Way over priced, but was good customer service for the most part... out of the 2 drivers we had for our trip 1 was a drop rude. 1 was fantastic.

The driver had a clean cab. Didnt drive fast like other people do. Courteous

I was trying to tell him where Paseo Las Catalinas was and he took me to the neighborhood next to Popeyes in Caguas and got angry with me because the driver thought it was somewhere else the next time they do their job well😤
