Called at 1230 to give an update of arrival time so I wasnt waiting around. Showed up as stated wearing mask. Text before he arrived.Very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and clean work area as he repaired my appliance. Took time to explain questions I asked and even showed me how to take door off for easier cleaning If i wanted to in the future.

Told I could use a coupon from online support then was told i could not on the day of. Also, extreme pressure to make a decision on the spot or face additional charges in the future. Would not allow us time to discuss before making our decision. Cost 150% more for labor than the parts. Will not use in the future and would not recommended for service.
