Fast and excelente service

Nelson is the best!! He’s definitely professional, reliable, and have great sense of direction. We did not have a rental but he made sure he came on time every time we needed him.. he was so patient with us. He made us very comfortable and we will highly recommend him to our friends and family.. when we come back with the kids we will definitely be in contact with Nelson 😊

Nelson made our trip very easy since we didn’t rent a car. My boyfriend and I got a hotel that wasn’t close to a lot of stuff but Nelson took us everywhere we needed to go everyday we were here. Very nice, always on time, responds right away! Also very clean car! He even took us to the airport at 5am! We would definitely use him again 10/10!

Nelson took us from San Juan to the ferry in Ceiba. And later in our vacation from Ponce back to San Juan. He was more affordable than other companies. He was on-time/early and he called to let us know he would be there in 5 minutes. He English is great and his car is clean. I highly recommend Al Taxi if you need to get around the island!

Nelson was amazing. Some friends and I rented an AirBnB for a few days and it wasn’t close to anything. We were parting a lot and didn’t want to rent a car to drive ourselves. He took us back and forth everywhere safely, and even gave us amazing recommendations for where to eat, where to take pictures and where we would have the best experiences according to what we wanted.
