Awesome customer service, really nice girl in the front. Weightlifting machines are old as are the pulley system weight towers. Minimal attachments. Rogue room is cool I know that equipment isn’t cheap. The sauna is a wet sauna not dry which require bathing after. Hot tub is down.

The facility is nice and the front desk staff are delightful. The functional fitness area, while it does have almost exclusively Rogue equipment and some nice accessory pieces, overall it leaves much to be desired if you are attempting a CrossFit type workout. If you are anything but 5’5” don’t expect to use the rig for any gymnastics, and if you do watch out below the stall mats (which are comically upside down) are precariously placed just waiting to twist an ankle. Which also make any bench pressing inverted wether you like it or not. If you do any gymnastics with a kip there are only a few spots where you won’t collide with the plate racks (Edit: the racks have been shifted making more bars available for kipping safely). There is no erg of any kind in the functional fitness space. There are two poorly maintained rowers upstairs, making any use of them within a workout challenging and frustrating. The positive is that no one expects you to put your equipment away, you can leave it out right where you used it. There is only one 15kg bar, so if you are female and unlucky enough to get there with anyone else is using it, you get the 20kg bar, hopefully your hook grip is strong.

If they had the sauna and hot tub working it would be better. Other then that its a great place to go.

Its definitely a great place to workout and have fun at the same time. But most importantly, youve come to the right place. Well especially, if youre only coming there for 1 important reason!!! And that is to workout and become a better Healthier YOU!!! Because wouldnt that be the reason why you decided to get a Health club membership at the first place??? Awesome gym. Great prices. They have a weight room, huge cardio room, cross fit room, basketball court, and racquetball/volleyball courts. Theres also a track. Theres saunas and hot tubs in both locker rooms.

Is a good place to go

This place was a big hit for a bus load of band kids for state tournaments needing something to do. There was something for everyone!!
