’ll see broken equipment, messy displays, and grumpy employees. The whole store is in disarray and feels dirty. The layout is confusing and you won’t know where you should get in line. Not to mention that the customer waiting area has no organization scheme at all, so when you do find the line you need you’ll have trouble figuring out where your place is in the general mob that’s standing around, waiting for service.Although it’s a big facility I’ve never seen more than two people working at a time. I’ve never had less than a 15 minute wait. God help you if you have a question or need some assistance. The staff sneer at you and shake their heads, insisting they can’t perform such simple tasks as weighing an envelope and printing a label so you can mail it.My experiences at this FedEx location have convinced me that the only way the business stays afloat is corporate interests. Corporate mail all seems to flow through FedEx. Stay FAR away if you’re a general consumer. Send your packages to Grandma and Cousin Ted using UPS or USPS.

The manager generally only tells you what you cannot do instead of providing solutions to your problem. In my case I wanted to ship a product with a battery but all I was told is that I could not do it, not any sort of solution as to how I could do it until I repeatedly prodded for a solution.. Then I went to UPS the next day and sent my package with no issues at all.

So I printed a poster here today and also wanted to ship it out to my destination.I got handed a shipping label to fill out, which I did. once filled, I was informed that I had been given the wrong label and was handed another one to fill. filled that as well and for the second time was informed it was yet another wrong label and was handed a third label to fill out.frustrated I wanted to make sure it was the correct one this time. when filling out the manager hands me another invoice form (as if to test my patience). stormed out.youd think FedEx would know which was the right shipping label to use. the folks here dont know what they are doing. something as simple as handing out the correct shipping label is a task for them.wouldnt go there again.

Printers frequently broken so you cant print labels, and staff has no clue what to do (answer: go home and print it yourself and just drop it off). In general, the staff arent helpful -- walk in, stand at the counter, and watch them sweep the floor or work on the computer and maybe some point theyll acknowledge you and walk over.

-5 Start, if I can put negative star, I would like to do it, Carol (assistant manager) is very unprofessional. He is away from the front desk; another clerk is the same. he seems making personal phone call. But people are waiting. they ignored. I call him to help because I just need to drop off. He said I could not ship danger item there. I am not sure battery is danger item. he just gives me hard time because I ask for asked him to help. I asked him where I can ship. he said he did not know. I said you work here you do not know.he called somebody and told me I only can some place. He is not sure where to go. But I only can ship as express. the FedEx just want you pay more. I have heard other women has complained the price so high. while I was waiting. I believe the worker want people pay higher price.I must pay double parking tickets, because I was waiting for a long time. If I do not call Carol, my car maybe would be tolled.I get the ship label from the vendor. I do not know why I cannot ship itI will never use FedEx again. I will call the vendor not to use FedEx. If customer must pay express. The item shipping fee would higher than the item cost.

Self-print machines are alarmingly slow, even compared to the same sluggish equipment Ive used at other FedEx locations. Screens kept freezing. One staffer restarted the machines but that didnt do diddly. Another staffer dismissed it as an internet issue. I tried for over half an hour to access and print one lousy page from Google Drive, but ran out of time and left empty-handed. Two stars because in the time I spent standing around in there I saw the staff be helpful to other people.

Was just trying to make a copy and I went to the machine, inserted my card and the printer wouldnt do anything. The two screens(payment and copier were not in sync). Was extremely frustrating as I had spoken to an Employee there before for help and they just sent me the machine. Perhaps having more directions at the machine would help. Ruined my day. Hate having my time wasted by stupid technology. Also it was very difficult to find as their entrance is not even at the location of the address its on a different after all together

They may think that just because they are called federal express they are part of the federal government. They won’t ship without a photo id; they charge 6 times more than post office for a slower service, and the fat guy on the counter was extremely rude.

Poor service with poor attitudes. I had to carry my own packages from out of the back area. Parking is an absolute NIGHTMARE as I had to drive around for 30 minutes (No, seriously!) until I settled for a spot three blocks away.

Their system rejected the Canadian postal code I was shipping to and, after leaving me waiting around unattended for about 10 minutes, they gave me a phone number and told me to call their own tech support number! Trying to funnel information between the human trying to make me a shipping label and the human on the phone trying to figure out what was up with the zip code, getting my call transferred between about five different departments... guys, if Im going to go in to a physical store to ship something, I dont expect to end up troubleshooting for you on the phone. I gave up and walked out, sent via USPS instead.

There is always a line because they are understaffed and I witnessed a manager yell at a customer who had filled out his form incorrectly. He said, you are in America now and everything needs to be in English. He proceeded to turn and speak Spanish to another customer. His overt need to be racist to someone who was East Asian was terrible and his hypocrisy was horrible.
