Cabinets To Go is a great place to buy cabinets! While the situation isnt huge, the selection was decent. The quality was on par with top notch custom cabinets, while the price was much less expensive. I was able to get all wood boxes for about three same price the big box stores charge for MDF boxes. Ordering cabinets was fairly painless.

Terrible customer service. Sales associate was inattentive, made multiple mistakes on our order. We caught several of them which we had fixed but missed one - be aware that this store will NOT take responsibility for any mistakes, they will blame you. They have refused to deliver the rest of the quartz that I purchased because I wont let them install the incorrect product.

These are terrible cabinets. The parts they sell do not install properly without some modification (pull out drawers, end pieces, etc). The instructions do not match the assembly. The instructions do not match the parts you receive. I would stay away from these.

Their return policy is horrible and the employee who we tried to speak to about a fully intact undamaged but incorrect item return was horrible. She was rude, unfriendly, unhelpful, and blamed our customer. She shouldn’t be in the line of business she is, I had to ask her to stop being rude and to please just check the order several times. We remodel client homes and flip homes often and they lost a ton of business with this terrible customer service. Don’t use them. Also the cabinets aren’t great anyway, ikeas or Drexel’s are much better for the price.

Would give zero stars, but not an option. Buyer beware!!!!! Bought cabinets from Caledonia store. When opening boxes, found that most of the cabinets were previously installed with holes drilled in back etc. 2 different manufactures. One from China and another from somewhere else. When I called to complain, I was offered $140 credit on $3000 cabinet purchase. Filler piece was drilled through when it was opened. Asked for replacement, but was not in stock. Waited 3 weeks for another. There are better places to buy from. Carly the manager was nice during the purchase, but unavailable to help when the cabinet issues occurred. Horrible customer support after they take your hard earned money!!!

This place was awesome from the moment we stepped foot in the door. We had been other places and had an idea of what we wanted. Cabinets to go had exactly what we wanted. We got to work with the manager Carly, who makes you feel like you have known her forever. She laid out our kitchen design and gave us ideas to what would look good in our kitchen. We purchased everything that night and had it within a few days. We choose to put our cabinets together ourselves, well my husband :),and install. We had a couple cabinets damaged in package and Carly was quick to get them ordered and sent out to our house. We even had an issue with a cabinet and they replaced the whole thing no problem. This company is amazing and definitely stands behind its work. They guarantee all their cabinets. You must check them out. I have already been bragging to my friends. I know I sound like a cheap sales pitch but I couldnt be happier with my new cabinets and Carly for helping us with everything. Thank you!

I went to pick up cabinets that were ordered. The star rating is not due to the quality of the product or the amount of time it took to be delivered to the store. When placing the order over the phone the salesperson assured that when picking up the cabinets the people assisting with the loading would be wearing face coverings and gloves. It does not bother me that the people did not wear gloves, but not wearing masks is what I have a problem with and why I am only giving two stars.

Service was definitely not the greatest. Spent 8,000 on cabinets and decided to go with them due to their reassurance that they could have an order placed by Tuesday and have it delivered by Friday. Waited to be called on date they were delivered to store. After not hearing from them for 4-5 days decided to call them. Rep didnt know why but my entire order never came in and it went unnoticed until I called. Order was eventually placed, but was delayed and came in 3 separate orders. A wrong cabinet was given to us (by them) and in order for them to place the order for the correct one we had to drive 20 minutes again to take them the wrong one first. Then after all is said in done, the rep was hounding me for $4 of taxes that wasnt charged initially (when I paid 3 months ago). When asked what the mistake was, I was told it was a system glitch. Not only did my cabinets not come as promised, I made countless trips out to the store and then im being hounded over $4 in tax after paying 8,000 because corporate asid so. Only positive thing from this experience was the fact that the quality of the cabinets were good.

Stopped in to look at cabinets and countertops. No customers in store and one employee on phone complaining to what seemed like her boss . Listened to her conversation for ten minutes before leaving . No acknowledgment I was there , no I can help you in a minute ...... customer service a zero !!!!

Very friendly lady who needs more help! 3 stars is not related to her...rather for the disappointment when I picked up my vanity and found out I need to assemble it. Well see how it goes together, but I wod not have bought it if I knew beforehand.

Really bad customer service. I want to give them -10 stars but that is not an option. They made wrong design for my upper cabinets and I ended up with not what I wanted. I had to buy a filler, from them, to fix their design misteake. I was not happy, but everybody makes mistakes... Also when I placed the order it came with a gift, a faucet. I have a plumber trying to install it. It was a display faucet , which is fine, the problem is the faucet is missing parts and it cant be installed!! Beyond disapointed...

Very bad customer service.Their lifetime guarantee is apparently nothing more than words on paper. After a tedious and time consuming process to get some defective, shoddy cabinets replaced, Im still waiting to get an answer on whether the defects are covered under warranty.This particular store hasnt even responded to questions I had about purchasing additional cabinetry.Ill remove this review if I ever get my issue resolved.

Stay far away from this company! From the length of time it took to the huge hidden costs it has been a disaster from day one dealing with this company.Carly the manger was great herself and quick to reply but we felt very “tricked” into thinking this was a great deal. The cabinet quality is terrible and the contractors that were used charged us for things we were never quoted on and they refused to finish the job in so many capacities....It took them 8 weeks to come back and install our microwave.We had no plumbing for a month and when they finally came and installed the sink they refused to connect the water resulting in yet another fee because I had to hire someone else to come fix it so we could have running water.We still don’t have a functioning dishwasher and the cabinets are already warped after being installed for less than 2 months.Do yourself a favor and go else where. It’s not worth the “low costs”.

If you are looking to renovate your kitchen look no further for kitchen cabinets. The quality of these cabinets is impeccable and the cost is even better. For a first time homeowner on a small budget, the price was right. Highly recommended and with a large selection of designs you will be sure to find the perfect fit for your home.

I originally left a good review because we overlooked a number of problems. I did this because we were happy with the cabinets and new management took over. However this was short lived. Another new manager is in place (Carly) and is great on the sales side but terrible on the service side. We referred family to them and they have been beyond frustrated. Not good!

My husband and I had nothing short of an amazing experience at Cabinets To Go. We had looked at cabinets at Menards, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. We also got quotes from several contractors for a custom kitchen. While these options were ok, they werent exactly hitting the mark. We decided to go to Cabinets To Go and it was the best decision! We knew that HGTV used their cabinets in the HGTV Dream Homes so we figured they had to be a good product. We were right! we worked with the store manager, Marty, to pick out and design our kitchen. Things went so well we decided to also do new cabinets in one of our bathrooms too! Marty was so friendly and really took the time to get to know us. He was not pushy at all when it came to the sale, which we really liked. It made us feel at ease, with no pressure to have to pick something out. We also got our counter tops there too. Again, we had been to so many showrooms and specialty counter top stores but never found the right color of quartz. We were able to quickly and easily spot one that we liked from Cabinets To Go. They had small samples of each counter top option, so were were able to pick out various ones and put them on top of the cabinets we were getting so we could see exactly what it looked like. We placed our order, and eagerly awaited our cabinets to be delivered to the store. They arrived very quickly, and we picked them up and I put them all together. Initially, we were just going to install them ourselves, but we decided that we just didnt want to have to deal with all those measurements and making sure they were level and properly anchored to the wall, so we called up Marty and he got everything squared away for the cabinets to be installed. Our cabinets got installed yesterday, and we get measurements taken for the counter tops tomorrow. This process was so simple, from picking everything out, to putting them together, to the install. The finished product is AMAZING!!!!!!! I feel like I have a million dollar kitchen, and am so excited to have functional drawers and cabinets in the bathroom. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and I dont say that lightly... I am an incredibly picky perfectionist and Cabinets To Go exceeded all of my expectations and then some! If you want a great cabinet shopping experience and a quality product for your home, this is where its at!!!!! Thank you Cabinets To Go for the beautiful upgrades to our home :)

Terrible customer service. I purchased cabinets in May. They were delivered in June. The installation started in July and because of mistakes made by Cabinets to Go this project is still not finished. Kelly is not returning my phone messages. My emails are being ignored. Im about to file complaints with the better Business Bureau as well as the Consumer protection agency.
