I stopped here after first stopping at another cell phone repair place closer to home. The other business wanted $40 to clean out the lightning port in my iPhone. I came to Tech doc and they did it for free!! The customer service guy was great, he was super quick with the job, and very friendly. Highly recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE. this place within the Burnsville mall does not stand by their work. I replaced a phone screen on my IPhone here and it was not installed correctly, causing the screen to randomly select buttons on my phone multiple times throughout the day. I took it back once to get screen adjusted. This fixed the issue for about a day then began to occur again. It never started to work correctly. Then the screen fell onto CARPET about 1.5 feet high and the screen shattered. The cheap,$1 screen protector above the screen didnt have a mark but the supposedly $90 screen itself shattered. Called his company again to get it repaired a 3rd time and he did not stand by his work saying it was my fault and he would only replace it with a stronger screen for $200. DO NOT COME HERE. Go to one of the certified reputable locations.

Staff was kind and friendly I got my phone screen repaired and purchased headphones from tech-doc. Both of them work well. Prices were affordable for a good quality.

This place is great. I brought in a broken iPad and got a very fair price and much faster repair time then other places. The pricing is great because they like to stay competitive. What really made me choose them was them seemed very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Something we cant take lightly these day. I highly recommend you to visit and use them for all your broken electronic issues.

Screen and battery replacement only took a little over an hour. Works like a dream now. Much better deal than buying a brand new phone.

We drive from Wisconsin to this store whenever we need to make mobile device , accessory purchases and fix phone . The store is usually busy but the staff is efficient, knowledgeable, and customer focused. The one time I had an issue (which was really more with AT&T), They went above and beyond to make it right.

Do NOT take your smart phone to this butcher for screen repair in the Burnsville Mall! And if you do, do NOT hand over your phone and walk away while he fixes it! First of all this guy uses about $15 screen replacement that you can buy on Amazon - he gets a credit when he returns your broken screen. And we all know how much these darn screens cost to replace! Sydney cracked the screen on an iPhone 5s and he replaced the screen for $89. When she got the phone back the camera didnt work anymore. So she went back and he made an adjustment then it seemed to work, but then the phone would no longer vibrate and the screen itself was spotty from underneath and more... So I went back with her a few days later ... He does not guarantee his work - and tried to blame his shotty work on her cracking the screen to begin with. We demanded a refund which he did but only after he took his screen back off and handed me my phone in pieces. I took my phone over to an apple certified repair store and found out that the issues lied in the fact that this company replaced my 5s parts with 5c parts. The LCD back plate was not for my phone! He STOLE MY PHONE PARTS!

Horrible experience. Had 2 IPhones replaced. One had a glitch so I brought it back.Waited and watched the coworker vape next door for literally 90 minutes. He and a customer test over 25 vape flavors. It was the worst experience in customer service that I have ever experienced. The kid that worked their was more interested in smoking then working. This place runs 1 stores and 2 kiosks.Stay away.

I bought my phone craigslist the screen was damage I texted him, he replied and scheduled a time for me to come and drop the phone over promptly . I left my phone, and in less than 40 minutes if it were brand new! He was quick and professional.and i asked about unlock service because i want to use differnt carrier and he unlocked and he offered me a 60 day warranty. SO much better than the bureaucracy and difficulties of the apple store.

Avoid at all costs and got o Zagg, right across from him.Hasan fixed the broken screen on my iPhone 6. When I got it back there was a ghost line near the bottom. At first he didnt admit it but then I pointed it out directly and he took it to fix it. When I got it back it had been corrected. After a day or so I noticed the home button was loose and would dig in deep on each press. After taking it back to him he said theres nothing that can be done about that. Didnt even offer to try and look at it.I took it to Zagg afterward which they fixed and put a new gasket. They discovered that Hassan had messed up 2 ways: 1-used heat to open the iPhone and warped the button and 2-left only HALF a gasket. Over time it could get dirt in there and ruin the button if its not well sealed.It was $30 cheaper than apple but not worth the hassle. Read the other reviews and believe them.
