I would give this place zero star! They’re rip off they don’t care if you get into an accident! After they’ve taken my money for 5 years, the agent Ashley said she can’t see how I can afford an insurance with rental car. I asked to talk to the owner they said he retired and later on they said he would call me back. 3 weeks later no one called me. Don’t go to this people for your insurance!

Ripoff...I have had them for years and finally had to make a claim because I backed into a mail box and they raised my rates around $100. It took around a month to do anything about getting my truck or the mailbox damage fixed and I had to fight with them every step. Highly disgusted by this company who has taken my money for years just to screw me over in the end.I will Never use Allstate or this branch again.

Was instrumental in researching and submitting evidence to be analyzed in a situation involving a very large number of homes in the area.

Called for information regarding an appt with a claims adjuster and they could not help wanted a claim number insureds name etc..... today is 1/28/16. I was hit at 8 am December 31st at a stop sign of all places.......The only person less helpful than the allstate agent was the claims adjuster at my insurance company. If you deal with shelter insurance tell them you do not want Scott Mcneese. Im really disappointed they really dropped the ball.

I have had Allstate Insurance since I started driving.. I would not use any other insurance company specifically the Mark Goings Agency. They have taken care of me on claims, service, and any time I have needed something!!
