This is, I think, the first time my heating maintenance check was just before the season! I appreciate that! The prior times, were well into the season or after. That went for my AC as well. I hope all future checks will be before I have to use it. Service guy was efficient and polite.

Steadfast has excellent service! Our air went out during the night. I called Steadfast at 1:00 A.M expecting to leave a message. To my surprise a very friendly and helpful agent answered my call. She took my information and advised someone would contact me later in the morning. Again to my surprise, a Technician called me at 7:00 A.M. and arrived at my home by 7:30 A.M. He was very polite and professional. He quickly identified the issue and had my issue resolved within an hour. Awesome Job Steadfast!!

The technicians arrived 30 minutes early to the scheduled appointment when I was not home, leaving a note to reschedule a later date on my front door. They tried to reschedule for the following day, but I told them I already rescheduled work to be on time for their visit today. They were also unwilling to come back out today to correct their error. I will be finding ac services elsewhere. It is disheartening working with a company that does not respect time and show understanding that people have commitments to their own jobs as well.

I purchased a Trane XL16i from Stedfast Heat and Air in June of 2015. This is the 2nd unit I have purchased from Stedfast. It has been unusually cold and I noticed the unit was running constantly and never reaching the target temperature. I talked to Jessica at Stedfast around 10am on a Friday. At 3 pm Kenneth showed up as scheduled, quickly diagnosed the problem. The thermostat wasnt engaging the auxillary heat. After a quick installation of a new thermostat it was heating perfectly. Not only was Kenneth courteous and professional he gave me a crash course on how the unit operated how to detect a problem early. Im very pleased. I appreciate Jessica getting a tech out on the same day and I appreciate the work Kenneth performed.

Our air conditioning stopped working on a hot Saturday in July. I called Steadfast Heat & Air. Jackie took my number and told me I would be hearing from a technician soon. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Chad. He quickly worked us into his schedule and had our unit working again within 30 minutes of his arrival. Steadfast worked with the warranty on our unit for parts and charged a very fair price for labor and the weekend visit. I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Came out after I wanted a second opinion when the contractor my warranty sent out tried to tell me parts weren’t available to fix my unit and the entire unit would need to be replaced with a huge out of pocket cost to me. Troubleshot the problem and found the part available in less than half an hour. Glad I gave them a call instead of just blindly trusting the dishonest company that originally checked it out.

Called Stedfast for a second opinion and quote for a new AC/Furnace system. They were on time for the appointment for the quote and was very professional and not pushy at all. Gave the facts and let me decide. On install day they were on time to the minute and were very professional about wearing masks and cleaning up afterwards.

After initial purchase of our home (used), they were called out to repair old unit, which wasnt cooling.After 2 years, the old unit finally broke. It only lasted those 2 years because Stedfast was able to keep it working. They installed a new outside unit, new inside coils and reran and placed a new thermostat (properly I might add).Not going to lie here, the new outside unit has had some hiccups, but they have come out promptly and have worked diligently to find out the issue. As with all mechanical, technical, assembly and quality control issues with new or old systems, there will sometimes be something that just plain doesnt work correctly. That being said, the hiccup continues and so does Stedfast. They have a game plan that Im happy to hear about. BTW, Ive seen these techs many times in the last few months and have welcomed them into our family!!!

Over the years I have relied on Cabot’s own Stedfast Heat & Air to install and service my HVAC units. They respond quickly, have very courteous and helpful office personnel, and friendly, professional technicians who show up on time and get things back on track. Chad was here today (even got here early!). My A/C went out yesterday and I had no problem getting on their schedule for today. Seriously, a great company and I highly recommend them. They also have annual HVAC contracts you can get so they come out before Winter/Summer to make sure everything is working properly.

Logan was knowledgeable about all the questions I asked and serviced our heat/air unit efficiently. He left materials pertaining to the questions I asked and recommended solutions. He was polite and courteous. Thank you for sending Logan our way. We look forward to seeing him again in the summer.

We have always been pleased with the service, and quality technicians that come out. However this time the technician did not wear a mask when entering our home, and did not even ask if he should wear a mask to enter our home. You never know if there may be a person in the house that is a high risk for contracting COVID-19.

I had the ac go out at my property and called them for a repair. Tech came out and said I needed a new replacement for $3450. I called another hvac guy and he went out and changed to parts needed for $300. Beware of this company. Also had to pay the tech who didn’t do anything but misquote the job $86.

AC went out at 6 pm Friday. Logan came the next day, explained the problem, and told us the approximate price. He was pleasant and cheerful. He was also very professional.

The technician I dealt with was not very professional, mislead me on numerous occasions, left a baffle off of my condenser so that it now sounds like an explosion when it stops, and didnt bother properly joining wires, I had to go out in the rain to tighten wires so my condenser would come on. Very unprofessional, and honestly I feel like they took advantage of the lack of experience on my part.

Nice to see a fellow veteran working for company, great service, on time, and friendly, would highly recommend.

Technician told me that he would be a couple of hours to see me. After 3 hours and no call, I called the technician and he said it would be a couple more hours. When I asked for a time he gave me a quote of 5 hours later, completely contradicting. When I called the company and complained about the experience, no apology was given only that the message would be relayed. Poor customer service

Every since I’ve purchased the heating and air units STEDFAST has been on top of their maintenance. It may cost a bit per year for service, but it’s well worth it, and keeps things running smooth. I think of it as an “insurance” for my heating and air. In the long run, it’s much cheaper than replacing a unit. The “Trane” units that were installed are the best in the business. Every HVAC service person has been professional and thorough. They check everything, and make sure any issues are remedied. Logan was great today, he spent a full hour servicing the whole system. My home stays the temp it’s supposed to.

He knew what the problem was quickly and had the parts. He checked my warranty upon request and let me know what was covered and for how long. We appreciated the work he did.

Logan was very personable and fixed our problem without much out of pocket expense. Would definitely hire again.

Michael and Billy did a great job installing my new unit. They showed when they said they would, very nice and polite. Explained how new unit works and cleaned any mess that was made. A fuse of all things. Service Call and Replacement Fuse $110.00, seemed high for just a fuse ($20.00), but many thanks to him and Stedfast Heat and Air, would recommend, and will use again. Everything was fine today. I am questioning the time spent (labor Chg) on todays work. Understand it takes longer sometimes but time to determine problem seemed to be extra long. Had a coolant leak, added five lbs. Wondering since this was just checked last fall if that could have leaked that much. Bill was extremely high.
