Britney pretty much runs the show there along with Dana LOL. Amazing service and super helpful bunch. Wesley and the rest of the guys have extreme attention to detail when working on the trucks. I came with a 2017 Peterbilt 579 paccar and it needed shocks, torque rods, alignment and pretty much everything. The job should of taking way longer to do and these guys completed it inside out in under 5 hours. I Highly recommend these guys over LOVES and the other shops because not only for outstanding work and two cute ladies working there ; ) but they will do the best they can to work on pricing forYou and do a great job at the same time. I went in for 2 new steering tires and a 3 axle alignment. After installing the new tires my truck was pulled on the alignment rack. The mechanic did a visual inspection and told me that I had to many problems for him to do a alignment. I was charged 75.00 dollars for a visual inspection and he never even put it on the machine. I took the truck to a well known reputable shop for a second opinion. They checked all of the components that they said were bad and only found 2 of them to be bad. The alignment was performed and I was told to replace the 2 parts and have it rechecked after the repair.

This please was AWESOME, except for my experience with a employee. Dana Morgan! She was busy discussing her getting drunk and fighting a girl over the weekend. Talking about jumping someone and beating them up badly. Very tasteless and made you look horrible when I came into the shop. I would highly recommend she be replaced asap and get a actual adult in this position. Other then that super awesome staff, friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Dont waste your time buying tires from here. We bought a set of steer tires (hercules)in December 2015, for about $575.00, after just a few months chunks of rubber started coming out of the tires. They had less than 20,000 miles. We stopped and spoke with Dan, the manager, and he said that we were such great customers he would get us a full refund. We had to purchase a new set of Hercules tires to get the refund, which was an additional $593.00. After about 4 weeks my husband stopped by to check on the progress and we were offered $90/tire. I called and after speaking with numerous people, we got a refund of $300. Steer tires that should last the whole year or more cost us $868. 00 and they were not even a named brand tire. Our company will NEVER buy tires from Interstate Tire and Lube again. Save time, money, and headache and go to Turbo Truck Center. I also saw how most of the people that worked there posted great reviews about themselves. I guess they dont leave that up to satisfied customers.

Interstate tire and lube located behind pilot north 41 is the only place my company goes for Tires and brakes and PM’s We are a major flatbed company located out of Calhoun for over 15 years. Never have a problem Wesley always fixes us up. Has even helped us I. The parking lot with a couple small problems. These ppl are wonder. And there truck wash is hands down the best in northwest Georgia. I rate them over 5 stars.

I took my truck to get alignment done. After get it done I drove out and notice my truck was now pulling to the right. Went back and told them what was going on.....they told me that was good the truck was pulling to the right, because if I fall to sleep the truck was going off the road.Bad place to do the alignment. Dont recommend to anyone!!!!!

Interstate tire and lube I thought was good honest people to deal with I purchased a set of FALCON TIRES from them which after 20000 miles got a bounce in them around 50 mph I bring this to Scott and Dan and Wesleys attention thats is when I found out they where not the pepole I thought they were about a month and a half ago was my last service there I have two trucks and they were they only ones to service them in the past two and a half years I noticed a universal in my western star going out after not even two thousand miles from getting it serviced I got under my truck every U JOINT IN MY TRUCK WAD TOTALLY DRY OF GREASE RUNNING MY YOKES AND ALL BECAUSE OF THERE SO CALLED SERVICING AS THEY WERE PAYED TO DO I BRUNG THIS TO THERE ATTENTION TO HAVE DAN CUSS AT ME TELL ME HIS MECHANICS WERE TOP OF THE LINE WHICH IS TOTALLY A LIE WESLEY and SCOTT run the other way when I walk in then SCOTT tells me a lier well I have the proof Scott told me he all ways went under my truck for a inspection which is a lie he has never been under my truck for nothing I have always stood there and watched interstate tire and lube calhaun georgia is not a honest place to get no work done.

I really like this place and the people. This is the only place that I go to for an oil change/simple service..That being said, I tried them twice for a proper three axle alignment and it never worked out for me. My account is very similar to what the other guy mentioned on here about his alignment job attempt. I was in there for an oil change and I pointed out my problems. Well they blamed my new steer tire for my truck pulling hard to the right after my alignment job back at the end of June. Two of the lead people (wont say any names) said it was a bad tire instead of rechecking my alignment when I was there two weeks ago. My new right steer was sheering away fast I told them. So was the tire across from it but not as fast. And my truck has never did this I said.. Well they said its probably the tire. Im no fool, Im a mechanic myself so I didnt argue the point.I took it to Freightliner today to have it re-checked. I heard that Freightliner was cheaper (true), and that they do a great job (time will tell.) Im still at Freightliner. The alignment mechanic at Freightliner told me my rear axle was still wayyy off and the tow was off on my steer axle.I was actually better off before I let Interstate touch my alignment. They were having a lot of trouble understanding their brand new alignment equipment. Not sure if that had something to do with it.. But Freightliner said these mistakes was why I was eating up my steers. It wasnt a tire problem, inwhich I already knew! And that was why I was eating my tires up even worse than before my botched alignment.. Great place for oil, lube, and maybe tires. Good group of guys that I like, this isnt personal. But this is not the place for a proper alignment. Well thats my experience at least...And Im being as fair as I can.Keep them wheels rolling!

On August 19, 2013 my driver for Kaplan trucking stopped in for a simple PM service after the service was complete my driver didnt make it out of their bay before it was blowing oil out of the exhaust. My driver turned around and went right back to the shop and asked for their help and all they were concerned about was going home. We sent a mechanic from our town in Madison up to Calhoun to check on it. He found that while servicing the truck they had moved the crank case breather hose up out of their way and kinked it off causing the engine to build pressure and blow oil back through the seal in the turbo. My mechanic made all repairs and the truck is running great. That $300 dollar oil change ended up costing me over $3000.00 dollars and they refused to take any responsibility or action. I own 9 trucks and we have used this company multiple times but after this experience I will never be back.

All I can say is dont buy the falcon tires. I purchased a whole set and 20000 miles later they will beat your kidneys out. When I went back to show them they didnt even care nothing about going out and looking at them all they could say was ( we have gotten some complaints about them) but you go in there they are still selling them knowing they are junk and never offered to make mine right or contact a rep about them. All this was after I give them the benefit of the doubt after a piss poor service I received.
