Too busy for their own good. I ordered a part 3 weeks ago, they claimed it would be in a day or two. 3 Weeks later I still dont have the part and am now ordering through an online store. Had to speak to 3 different people to get a straight answer that they forgot to order the part 3 times. Dont expect much help over the phone. If they dont have what you need in hand, youre better off going else where.

We the California Avocado Society used Luners Production Services for our Annual Meeting in Ventura. They provided us with a great customer service. The actual recording of the meeting was clear and was delivered to us within few days after the meeting. We will most likely use their service again. Thank you for a job well done.

Speaking only of their repair department here.If you need a speaker repaired, dont let the JBL authorization fool you. Very poor communication and the workmanship is even worse. Destroyed my 70s drivers. Do not, under any circumstance, allow them to repair your gear!
