Very fast and their system worked well. Not rude but not what I would call friendly. But the got the job done quickly and that matters to me.I always use them so they must get it right!

I just want to give a shout out the the manager, Austin, he always has a great attitude and will do whatever it takes to make the customers happy. I will always take my cars there from now on, thank you Austin for the awesome customer service.

I have a Lexus SUV that is fairly new. I took it for its first oil change and the tech told me he couldn’t get the oil filter off. I had a friend recommend Valvoline Express care. They were absolutely Amazing!! Had it done in about 10 minutes and checked all kinds of stuff. Filled all my fluids and aired my tires. I can’t thank them enough. I was worried I was going to have to get it done at the dealership. They now have a permanent customer and I’m telling everyone about them.

Absolutely love this place. The fact that they get you in and out quickly, plus a free car wash says alot about there customer service. Most definitely will be returning in the future.

Took us almost 45 minutes to get in but they filled our fluids up and got us back on the road relatively quickly.

This place quoted us a price over the phone. They said they turned rotors (they do not) our actual price was over $100 more than phone price, and they messed up my brakes. When we left with our car, it was making scraping noises, so we took it back. The guy said he KNEW it was doing that but didn’t know why. We had to go straight to Robinson’s to get fixed what Valvoline bent on my vehicle. Go to Robinson’s. Not here.

My wife who is 6 months pregnant who suffers from depression and anxiety attacks went here to get an oil change. Not only did this place put conventional oil in my brand new vehicle that requires synthetic oil we offered to pay the difference in the oil price for them to replace the oil due to their negligence. The owner then refused and said to replace the oil and oil filter we would have to pay full price on top of what we had already paid. The owner not only disrespected my wife that was polite and made her cry but also threw the paperwork in her face arguing that we just wanted a free oil change when we specifically said we would pay the difference. Absolute worst customer experience ever and doesn’t support military families.

I have never dealt with such rude and disgusting behavior. I realized the wrong oil was put in my vehicle. I called Kia to verify. I decided to call Valvoline Express care again, they offered for me to come back and get the correct oil.When arriving an older man came to my window stating I would have to pay an additional $20 for synthetic oil. No big deal. I said I would pay it.Mind you the older man was already very upset and rude with me. I requested to have my filter changed since I was having my oil changed. He then approached me and stated I would have to pay the full price of the oil change because “it’s a whole new oil change”, I explained I had already paid $45 and I couldn’t do an additional $70 for a whole oil change.He began getting upset with me and said “I requested to have the 3k miles put in my vehicle”, so I asked to speak with Brett who helped me my first time going.Brett came to my window, along with the older man (who says he’s the owner) and I explained to him, “I told you this is the oil the dealership put in my vehicle, that it may be 3-4K mile oil, but I never said I wanted a 3k mile oil put in my vehicle”. Brett said nothing. The older man asked me in an angry voice to pull my manual out twice, while pointing his finger, I asked him both times to please back away from my vehicle that I didn’t feel comfortable.Then the older man told them to put the old oil (the oil they put in that morning) back into my car. He then printed off the manual paper and brought it to my car, from there he said this is the paper that states what oil you need, so I asked for his first and last name, while holding my old receipt.He smacked my paper in my hand and said “it’s right there, im the owner of this business”, then after I asked a second time for his name, he threw the paper in his hands at my face, slammed my hood down and loudly in front of other customers said “I was just wanting something free and to leave”.He refused to give me any refund.I was okay to pay the extra it would cost for the synthetic, however, I wasn’t willing to pay $70 more when the lack of communication was on their part and not simply asking me what oil I wanted.Had he been respectful and just simple asked for us to look over the manual, I would have been fine with that, but this man was just so rude and Ugly to me. I can say, I have never experienced to hateful customer service like this before.

Very quick and capable group of guys, theyre quick with their hands and always do the job well and for a great price. So far only had to be in for oil changes thankfully but when I get my transmission fluid refreshed itll be the folks at Valvoline Express that I see.

Last 2 times I have been there, the car wash was out of service, so I was unable to get the free car wash either time. The price was the same as before, however--high.Also, I noticed last time they did not vacuum the interior as usual, and when I asked about it this time, they said they stopped vacuuming cars because of COVID.However, not ONE of their employees was wearing a mask, and they did not observe safe social distancing.I will NOT use their services again.EDITED TO ADD: The owner said that the car would be vacuumed if the customer requests it. Well, when I asked about it, I was asking for it to be done, and it was refused.Also, the last time I was unable to get a carwash, I was told to come by in a couple of days and they would give me one. I came back by twice in the next week, and neither time was the carwash open.

Took my brand new Telluride in for an oil change a couple months ago I paid well over $80. Now my Telluride is leaking oil so took it in to see what could be done to fix the problem and was told it was fine they just didnt wipe off the oil that is why it is leaking. I was not satisfied with that explanation! It has been over 2 months and the supposedly unwiped oil is still leaking?? I dont know much about cars but I did not feel like that was a valid reason or solution to my problem. Needless to say I will not be using their services again.

Kinda pricey but we are from out of town so dont know if thats the going rate. Needed an oil change so we stopped here. Very polite and made us feel welcome. Didnt take long for the oil change and we were done. Small place and not a lot of seating but were able to sit outside. Overall, satisfied visit.

They did a great job, very fast. I have been bringing my Nissan Titan here, for all my oil changes, for 6 years now. They have also replaced my radiator a few years back.Ive never had a complaint about the work they have done. My Mother also brings her vehicle in here and likes the work they have completed, too.I love that I get a free car wash everytime I come. And if its raining, you can use the carwash on another day.

Small sized service station with smaller value. Customer service is nonexistent for the early morning crew. Called before coming in and was told there would be an opening and a 15 minute wait for oil change. Upon arriving, the crew presented rude and lethargic and advised that it would be another hour before they could work on an oil change. After waiting inside 15 minutes, the crew continued to inside looking at me from the bay window with no person presenting to take my ticket or speaking to me about service. I left highly disappointed with the Valvoline name.

Where shall I begin. I came to the Valvoline Express Care the first time on my way to Dalton from Cartersville. I had stopped off to see if they could change my oil. Amazing service. I went back on the 20th of this month I came back again for tire rotation and balance and they did such an amazing job Russell and Dakota made my day today and I will come from Cartersville from now on just to deal with them.

Check Executive tires rates first, they do oil changes and tires basically everything but transmissions dont think Ill be back to express care

Stopped in on 7 25 17 to get a oil change, found they stood on my factory painted wheel lip as a step stool when they have stools. not seem to care if they had sand or dirt on bottom of foot or if it leave scratches in the black paint. After they was done I got in my truck, they had got oil on inside door handle and steering wheel and keys. quality ? care? I didnt see that. I WORKED HARD FOR MY THINGS and I didnt buy high dollar wheels to be used as a ladder or pay for a oil change to leave with oil all on my interior and hands. when I pointed out this stuff I got hard looks like i was making a big deal of nothing? I can do bad all by my dam self. If you use this place you best watch them like a hawk. I wont be back.

$63 for high mileage oil change on 94 Ford F150 4.9 6cyl, cheap oil filter without check valve had to change oil filter the next day to a filter with check valve to stop the rattle upon startup because the cheap filter let the oil drain back into the oil pan.
