This is a long review, but please read it all. I booked an appointment at this salon for myself and one other person. I explained on the phone that I wanted a gel manicure with pretty simple nail art, and the other person needed a full set of acrylics. The man on the phone said it would be no problem, and he gave us a time slot. We ended up waiting well over 45 minutes after our appointment time (we arrived about 10 minutes early as well) before even being spoken to by anyone. There was a man working who was rather unfriendly to us when we were finally taken to the back of the salon. They told my friend they didnt have time to do the full set of acrylics we were booked for, so she had to do something else. I was also told they didnt have time for gel, so I had to do regular polish. Luckily my friends nails ended up nice, but my nail design looked rushed and sloppy when done (lines were very uneven and see-through). Ive attached both what my nails looked like & what I showed the nail tech. We were so rushed out of the salon that my nails didnt have time to fully dry, and I accidentally bumped one while getting into my car. I ended up paying $35 (plus a tip) for regular nail polish with a sloppy design, which is not what I went in for. I wont be returning.

The nail tech Emily is really good I dont like getting basic gel manicures so we do different styles and colors everytime! I get so many compliments on my nails.

We were the last appointment of the day at 6:30 and they close at 7. They stayed open until 9 to finish up my friend and I’s nails and they look absolutely amazing. Very amazing staff and a wonderful homey atmosphere

We came in for the first time traveling through. We both got a deluxe pedicure and it was fantastic! The nail techs here are so nice and do a very thorough job. I hope we get to come back through here again one day!

The shop is beautiful, and clean, with a really nice atmosphere. The employees are phenomenal, and very kind. They do an amazing job with nails and pedicures!

Why make an appointment because it doesnt guarantee that you will get in at that time. Currently waiting 35 minutes PAST my appointment. This is what makes me angry with this place.

I went there one time and sad to say that I will not go back. I took a friend and she brought her daughter. They both just got gel paint. She paid 25 for her daughter and I had to pay 35 for her. How does that make sense when it was the same thing. They ripped me off. And charged me 78 dollars for a set that was atrocious. She cut them into the wrong shape and I couldnt even have the shape I wanted afterwards. There were huge bumps in the acrylics. And I was there for over two hours. Definitely dont go here if you want anything advanced or detailed because they cannot do it.

Great quality of work, and very clean! Vani did my nails and she took her time and they turned out great! I got a gel-mani and a gel-pedi! I would definitely go back there from now on!

I went there today on 3/4/16 and I was honestly surprised with how nice and polite the people were. I had my puppy with me and they all were nice about it. They played with him and enjoyed his company even after he made a patie on a floor. The ladies who did my and my husbands nails did a perfect job!!!! I was pampered and I was enjoying my services provided to me by these beautiful people! My nails rock today and I am very happy :)

They do great work and my nails look nice for a long time...they are always busy so make an appointment so you do get the best service.

I now go to Misty Nails. Cindy does my nails every 2 weeks and they are always thin and beautiful! She is always giving me little tips about this or that. Salon clean and clear of any clutter. I go during the week, in the evening, and i never feel rushed. Its like Im the only appt she has that day.Im a lifer at Misty Nails!

I had an amazing experience here! The people were so pleasant and very kind! The wait was a little long even though I had an appointment, but it was worth it considering the results.

My mom and I made appointments for pedicures at 11 and we got here at 10:50, sat and waited for 25 minutes and then sat in the pedicure chairs for over 45 minutes waiting for someone to even acknowledge us. i had to work at 1 and wasn’t sure i was going to make it. absolutely ridiculous. should not have to wait like this when appointments were made a week in advance.

These ladies are absolutely fantastic! Love each of them and their work is always spot on!

My, oh Mai! I just had the best pedi Ive ever had. There were moments when Mai was a wee bit - and I do mean just a wee little bit - aggressive on cleaning up my previous pedicure from ages ago, but the end result is super pretty. And that little massage they give you with scrubby stuff? That was the absolute best massage Ive gotten during a pedicure; no light weight pretend rub-the-stuff-around-and-slosh-it-off-massage, but a real massage- it-in-and-rub-your-feet-massage. I really felt pampered and rejuvenated. Thank you, Mai!

They do a horrible job. Waste of money. VERY RUDE and ignorant nail techs.

Did a great job doing my Mothers nails. One thing I would recommend is they speak English all the time when working in the public place.

First time having mani and pedi, price not bad. Dont have anything to compare it with.
