The dental hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Kondellas is a great dentist. He fully explains and ensures the patient understands any necessary work. The staff are professional and polite. They also make sure you do not miss your appointment by sending multiple notifications reminders. The wait was not long before being called to a room; about 20 minutes.

I struggle with depression and as much as I hated the cleaning, it helped me realise what I need to do. Betty and Jen sat there and made me feel a bit better about the cleaning and made the process quick and simple. The dentist who examined me, answered my questions and broke it down to where I could understand and be able to comprehend things. Really is much better than other dentist places I have been too.

I gave a one star because that’s the lowest I can go! The staff is nice however I sat as a new patient for 45 minutes before they gave me paperwork to fill out. Then told me I’ll have to wait an additional 20/30 minutes to be seen after verification. When I brought my children in, I requested BEFORE SCHEDULING to have them seen by a pediatric dentist. There was no pediatric dentist there! I had to schedule another appointment for a later date for them to see one. The dentist was unable to tell me accurately what was going on with my sons teeth. She said I needed to speak with a pediatric dentist!!! They wouldn’t even clean their teeth because the hygienist wasn’t available!! It was a complete waste of my time & I will not be back! Appointments have been canceled!!!

I took my mom to this dentist back in March 2021 to deal with an issue she is having. She was seen by Dr. Lambert who did not listen to my mom when she was trying to explain what she was experiencing, instead she told her she needed new dentures which my mom had just gotten a year ago at another dentist. I was not able to go into the exam room with her because of COVID. After that visit, I called to talk to Dr. Lambert because my mom is still having the same problem, and was told by the receptionist that the dentist would not call me back and that I needed to bring my mom back in for a follow up appointment, so I did. When we go there on June 21st, the receptionist said she could not see the dentist until she paid an unpaid balance of $75 - very unprofessional, especially because her problem was never addressed in the first place. I paid the $75 so that she could be seen. This time, I was allowed to go in the exam room with my mom. Dr. Lambert was so rude! She spoke in a very loud voice, as if she is screaming. My mom was trying to explain what she is experiencing. And I asked if a biopsy could be done as recommended by my mothers primary care physician. She said she could not because she did not see any lesions in her mouth or anything with the naked eye.. She was very rude, saying to my mom, I dont see anything lady! Addressing someone that way is very, very rude. After two visits, my mom went away with the same problem. She is very distressed to the point that she cried. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST! I dont think Dr. Lambert would like it if her mother or one of her loved ones were treated this way.

Dr. Romano was an exceptional professional as I have had several teeth pulled by various dentists. This was the best experience of over ten teeth getting pulled hands down. He not only extracted the tooth within seconds with zero pain. Even his patience in being gentle in numbing the area was very notably different than any experience I have ever had. I highly recommend this gentleman his staff and family dental care of calumet city. Great job and great experience. Five stars

This has been my dental office for the past 3 years. This year I needed quite a bit of work for me and my daughter. They were so accommodating! Not to mention the Covid protocols they had in place made me secure to go in on a regular basis. I definitely would recommend this office. Not only good dental work, but warm and friendly staff.
