We have always had good service and no issues at this UPS Store. They DO have a notary service. We used it for a Quit Claim about 8 days ago. I called to make certain they still had this service and they do, but the notary hours are about 10-5, I believe she said. The notary leaves at 5:00 even though the store remains open longer. I hope this clears any issues. I believe it is Monday - Friday for notary services. Call first to be certain.

Please don’t drop your packages at this location if you want your packages to actually be delivered when they’re supposed to! I dropped off 3 packages and they all didn’t leave the facility for 3 days…. And all packages were supposed to be delivered within 2 days! And the employees lie… even when UPS corporate tells you something else! I’m opening an investigation into this franchise as suggested by UPS based on ratings and their practices!

Terrible Customer Service and may LOSE your package. We dropped off 2 items that they were going to pack and send back to Amazon. While I received a tracking number for the packages, a week later, UPS nor Amazon never received the packages. I called the store and the owner said the store isnt responsible, theres nothing he can or will do to help and basically hung up on me. Until now, the service was good. Im not sure what happened to my stuff or their service, but if they lose a package or dont ship it for you, they take no responsibility and you are out of luck.

Great customer service!!! This UPS location at 2390 Las Posas Rd Ste C, Camarillo, CA 93010 truly is 1000% better service than one located at 5021 Verdugo Way Ste 105, Camarillo, CA 93012, bunch of lazy rude employees. Its sad because its much closer to my residence.Thank you

Terrible!!! Only way to describe this place. Told they have a Notary, come on up- We did and guess what NO NOTARY!! Time wasted and the dolt employee just started like we were purple. No , I am sorry or anything, just a whatever

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SMALL MINDED MAN!!! WOULD NOT HELP ME, HE THEN TOLD ME TO LEAVE. WITH THE MOVEMENT OF THE BACK OF HIS HAND. HE TOLD ME TO LEAVE, I THEN ASKED HIM WILL YOU PLEASE PRINT THE AMAZON LABEL, HE THEN SAYS... NO GO TO KINKOS...I DONT PRINT LABELS. SO MY ADVICE TO EVERYONE GO TO THE UPS STORE ON DAILY NEXT TO THE BREAD BASKET. THE WOMEN WAS VERY KIND, PRINTED MY RETURN LABEL *(1.50) IF I WERE UPS HEAD QUARTERS I WOULD INVESTIGATE THIS HORRIBLE MAN AND REMOVE HIS ABILITY TO REPRESENT THEIR COPANY. I cant leave ZERO STARS? Ill leave one since thats the lowest allowed. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! THE WORST.The store was supposed to open at 8:30am. When arriving, there were 5 people outside waiting for it to open. By 850am, no one had shown up to open the store and I and one other gentleman were all that were left waiting. I should have left and gone to the other store 3 miles away! When the young lady finally DID show up to open the store did she apologize to us? No.Not to mention the general warnings that go with using any UPS store. I think they must set their own rates. Their prices are extremely inflated! We use UPS as our office daily and it would have cost me $26 to ship what the UPS store charge me $91 for. Granted, Im paying them for the box and the packing materials... oh, and that stellar customer service! Maybe thats its.. lol JUST BE WARNED

Terrible terrible experience! The older gentlemen was extremely rude and told me to move. He was beyond impatient and looking at other reviews this is the trend. I highly recommend not to patronize this establishment.

Everyone at the store is friendly, owners and employees, I’ve had a mailbox with this same location for over 13 years. I’ve never had an issue. The rates are reasonable and I’m always in and out of there with little to no wait time.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE UPS STORE. After waiting in a long time to just drop off a USPS package, they refused it and wouldn’t take it. NEVER had a ups store turned away my packages. Horrible management. Will never go there again!

This store is privately owned and has many extra charges that dont appear at any other store

Called to find out why the package I dropped off seems to had not moved in 4 days. Not only there was not any offer of help, the guy told me next time don’t drop off your package at their store.The only reason for two stars is because they picked up the phone quickly. Overall poor customer service and rudeness.

I went in to the store on Tuesday evening to get a passport photo. I was told that the girl who is really good at that is not there. I asked if anyone can take the photo for me now. The young guy said that he could but he would have to cut the photo in a 2x2 square and he isn’t so good at that. I told him I think he will do fine that I really need the photo done today. He said he wasnt comfortable doing it and that he thinks fed ex takes passport photos. Wow.Disappointing service to say the least. This is one customer who is never coming back.

We went to mail an envelope at 4:05pm and a young girl said that she couldn’t take it because she had already closed the registers. However, they didn’t close until 4:30pm.

Drop 2 regular postal deliveries there and my mail was never delivered. Called to see if they were perhaps loss behind a box or something and the gentleman who was there said oh we always put out mail wouldnt even look to see if it was maybe laying on the counter 😨
