Vesel Services did the shingles on my roof and I couldn’t have went with a better company. Cari, started the process for me and from there is was a breeze! From getting the estimate, answering any and all questions I had and lastly, the project was done in only a day! I would recommend Vesel Services for any job!

They are nice and courteous people but the quotes are over priced. The plumbing I had done was great work but than the gutters I had fixed, parts were over looked with cracks. I would not recommend

I have no complaints honestly. From day one they were on their game it didn’t take long to get the process going with setting up an installation date and financing and they were able to get me in only a couple days and to me that’s pretty impressive. The installation guy, David, was pretty awesome. He was very knowledgeable, fast, efficient and professional the entire time he didn’t take a single minute for any breaks and it was hot in there. He also took the time to fix some wiring issues in my furnace even though he didn’t have to. All in all I’m very happy with my purchase. Great company

We had a new furnace all new duct work and an ac unit installed as well as a new thermostat and all new wiring for that. David did our work and communicated everything with me very well and did a great job getting everything done and making sure we were happy with the placement of things. We were very happy overall and would use them again for other projects in the future.

Everyone at Vesel Services is polite and interested in making sure my needs are met. This is the third time weve utilized their services. This time the HVAC experts, Ben B and David B, installed a sleeve Air Conditioning Unit at a Condo that I own. They arrived on time, they did an excellent job in installing the unit. They cleaned up after themselves. We are very satisfied with the service. I would highly recommend Vesel Services for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs.

I contacted Vesel Services for work at our new family business after having several area plumbing services, not show for appointments, forgetting to send quotes, ignoring messages, etc. Even though I had planned weeks in advance of our open date, I found myself in a panic a week before our open date when others failed to come through. Eric made time to come out quickly after contacting Vesel. He was personable, knowledgeable, and up front about the work and costs involved. He sent a quote the evening after coming out and was able to make time for the install the very next day! Both Eric and Mike did an outstanding job on both the work and explaining everything to us, plus they put up with us working on set up at the same time and two crazy kids running around the building! Cari has continued to be an incredible help on the communication end and scheduling additional work! Highly recommend Vesel and look forward to working with them on additional upgrades to our business!

After dealing with several plumbing companies that were completely unresponsive, Vesel Services was recommended to me and they did an incredible job. They had a crew out first thing in the morning even after calling them later in the evening the previous night. They quickly confirmed the issue was a detached main sewer lateral and were very informative on best and worst case scenarios for the repair. They had a crew out the next morning to fix the problem and luckily it was the best case scenario. They worked quickly and were very respectful not to do any more damage than necessary to the surrounding area as it had just been remodeled. I’ve found it difficult to find a responsive and reliable company for plumbing services over the years and Vesel Services was definitely the exception. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I had a 2nd story leaking toilet. I called and they came out so fast. They were very nice, fixed the problem, and were very reasonable! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Vessels installer did a fantastic job with the install of our new patio door and my garage windows. The little issue I took up with them was the $300 up charge for replacing a small section of wood rot I told them would likely be there. The installer stated it wasn’t that bad. Probably took him an extra 10 minutes to replace it. Be wary of their charges above and beyond the estimate. I wouldn’t mind so much if it was in line with the work that needed to be done. $300 was not what it cost in materials and labor. I was gouged for it. They know they have you when they have you. Be careful and keep this in mind if you know you may have issues underlying. The estimate may not be your final price.EDIT: unfortunately I don’t have a way to publicly respond to the owner who commented that I should call to discuss further. This is well known to just be a typical tactic to save face online and make people who see these reviews feel like an issue was resolved. Eric seeing as I was a customer of yours you would have my phone number. I have no missed calls from you. Don’t ask me to call you to resolve an issue when you could have easily called me to resolve the issue. Clearly you care more about how you look online than you do to your paid up customers. For me it’s $300. Not the end of the world. I leave this review so people know what to expect. Good /bad.

I wanted a waterline installed for a new fridge, but I had a few ideas in mind so I contacted a few places to have them come out, discuss options, and then quote. Unlike most I contacted, Vesel seemed very eager for my business, were willing to send their plumber (Wesley) out to quote for free, and I was able to get an appointment the following day. The next day, Wesley was a few minutes early (as I expect from any contractor), was very polite and friendly, discussed my ideas and provided his input, and then provided a quote for all options on the spot. He also said that he would be able to perform the work for one of the options immediately. Since I was eager to have the work done and the quotes were competitive, I had Wesley proceed and he completed the work only a short time later. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and would recommend them, at least for plumbing!

Easy going personell who knew their abilities and products at fair prices...

Vesel did a complete roof tear off and shingle. In addition they did a flat roof and siding on our dormer and gutters on entire house. The crew was efficient and friendly and cleaned up each day. Finished project was completed as promised. Erik was very helpful when giving our quote and Emily in the office was also very pleasant to work with.

They don’t know what they are doing!! So many problems with our roof installation from start to finish! The shortened version of our nightmare story is that they voided our roof warranty right after installation by hanging our gutters into it directly. They since have ripped off and I can’t have them installed correctly because they left no overhang for the gutters to be hung underneath as indented. They cut the openings for our skylights wrong and I had to pay someone to clean up their mess. Many other little things went wrong but just overall the worst company to ever deal with. Don’t use them!!!

Eric Vesel went out of his way on a Friday evening to fix our bathtub faucet.He was very knowledgeable and courteous. The job was completed in about and hour.Will be using them in the future to remodel the bathroom.

We needed a check valve replacement at our new home prior to moving in and Wes did a wonderful job. So much so, that when we updated the plumbing at our old house, prior to sale, we contacted Vesel right away. Again, Wes did a fantastic job, and would be happy to recommend Vesel to friends and family in SE WI.

We have been in the process of remodeling our bathroom and did not know what day exactly the contractor would be ready for the plumber to come in to install our shower. I called Vesel and spoke to Morein over the phone. She was very polite and able to accommodate my schedule for the Plumber to come out and provide me with an estimate. The estimate we received from the Plumber (Wes) was absolutely reasonable and we only committed to a potential day based on the work of my contractor. I texted Morein after hours to let her know my dates changed and again she was absolutely helpful and got Wes ( the plumber ) out to my house at the right day and the right time. Wes did a wonderful job on the installation. It did not take very long at all and he did it with a very friendly and professional attuite. I will defiantly use them for my next job again.

Was sick and tired of seeing my old roof falling apart! I Was very impressed with the company. They were extremely professional and courteous. Work was performed very quickly despite the size of the project Prices are reasonable and service is top notch. I would highly recommend to others who can’t stand looking at their own roof!

My first experience with Vesel Contractors was to renovate my grandparents’ 1938 home. In addition to updating plumbing and electric, floor plans were modified. Additions to the original home were also included in this work.I was extremely pleased with the final results of this immense project. Eric Vesel and the persons he employed on this construction task were quality workers, talented in each of their specialties. Eric himself offered helpful and creative suggestions along the way to make this a home I love.I recently employed Vesel Contractors to reroof some outbuildings and again was pleased with the quality of work done.I had never attempted even a small renovation previously. Working with Eric made the task proceed in a comfortable way. He is very knowledgeable and uses quality materials. I am looking forward to future projects using Vesel Contractors and would highly recommend them.

We were told by the customer-facing employee who answers calls that the employee they sent to provide an estimate would be wearing a mask and adhering to safety precautions. They show up, no mask, and couldnt be bothered to put one on.

Unprofessional, non-courteous, communication is widely lacking through out this company. The owner Eric is beyond rude, I was told directly by him that due to his staff placing materials on my landscape that caused damage to my vehicle - this was my error. When I have over 200 ft of paved driveway. The job was delayed twice, I was notified once. The contract had discrepancies worth thousands of dollars. The dumpster was left in my driveway for nearly a week when the job took 1.5 days. I regret doing business with this company, save yourself some heartache.

Have you ever had a house project that you had every confidence in the world that you could complete until you started, then realized you were in over your head? That’s where I was a few days ago, I started tearing off my roof; after a whole day of work, half my roof missing shingles, a few people bailing on helping, and one rain storm with a sleepless night later, I realized I had made a big mistake. I called every roof contractor in the area pleading for help to no avail, three weeks, a month, maybe next year was the only answer I got. Until I called Vesel contractors, the lady in the office was pleasant and worked diligently to get me in contact with someone. Within minutes Eric called me and said he could have people at my house in the rain within a few hours. Now a lot of contractors knowing that you have no option would have jacked up their prices just because they can. These people didn’t, they were reasonable and just plain amazing. I can’t thank them enough for what they did for my wife and I. Collin, and I apologize but I forgot the other guys name we’re at our house in the rain on their day off then on a Saturday morning roofing our entire house as if I had scheduled an appointment months ago and it was any other client and not their day off. They did an amazing job and were so nice, professional, and fast, my roof looks amazing and before I ever attempt another project on my own I’ll be calling vesel contractors and requesting Eric and his crew to do the work. 5 stars isn’t enough for them, thank you.
