I was walking by yesterday and saw about ten people exercising in a small space without masks, during the height of the pandemic. This is unacceptable and very unsafe for not only the people who were there but everyone they come in contact with. Disclaimer: I have never entered the building or given this company my business.

Kinetic is so fun! In 45 minutes the coaches lead us through a great workout and help with form! Its a fast-paced and friendly atmosphere. I recommend Kinetic to anyone looking for strength and cardio workouts. The program and finisher are different every day. The coaches also motivate us to work hard while having fun. Great involved and encouraging coaches. Even though the work outs are only 45 minutes, they are tough. Great variety and all levels of fitness can finish the workout with a sense of accomplishment.

I trained with Casey for months. I have had a lot of trainers in my life and nobody has the care and the attention to detail like him. He is calculated, customized, and breaks the mold of conventional and other modern gyms. Casey brings results that you want, not results made for you on a white board, and app, or DVD. Highly recommend to anyone serious about results.
