I had the camera unit replaced on my phone after it was badly scratched. Was overall happy with the service. I have a suggestion. The phone was passed back to me loaded with smudges all over. I get that it has to be handled to work on but it would be more professional to just wipe down the phones when they are ready for the customer. Thanks!

Ive been here twice for phone repairs ( a replacement battery and a dirty charging port), both of which they were able to help with same-day service. My new battery was swapped into my phone in less than an hour, and when I brought my phone in a second time with concerns that it wasnt charging, they cleaned the charging port free-of-charge and I was in and out of the store in two minutes. Now my phone charges perfectly.

I stopped in for an iPhone charge port that didnt work. I called around and everyone said it would cost $80+ to fix. Owner smiled and said he was sure he could take care of it and quickly took his tool and pulled out the lent in the port and... waaa laaa - it was fixed! He was so nice and quick and didnt charge me a penny! Hes honest and professional!

My mother had been referred to CPR Eden Prairie for her phone by Best Buy and had a pleasant experience with them. She had her battery replaced, but it needed to be ordered. She had inquired about my phone since she knew I was having trouble with mine and had been contemplating just buying a new phone.Not believing that CPR Burnsville would have my battery in stock I stopped in today to see about how long it would take to get one ordered. Lo and behold, they had one in stock and could get it done in an hour! I hadn’t planned on it, but decided to go ahead and get it done now. CPR is about 30 minutes from my home, so I had to find something to do. I found out I’m lost without my phone when I’m away from home with nothing to do!CPR Burnsville got it done in under an hour. I stopped back after 50 minutes and they came right out with it. It wasn’t fully charged yet; I’m guessing if I had given them the full hour it might have been, that’s my fault. I’m very satisfied with their service and am considering bringing in a PC that no longer works in (don’t know cost to fix and haven’t asked)!!

My daughter somehow snapped off the tip of her charging cord for her iPad Mini. I was hopeful that the professionals at CPR could help out and stopped in after work today. Thanks to Nathan, he was able to remove the broken cord tip, everything was still functional and my daughter was able to be reunited with her beloved iPad. The best part was that they didnt charge me anything for their efforts!I also discovered that they can cut custom Zagg screen protectors so Ill be stopping back in to get a new screen protector put on in order to help support them.

I cannot say enough fantastic words about my experience at Burnsville CPR! My IPhone screen turned white. No idea why, but it hindered my ability to transfer data from the Iphone to a new Iphone. All my apps and work happen on my phone. I also discovered that saved passwords are not helpful when I cannot get into the phone so I was also blocked out on my IPad. I was stuck. My business was being interrupted and not having a cell phone in today’s society is not easy. After several calls and visits I discovered Apple and Verizon could not help. Nathan at CPR not only helped, but he fixed the problem, got all the data onto my new phone, took extra care to set up my ICloud so the problem (lack of access to my data) wouldn’t happen again and double checked that each app worked before I left. Amazing service and CPR was able to accomplish what Apple and Verizon said could not be done.

We took the tablet in on 8/1/2020 and waited, I estimate, 2.5 weeks for the part to arrive. I was then told by Nathaniel that when installing the part, the part was damaged and another part would have to be ordered and installed. It has been another 1.5 weeks and no contact has been given us on the status of the installation. The only contact made has been we contact them and ask what is going on. This is INCREDIBLY poor customer service and we are EXTREMELY displeased with the service, rather, lack of service we have experienced.

My daughter has diabetes and her following device failed (iPod) while at school and we urgently needed it fixed or replaced so we could monitor her glucose. This location quickly found a solution for me so we could feel at ease. They were all so kind. This location even fixed my 6 year olds new gizmo watch when the pin fell out of the band. I took my phone into CPR yesterday with a charging port that was not working. I had previously taken it into a different store that repairs cell phones and had been told that 90% of the time when they change a charging port, the screen has to be replaced, so it would be a bill of $250 because the charging port needed to be replaced. Since I didnt have it in the budget for that at the time, I went ahead and bought a much cheaper refurbished phone. Now months later, on a whim, I decided to take it in for a second opinion to CPR. Within five minutes he had the port cleaned out and my phone was working again. The charging port was just dirty. It didnt need to be replaced after all. They charged me nothing for the service. Jade was extremely helpful and proficient! I will definitely be using this service again in the future! You just dont find service like this every day!

Cracked my screen on my brand new lg v30. Went in got my screen fixed looked flawless. Thing was my gps wasnt working. Must of been a detective screen. Brought it back in, and they hooked me up. I setup an online appointment and was able to get help as soon as I arrived at the store. My LCD and screen were both cracked so my phone was ultimately useless since I couldnt scroll or swipe except for a very small band on the bottom of my screen. I had a Galaxy S8 and they happened to have the screen and LCD in stock at the store. The CPR Cell Phone Repair rep Jade assisted me, and got me in and out in of the store in 15 minutes and let me know the repair would take him about 2 hours. Sure enough a couple hours later the phone was done! Jade did an awesome job and my phone looks like new and is working awesome again! The screen and LCD replacement did cost a bit more than I was hoping but considering I didnt have a repair plan and didnt want to buy a new phone, it is what it is... overall though CPR did a awesome job of getting my phone back to me fast and in great condition. I would recommend them to anyone needing a phone repair.

I have a 2-year-old Pixel XL that wasnt holding a charge the way it once did. Its a sealed phone with no access to the battery other than using a heat gun to loosen the adhesives grip within. Im happy to pay someone who knows what theyre doing to do the job. CPR offers a fair and quick turn-around (usually less than 2 hours) for this repair.

I just got my note 8 battery replaced and afterward the fingerprint sensor didnt work so I took it back in and the guy there (forgot his name) opened the phone back up to make sure everything was connected. Restarting the phone ended up fixing the issue but i appreciate the costumer service and how he was ready to take care of the customer.

I thought I would have to buy a new phone, but they were able to replace my battery and now it works fine again! They warned me up front that because of the model of phone, there was a risk of the screen breaking when they replaced the battery, so I was prepared to pay for a screen replacement as well, but it ended up not being necessary. Would definitely recommend!

The glue on my Note 10 was failing, the back came off easily. Nathaniel removed the old tape/glue and put new on. He charged nothing, NOTHING.He will get my familys business as long they exist

Told me a repair was going to cost $400+ when I found out I could just get it repaired at a different store for less than $30.

They saved my phone! I went in to get a new charging port because my phone wouldn’t charge (expecting to pay $60-$100). When I got in, the staff took my phone to the back, cleaned out the charging port (it had a lot of lint in it), and when they brought it out and plugged it into the charger, it worked instantly! Will definitely be back and refer everyone to this place for any phone repairs.

I inherited my sons iphone 7. The speaker and microphone did not work. I called a competitor and was told they didn’t do that kind of repair. They were good enough to tell me to contact CPR. CPR charged me a $65 diagnostic fee with no promises. They said it would take a week-10 days to repair. They sent it to there store in Hudson, Wi. It took 2 weeks, but so far the phone works as new.

Phone was shattered, took it in and Corey greeted me right away. He said it would take about an hour to fix and he lied, it only took 30 minutes!!! :) Great Service, very quick, phone looks brand new.

I came in expecting to have to pay a minimum of $70 to get a battery replaced in my wifes phone. I was called and told the problem was fixed with just a little cleaning of the charging port, and the phone was ready to pick up. When I asked what I owed, I was told no charge. I could have easily been charged for something I didnt need, but that didnt happen. Any time in the future when I have issues, Ill be driving the hour from Owatonna to have CPR Cell Phone Repair help me out.

Paid 55$ for them to give my broken phone back after almost 3 weeks. Waste of time and money, just get a new phone with a warranty.

Did an amazing job the first time they repaired a phone I had, then upon getting my second phone repaired just for a cracked screen made it worse by the display not working but the screen fixed, which inherently is a waste of money and made matters worse. So now I’m down $116 in the drain with a phone that has no display but a fixed screen. Now I have to get a new phone.

My iPad better was running low and running down quickly so I asked at one battery place in Eden Prairie, got referred to this company’s location in EP, who then suggested the Burnsville location for iPad batteries. The battery needed to be ordered, no surprise, no problem, but they got the work done quickly once it was in and so far it seems great. Time will tell.
