Weve had multiple slips left in our rural mailbox that detail our mail was not delivered because the box was full or that delivery was attempted. These are flat out lies... they just dont want to deliver some packages to your door, forcing us to pick up at the post office in town which has terrible hours. We paid for the delivery service?

Would have been 1 star but the staff inside is friendly. The hours of this post office are terrible. If you dont check your mailbox frequently they will turn off your mail. Example being like if theres a pandemic going on and you dont want to frequent the group mailbox daily. In the past year I may have received 5 pieces of mail that I actually needed. You have done a spectacular job at helping me keep my recycling topped off so theres that.

Ok so here we go again with the usps we were expecting a very important letter saw on the web it was to be delivered and of course it didnt happen so we call like anyone else and I was on hold for 20 mons and guess what they closed and just hung up on me. I was on hold the least the could have did before they ran out the door was to take my call since they pit me on hold. But of course they had to pinch out and run out the door just saying screw the customer. I hate the post office right now

Yes the post office has gone to Hel They won’t deliver any packages even though we have huge drop boxes. And the person dropping off the mail comes in a beat up Sabaru in shorts and a tee shirt. They should cancel Saturday delivery and fire half of them

Have had continual issues with the Post Office not following my request to leave our Amazon packages over our fence. They dont do that, then leave me a note via Amazon, that the package was undeliverable. I call and am told that there is a 24-30 minute wait to speak to a human being. I call back the next day and find that, lo and behold, the package was delivered into the package box at the end of my road. And that couldnt be done at the first attempt? I used to have more faith in the PO, but sadly, that no longer seems to be the case.

I got a note in the mail that I missed my package. Finding the place is behind a building when you pull in to the drive, just keep on going and you will see it. They were re opening at 2pm and there was a line but it went really fast. Quick and easy. Friendly staff.

I filled out paperwork to get new keys for a mailbox earlier this week at the retail post office. They told me to check in here on Friday or Saturday to get my keys. I stopped in on Friday morning and they were ready to pick up. The counter guy was efficient and friendly.

My rating is for this facility only, not about the USPS in general. My customer service has always been very good. Employees were prompt, friendly, helpful. This isnt like a typical post office where you stand on line while watching the glacial pace of the counter staff. Here, there is a buzzer to ring to call someone for assistance, unless theyre already helping another customer - which is rare. Ive always been the only customer and sometimes there might be one other customer. I took a star off because of the location and lack of good signage to find the building.

I have noticed a significant improvement. Much more helpful on phone and quickly solved my problem. I felt the person I spoke with wanted to help. Much better!

Received great help when there was an issue with my mail not being delivered. They held all my mail for me.

I live at 2902 NW Nahcotta street. Why have we not received any mail!!!? Do your drivers not know how to put on tire chains? Your mail trucks have been seen all around us; NW Pacific Rim, NW Nahcotta south of Pacific Rim, NW Ogden, all around us. WE HAVE A NEW BOX LOCATION. YOU SHOULD KNOW THAT BY NOW. EDUCATE YOUR DRIVERS. This is not rocket science. Your people should obviously be trained for these kind of conditions. FedEx and UPS have been everywhere.

The USPS delivery driver ran over our front lawn last week and left a three inch by five foot rut. He did not notify us that he had done this, and I found out by looking at our security camera footage. He peeled out and tore up our grass. We called the post office and the post master said, “what do you want me to do about it,” when we reported the accident. He then said that someone would be out the next day to assess the damage and provide a plan to fix the issue, but we have not heard back in over a week. I’m very disapppinted with the lack of accountability for the destruction that happened to our yard.

If you ordered a package dont expect to receive it on time or receive it at all. Ive ordered alot and always something bad happens to the package when it arrives to the camas post office. Here are a few examples. First of all ive order a net and it was lost at the camas post office. Another time was I ordered some coins and they were delivered to the wrong house and I got them a month late. now I got some family items and they were delivered to the wrong house. So make sure use FEDEX or UPS MUCH BETTER! So please USPS if you want to be a credible business or even a decent one train your staff better. Or better yet hire new staff because the ones you have here clearly do not know anything. P.s Im starting to think my mail is being targeted by your staff.

This is such a joke. I have received a package, APPARENTLY, from DHL in Germany. DHL says it is at the carrier post office in Camas. There is no notice in my mailbox, even though DHL says it has been there 5 days ! Last summer we finally got a post office box, $200.00 a year, so we could actually get our mail. We have gotten the neighbors mail, they have gotten ours, and once a certified notice was found in the STREET ! I tried to call them today but obviously dont have a tracking number since they never notified me and they have not called back. Useless. Please, privatize this outfit and get it working ! Use carrier pigeons; they are more reliable. Seriously.

This post office has ridiculous hours which have made it impossible for me to pick up a package of important medication. One star for being civil the one time I was able to get inside the building.

USPS replaced mailboxes for my entire comunity (DeerCreek in Camas) but they dont have a key for me to open my new box and they dont know where my mail has gone ever after they replaced my box two weeks ago. Went to this office today just to waste my time, the people there dont know anything about my key, or the new mail box I didnt ask for!!!

What an utter disgrace. Closed between 11:00 and 2:00, and then closes at 4:00? Only the US government would be so useless.Someone sent me registered mail that I was not at home to sigh for, so it now has to be picked up. Only the idiots at the USPS would make one come to a distribution center with limited hours to pick it up. Why not bring those packages to the downtown Camas PO that is set up for retail transactions? Absolutly pathetic.

Rude! Never called me back. Told me my package never arrived, for three weeks. It was there the whole time. They refuse to stop sending me someone elses mail Joel Emanuel. Guy never lived at this address. Disgusting customer service.

I would like to know why we havent received any mail since the snow. We do have packed snow but everyone around us is receiving mail. I have literally, truthfully seen the mail rig drive by our box on NW 29th street, and hit other boxes with mail. Ive seen it on Nahcotta south of Pacific Rim, I have seen a mail truck on NW Ogden, but for some reason are skipping ours conitinually. We live on NW Nahcotta street. WE are the ones that had our mail box destroyed by a vehicle before Thanksgiving and just had it replaced. Do your drivers not know where the new box is located?! Educate them please and lets deliver our mail! Thank you.

I live on NE Lessard Road. Though we had 3 1/2 inches of snow on Sunday and the postal service was closed on Monday because of the New Year, we have not had mail delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday. NE Lessard Road is clear and I would like to know why the mail is not delivered.

Cannot use this location ship packages, ONLY mail!

Despite full of employees none will help you even during their service hours.
