Make sure you have Plenty of time on your log for the day! 47 min to wait in line with 4 people to drop off a load and bobtail out!! The slowest most incompetent people ever to work for GM.. The manager of Shipping and Receiving should have been Fired Months ago! 5 people behind the glass all looking at their cell phones while 1 person actually does something! Multi billion dollar company with no sense of leadership what so ever! Absolute JOKE of a place!!!!!

INTERNATIONAL LOADS: If they send u to the far end of the building you might have a difficult time because this place is by far the pickiest place I been to so save yourself time and remember to stop by the first office to pick up a tracker if youre dropping an mt.if u just follow their rules you can be in and out real quick. Big lot and nice restrooms.

Ahh, recently received a convoluted email from one of their XPO employees pertaining to processing our BOL. The company I serve, only sends them 2 shipments (two boxes total) per a year. The amount of hoop jumping and rabbit holes we encounter is phenomenal.During the COVID year, it has been exponentially difficult. The two boxes worth of product does not need a third party intervention to process an ASN. Simply tell us what WebEdi/application and we will do it. Almost makes the transaction worthless.When submitting a response to the XPO, Associate, she was belligerent in her retort that signified her lack of knowledge pertaining to the overall process. GM may end up losing additional suppliers, if they receive similar correspondences.

They waste your log time. Takes forever to get in through the security check. Truck lined up to Donegal st. After they need u to drop your trailer on their packed chaos yard. The worst GM routine Ive seen so far.

Its a new shipper receiver and services excellent. And then out quickly on a pre-loaded trailer.

If you come here be prepared to be totally and completely confused. I checked in at the shipping officeand then proceeded to drive around and go to four different docks that I had to back into for nobody to know where my loas was supposed to go! Finally when I reached my fourth dock they were nice enough just to unload me and take it were needed to go!

This is a great place to learn how being confused about where an individual stand as far as class differences is concerned in the work place can really bring out the worse in people!! No unity within the Union and very poor leadership as far as management. Its like the wild wild West in there!! Horrible work place and atmosphere!!
