I was referred to them over two years ago, and havent looked anywhere else since. In pro audio its extremely helpful to have a team of people who carry the right products, but also live with and use those products live on a regular basis. They have real life experience with the gear, because they supply tours all around the world, and run enormous festivals like Coachella and the Passion Conference. Working with people who actually work in the field is a much different experience than talking to some guy who sits at a computer and reads you scripted highlights off a note card about the gear you called in for.
