Rude beyond rude . Ppl wont go back

The owner was rude to me the second I walked in when I asked her a question about the gel samples. The guy who gave me a fill was nice but my nails ended up being uneven and chunky. I paid and even left the guy a tip even though I was dissatisfied. I sat in the car and observed my nails and realized that I shouldn’t of paid 40 dollars for this and I went in and told them I was dissatisfied. The lady yelled at me in front of everyone in the salon and said “He did a good job!!” They fixed the one nail that was unbelievably chunky but the rest is just not good. Very unprofessional and rude.

I went to Tyler for almost a year. He is very talented but very rude and unprofessional. I have had many instances of him treating me rudely. He will get very frustrated with you quickly, and can say hurtful things. I missed an appointment with him after having a very busy and hard week, I had lost both of my grandparents, and he called me rude and “so irresponsible” and told me he would not take me anymore as a client. I understand not wanting to take me as a client again, but degrading me as a person was beyond rude and now I would not recommend this salon or him. Very talented, very hardworking but not very kind.

I went a few days ago. They were very clean and friendly. I went in as a walk in and they were able to take me right away. I got a dip manicure and it looks amazing.

Best nail salon in Butler. Ive been going here for 3 years and wouldnt go anywhere else. The salon is always very clean. They are busy. So its best to make an appointment

These people are rude! I received a gift certificate from my niece for $75! I have been their twice and turned away. When I tried to make an appointment I was told they couldn’t get me in all day! No one was in the waiting area! They will take your money, but they don’t want to give you service! I would not recommend this salon to anyone! There are so many salons in Butler that smile when you walk in and bend over backwards to accommodate customers! Not this place! Go somewhere else!

The base of my nails was way to wide and the nails weren’t the right size. within two days my real nail was coming off (extremely painfully) with the acrylic. the nails were also way too thick. at least the two employees that did my nails were inexperienced. some stuff also got mixed up with how i wanted them because i couldn’t understand them

Went for a fill because my regular salon was closed. Made my nails were way too thick and the weren’t shaped all the same. The employees are not very friendly and the prices are on the high side for the area.

If I can give less than one star I would. I dont typically complain but they are the worst establishment Ive ever went to.

2 nails fell off within 24 hours and 3 of my fingers are really sore and swollen around the nail several days later. Bad work all around.

First time I went there with my daughter it 5pm they dont close till 7pm no one was in the waiting area and they said they dont have time for us today , today we thought we would give them another try 11am on a Friday and again turned down and said they dont have time for us today beyond furious no manners I dont recomend this ridiculous place
