This location is very clean. The staff is pleasant and will answer all your questions. The dentists and assistants is Amazing; very easy to talk with and the work that was done on my teeth was painless :) I would refer to others.

I was really pleased by the service that I was provide at Calumet Dental. I had a bad experience another clinic which led me to find Calumet Dental. The service is typically pretty quick and pricing is reasonable. I don’t feel like I am being offered services I truly don’t need just to have a higher bill.

I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and when I say I have a wonderful experience, Dr Issa was even kind enough to fill in a few cavities. I was well taken care of when I first went in I was so scared and I was reassured by Dr. Issa and his staff that I was going to be just fine! and I was the process was fast and painless I will be back in the future for fill ins and cleanings.

I go here regularly for all my dentistry needs. I recently got my wisdom teeth removed here and it was surprisingly Swift and painless. The doctor is professional and never gives you a hard time. They do appointments on Saturdays so you dont have to miss work. I highly recommend this place.

I absolutely have grown a connection to this dental office. In the past I used to go from dental office to dental office but I have been here for a nice while now and I will continue to come here. My dentist is funny he’s easy to talk to and he is excellent at what he do. Each time I come in he means business and he gets the job done in a timely fashion. I also loveeee the staff. I needed and emergency extraction for 2 teeth, looked online and read the reviews for this place and mannnnn, the reviews definitely didn’t disappoint. The staff was friendly and inviting, I was in pain and scared, but Dr. Issa took his time making sure I was more than comfortable and in absolutely no pain. I definitely think I’ve found my new dentist, they’ve definitely won me over🥰.

I was more than impressed when the doctor saw me ten minutes after my call for a wisdom tooth extraction on a Saturday as a new patient! His level of care was more than satisfying and the receptionist behind the yellow glasses was very kind. Thank you.UPDATE: My daughter saw the dentist today and once again very satisfied! I couldnt find a dentist to take off her retainer for under 300 dollars and the dentist only charged me 50! Took my 3 yr old son to get cavities filled in was in and out within 30 min and all cavities done in one appointment. doctor was good with him. I highly recommend this place

He is amazing. I went for my wisdom teeth extraction. Did not have to wait at all, checked in, had my x-rays, he explained what was going, and was assuring me that it was going to be a simple and safe procedure. I am not one that handles pain at all, I was super nervous because of all the crazy stories you hear of how painful a wisdom tooth extraction is. However he was extremely attentive to my needs and made sure I did not feel a thing. Next thing you know it and am all done. Fast, easy, and pain free. Truly caring doctor. I am not even 24 hours from my extractions and I feel great no pain or swelling. The prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend him.

Its been 5 years since my last dental appointment and I was extremely nervous however, Dr. Bassam and his staff were so kind, welcoming and extremely nice. I was there for about 30 minutes, got my teeth cleaned, cavity filled and was even given some great advice and precautions going forward. Ive never been so comfortable and satisfied at a Dentist and cant wait to return for my follow ups. They know their stuff!

Ive been seen at Calumet dental for about 2 months the staff great and friendly. Especially the receptionist. The dental assistant are friendly and polite, and the Dentist is great an caring as well. Someone recommend me and its been an awesome experience.

This place needs to go shutdown I was an employee first let me just say my comment had gotten deleted if it was deleted he knows it’s true and his scared that whatever comes out my mouth is facts cuz he doesn’t want his business to slow down or whatever, but to everyone that trying to go to this place DONT GO HERE FIND ANOTHER OFFICE , number one let me just say about me I was sick really sick that I couldn’t come to work and I informed him that I was sick that I had to stay home and he send me a message saying where was I that I didn’t show up to work and fired me because I was SICK! and not just that his not worth it , please find someone else. There’s other patients that have bad reviews and he doesn’t take his time on his work , if you want good result then find another dentist.

Always so comfortable. My Dentist is my so gentle and has helped me twice!Both my front teeth were cracked and he fixed them until I can afford to pay for crowns!He is so nice! I looked for months and months to find someone to do the work I needed, that also took my insurance. I am OVERLY satisfied!!! They got me an appointment as soon as they could, and did everything I needed done in my visit. I drove 5 hours to make this appointment and they didnt have to even see me because I forgot my insurance card at home. Such a caring staff and took care of me anyway!! I will definitely be coming back for my dental needs! Recommend this office to anyone!!

Came for a extraction an left out with a smile. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile the process was simple an I went to the back 10 minutes after I arrived. Staff was very friendly an the process was quick. I didn’t have to sit for hours which I loved. I already made another appointment I’ll definitely be back

I arrived 5 mins early for my first appointment. I was taken in right after I completing the paper work. The staff was kind and professional. The Doctor thoroughly explained my options for my procedure. I felt no pain. I had a great experience at the dentist. Now I better understand why my friend insisted I make an appointment.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with the work that Dr Issa has done with making upper dentures for me . The denture hurt so bad and is making my gums sore. I cannot wear them longer than a hour or two before I have to take them out . He was suppose to have corrected the problem by making me new one. Every time that was suppose to happen there was a problem when they came back the first time they were to big, the second, third and fourth they hurt so bad when I put them in my mouth. I need dentures that fit and don’t hurt and I can wear all day.Your specialty seems to be root canals, filling cavities and pulling teeth not making dentures.

I took my son to this dentist office because of the great reviews and I’m happy I did.....This other dentist office kept telling me they won’t do anything for his teeth because there going to fall out anyways and that he didn’t have a cavity and at his doctors appointment his doctor told me to go to a different dentist office and get a second opinion and so I came to calumet dental and they did an x ray on my sons teeth and the dentist showed me that he does have a cavity and told me I would have to go to a pediatric dentist and he told me it might be hard finding one that covers my insurance so he told me to call them and ask but he also wrote down one he knows for sure will accept my insurance which was something he was not obligated to do.......It sounds like a small gesture but it’s those small gestures that you won’t recieve from a lot of people who don’t really care....He cared !!!!!!

I came in as a walk in with a cracked and broken molar in the upper right hand corner of my mouth and was in a lot of pain. My wait time was minimal, I received excellent care from the dentist and his staff members and the co pays are very reasonable. Frontdesk was great!!!!! Only problem I had was no one read my chart. Im allergic to certain medicines and those were the ones prescribed for me. Also the assistants can use a little more training. Patient should never leave with blood all over face. Dr. was great and quick.

This is the best dentist! Ive been to so many dentists before him, none of them can be compared to him nor his staff. They are all a very friendly and caring team. I had a very bad experience with the last dentist that I seen. She made me feel scared and nervous about ever seeing a dentist again. Something that I never felt before. Even though I was in so much pain after seeing her for almost 4 months back and forth so that she can fix the pain (something she never solved) that was left after she filled in a cavity, I didnt want any dentist to see me anymore. I just wanted to get rid of all my molars, but thank god I came across Dr. Issa and he has helped me so much. He made me feel so much comfortable during the procedure and less nervous. I can tell that he really loves his job and cares about his patients. I totally give him 10 stars and never changing him for a different dentist!!!

Dr. Issa and his staff are compassionate , friendly and courteous. I came in as a new patient to get an emergency extraction. As I waited for him to come in and start the procedure I received a teeth cleaning from his assistant.He extracted my tooth effortlessly, efficiently, and gently. He went above and beyond, giving me 3 fillings,as well as removing one wisdom tooth that was filled with cavities.This is a dentist that truly has his patient’s best interest at heart. I’m forever grateful and it’s safe to say that I have found my new dental home.

Everyone is super nice and it’s always a painless in and out experience.! However I was told I would be getting a prescription for an antibiotic and when I went to fill the script it was wrong and I had been given something for Muscle cramps, then spent the entire day trying to get ahold of the office. No one ever answered the phone and I still need the antibiotic. Not too happy.

Nice dentist BUT they scam you. I have medicaid and every time I go in for a cleaning, they are overbooked so I have to wait well past my appointment time to get in and then the worst part is they literally spend less than 5 minutes on my teeth!!!! Literally!!! First a young assistant who has no idea what she is doing comes in and polishes your teeth. She literally didnt even touch at least half my teeth. Then she abruptly leaves after only 3 minutes maybe less and the dentist comes in and makes small talk and like I said he is really nice BUT he literally scrapes some tarter off between a few of your teeth and then sends you home with a brush. Complete waste of time! Idk how much he is charging my medicaid but whatever it is, the govt is getting ripped off and my time is being wasted for a free toothbrush and not much else!! That is definitely the last time I go there!!!

Love this place I needed 2 teeth pull 1 was hurting so bad I couldnt eat drink on 1 said this was going on for over 4 yrs I couldnt find a dentist that harmoney health plan take so I started looking my self the 1st one is this place in Im sooooooooooo glad I came across this place not only did he pull my teeth but 2 Im so happy I can eat now, which was past over due. Very good dentist! I havent been to the dentist in YEARS so I was very nervous. But in just a little under an hour Dr. Issa gave me 4 fillings and pulled one wisdom tooth out. Im not exaggerating when I say he pulled my wisdom tooth in SECONDS; I didnt even know he had pulled it out until it was sitting there on the table in front of me. And he works with you on the price too. Great dentist. Will be going back in a few weeks :D
