This place is the epitomy of your small town, personable, full service shop that you cant find anymore. I dont know what to say that hasnt been echoed previously. They office help is very personable and professional. The technicians are all experts and are equally personable and willing to stop what they are doing to answer questions. I havent experienced a shop this friendly and accommodating in over 20 years. This shop is a true gem of a find. I have scheduled some work for my vehicle and eager to get it into a group of experts who know customer service and autowork.

After buying a boat in East Liverpool my wife and I and the dogs headed home back to TN. About an hour into our trip one of the trailer tires started to fall apart. We got off the highway and started calling places to find a tire. We were referred to Priority Automotive, we could not have been happier. They got on the phone and located 2 tires for our boat trailer. The shop owners really took take of us they went and picked up the tires for us and also ensured that our dogs got fresh water. We were back on the road in about an hour. The rest of the ride was smooth and uneventful thanks to Priority. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being so professional, caring and fair. I was out of town in Wheeling WV and driving back to TOLEDO Ohio. I stopped in Cambridge for fuel and found my truck not starting at the gas station I stopped at. I knew it was the starter that was bad however I knew no one in the area and was 4 hours away from home. I called 9 different automotive shops in the area and no one could help me partially because everybody was closing for the day. Karen at Priority called me back and notified me that she had found my part and asked one of their mechanics to stay after close to fix my truck. They literally made fixing my truck a priority which saved me more money, hassle, headache compared to having to stay in a hotel and wait a day or two to fix it. I couldn’t thank them enough. They are great people with great integrity. Owning and operating a company of my own, I know that finding people that are willing to go out of there way to help is few and far between and it goes a long way. Thanks guys!

Only one word to describe Priority Automotive...outstanding! When your vehicle breaks down far from home, you can never be sure how an unknown mechanic shop will treat you. Luckily for me I found Andy and Nick. They had my vehicle up and running in no time, on a Saturday morning no less! Customer service is A1 with these guys. Totally fair and honest in pricing and friendly to deal with. Would use them again without a doubt.
