Fire almost completely destroyed my house in April of 2019. I was devastated. Everyone knows horror stories about insurance companies, so I went to work trying to figure out how they were going to get out of paying to repair my house.... That scared me... Nightmares....That said, Every time I thought there was going to be an argument or a chance that they could have let me down, they surprised me. They rebuilt my house, Paid for EVERYTHING, Paid for me to have EVERYTHING in my home replaced. My adjuster, My claims rep, everyone was super nice.... I had a house fire and to this day I am soooo happy that I chose them as my insurance company. I live 4 hours away from this specific branch, only reason why I chose them was because a friend had recommended them. To this day, I owe that friend for suggesting a company that saved me from utter devastation.It has been over a year now, rate has not skyrocketed. Hasnt changed at all. Everything is back to normal. I will never leave this company. Yes, they may be more expensive than some, but if you ever find yourself in my situation, you would not want some other insurance!Thank you State Farm. Let me tell yall! Husband and I have been paying a ridiculous amount for our vehicle insurance. Grant hooked us up! Saving $100 a month now.
