Ive been driving for Sharco for almost 6 years now and can honestly say theyre a great group of people to work for. Sharco is a family owned and operated company that truly cares about the needs, concerns & well-being of their employees. They know the importance of keeping their equipment updated not only to insure timely pick up and delivery of freight for their customers, but also for the safety of the driver and the public. I wish I could give Sharco more than 5 stars. They have been a dedicated partner of ours for more than 5 years and they never EVER miss a shipment. Sometimes they run late of course (its trucking) but they always communicate and keep me in the loop. I love working with David, Bianca, and the rest of the team. Keep up the awesome job.

Wish I could give a 10 star rating.Been driving for 20 years, here for almost 4. Has been by far the best company I have ever worked for. The whole company is there for you and if need be I can contact George, the owner. Not many trucking companies you can do that at. I plan on driving here until I retire as long as they will let me.

The owner George goes the extra mile to take care of his drivers. Dave, Alex and all of the office staff are very professional and do everything they can to not only make the drivers feel at home but also the customer. They also make sure the drivers paychecks are very big. I couldn’t have found a better company to driver. I have been with the company for six months and have to say it’s nice to be recognized for hard work that you put in. There is an amazing support system in place and we are always looking for ways to improve in our day to day operations. As the new guy I was made to feel at home from day one. There is always bumps in the road and the character of a person or company is shown in how they handle those bumps. Sharco is a dedicated company with the most kind, caring drivers. Our weekly driver Garland, picked up freight from the McAllen location during the bad winter weather, he returned home hearing of the all the situations we were facing here with water shortages, When he came to pick up our freight the following week- he bought 8 cases of water and drove down from MI. He was concerned our employees needed water, so he bought a case for each of them. Abusing Carrier411 reporting.Here is a details of they operation:Very unfortunately, we have gotten to huge mistake when have booked expedited run with SHARCO LOGISTICS LLC.Freight wasnt ready at the shipper, so our team had to wait 4 (!) hours to get loaded in North Georgia. Finally we got loaded there and hit the road!SHARCO LOGISTICS had listed wrong Carrier name and address at our load confirmation. Our dispatcher have asked a dozen times to update Carrier info on a load confirmation, so our pay-check won’t get lost.SHARCO LOGISTICS were simply ignored, pushing our team drivers to delivery even that they got loaded 4 hours later.Next morning, our team drivers have freight delivered expedited freight to Toledo, Ohio without a single issues.But! Instead of thank our team for superior delivery service performed SHARCO LOGISTICS HAVE unlawfully reported Fraudulent activities and “Freight hostage” to CARRIER411 trucker portal against our Company, doing that ruining our business and blocked us from other good brokers!for what? Reported Fraudulent activities for PU on time and on time delivery? for updated Carrier Info asked? for team drivers run direct?Freight have NOT been stolen, damaged or delayed to destination!What was fraudulent done there? where we held freight as the hostage?in our truck while in transit to destination? or at truck stop while getting fuel and breakfast? Does your reporting make any sense?Also route modification were reported. If i could give them a zero i would. Alex the owners son is extremely rude. has no respect for his dispatchers and doesnt value his customers or carrier base at all. He was yelling and cursing at his dispatcher while i was on the phone with him. The issue we had with them was much worse, on the end of a dispatcher error (on there side)that we rectified for them, completely took a loss for them. he had no business getting in the middle of the whole ordeal but he did anyway, made him self look like a complete loser. for the future Alex, let your workers work, and let the professionals handle serious issues. You will be better off.

You will be told to drive illegal, asked to cover for a missed load, and told to just throw the daily log away. The truck had headlight problems owner said to drive with high beams on.. really..2 points and a big fine. Being a company owner you would think he would know this..Turned the load down because I was not going to do that. They care more about the loads than their drivers.. Had the flu and called in. Owner said they had nobody to cover the load I had to take it just take a Tylenol.. really!!.. Drove for a week with a bad front wheel bearing. Owner said to keep putting fluid in it. That should have been a sign about the company... The company not only puts their drivers lives in danger, but everyone elses who is on the road. Turning company into DOT... And there is no pre planned loads you have to sit and wait..

I have been with Sharco since April. Ive been in transportation done 1987 and a driver since 2000. This is the best company I have worked for in all of that time!
