I had an awesome experience here recently. Previously my rentals have not been great, but the branch manager Kris was pleasant and patient when explaining my concerns. He took the time to walk through everything and make sure we were on the same page with everything! Jessie the assistant manager was also a delight to work with, you can tell these two really care about their business and customers!

I really dont want to go into a lot of detail as I know Ill just get the standard content telling me to call their customer service to resolve my concerns. As a company they push SUV rentals constantly. I requested a compact to midsized vehicle. I had just gotten into an accident where I was rear ended at an intersection and was getting a rental while my car was being fixed. I said I wanted a smaller car as thats what I was driving. During the checkout process I was asked if I thought my car was totalled. I said I didnt know and I hoped not. The associate brought me out to a Nissan Rogue. I said I wasnt going to drive an SUV. I then had to wait for a car to be ready. There was a dilemma with a battery sensor on one of the cars so I had to wait for another one. I then got asked about my car again and if they should look for a replacement for me. I was irritated because my was just driven to the shop and I didnt know what would happen. Im already anxious about getting back on the road for fear of being hit again and theyre already trying to sell me on a used car. I left near to tears with anger and frustration because the associate wasnt listening to me and kept pushing for a sale. There was no empathy. I wasnt asking for someone to feel sorry for me. I just wanted them to understand why I wouldnt want an SUV and to be patient until I heard back on the result of my car. Because of my experience I turned in my rental early because I hated being reminded of the experience. My car did wind up being a total loss. I did not consider enterprise for a used car and I will not consider them in the future for rentals.

They wouldnt take my debit card because it doesnt have a chip. They dont take cash. No one told me when I reserved a car or when they called me back to finish my reservation and to speed things up when I got there that I couldnt use my card and I told them what kind of card it is. I also told them I have cash. Who doesnt take cash? I would of given 0 stars but it made me choose at least 1. Worst customer service ever.

Booked a reservation online for 7 days for use during a family visit in March 2016. Ive rented from this location on several other occasions and just like those times, I was very satisfied. The rates are good, the car was fine, and the customer service was on point. I also appreciated their ability to drop me off back to my hotel. This is a convenient service to the customer. It is one of the easier places to get a rental. Just dont need all the extras to raise the cost. I have rented here a couple of times. Easy enough. Just each counter person is different. Some nice , some just a job. Yes, Ill probably rent here again.

I dropped off my vehicle at Lamettrys Burnsville today. I got a call yesterday to confirm time/place for needing a rental vehicle. I requested an AWD vehicle yesterday and when I went to schedule my vehicle at Lamettrys a week ago. Enterprise showed up with a Camry and asked me well why? when I requested AWD. Well because we live in MN and I currently drive an AWD vehicle? I was then given coverage options on the vehicle and told theres a minimum fee of $50 after they requested $200. No one communicated fees with me before reserving. I was also told that they would exchange the Camry for an AWD vehicle at my job. I have yet to receive contact about this. Im extremely irritated and will probably never use this service again.

Great experience as always. I recently had to rent a car due to a family emergency. My normal rental location did not have any cars available but worked to get me a car from another location about15 minutes away. The car was ready when I went to pick it up. During the trip the car developed a rather noticable vibration in the front of the car. I called the rental location and they helped find a nearby location for a replacement car. Swapping was quick and easy. I will definitely use Enterprise again.

The staff is friendly, fast and efficient. The office is very clean - adding an extra degree of professionalism. On our most recent visit we upgraded at a very low cost and were thrilled with the car we used. We are new in the area, from Green Bay, where we loved the Enterprise we regularly used. We just found our new favorite place to rent cars! They always offer rides, smile, and are very knowledgable about rates, cars available and terms of rentals. Well be going back soon!

Although it may not be these associates fault, we were never told by enterprise that we needed a major credit card to rent a vehicle. We are from Michigan traveling in an RV. My husband and I chose not to use credit cards. The nice driver picked us up at the rv Park to get the car to be told there that we couldn’t rent it. The associates did nothing to try to accommodate us. They were really quick to say he can take you back now. There was no β€œlet me see if we can help you find something”. It was pretty much β€œnope”. Enterprise you definitely let us down as we were excited to see the sights of Minneapolis.

I was picked up on time. Even though an unreasonable customer was being rude and loud. My agent took care of me. The other agent was being very respectful and considerate of the unreasonable customer.car was clean, full of gas. My agent got me out very quickly. I would say my experience was great. I needed to keep the car 1 extra day and it wasnt a problem. When I returned the car I didnt have a ride and was given a ride home without hesitation. I wouldnt hesitate to rent again or recommend this location.

Our vans serpentine belt snapped on the interstate and we were able to limp it into their parking lot.The staff were very helpful while waiting for a tow truck. And even though we didnt rent a car, one of the staff gave my family and I, a rid to the shop. (The tow truck only had room for 1 person)❀Thank you for all the help, from the bottom of our hearts. ❀

Ive had to pick a car up from this location a couple of times. And the service has been great. Why not give stars? One time I picked the car up, brought it home, brought down my luggage and found rotted food in the trunk. I didnt have time to bring it back, so I took care of it myself. When I brought the vehicle back I did say something and was given a free upgrade on my next rental (convertible by the way). Like I said, great service. They clean the outside of the vehicle, but dont check the inside.

I have been going to this location for years. These folks always go out of their way to make sure I got the vehicle I want/need. Since there appears to be different employees from time to time yet the service has not suffered, I assume this company has a solid training program for new employees and a clear vision on the type of customer service they want to give. I will go nowhere else for my car rental needs.

Customer Service were acceptable. I dislike Enterprises policy on return responsibility. I rented vehicle on a Sat. AM & return the same day at 5:15PM. According to associate, I was still responsible for the car, if something like hail had damaged the vehicle, until the following Tuesday, as they were closed on Monday, for Labor Day. Why should I be responsible for something I have no control over, just because Enterprise closes so early?

I requested a truck for the pick up bed hauling space. I figured it would be a smaller truck(f-150, Dodge 1500, Chevrolet 1500, or similar because thats what the website stated.) I showed up and they gave me an F-250 super duty diesel. Diesel fuel is quite a bit more expesnive. The truck bed was filled with snow and the enterprise rep offered to jump up and clear it out, but I was already in a hurry so I told them not to bother. It was shortly after a huge snow storm so its understandable.

Had two cars to select from...the one we selected the drivers seat wouldnt move. Didnt notice it until we were a ways down the road and needed to keep going, but this no smoke car reeked of smoke. Made my wife feel sick. Additionally, the change oil soon thing would pop up continuously. This started only about an hour into the rental. Very annoying. Not to mention it makes you wonder how well the car is maintained. The staff was great, just unhappy with the rental.

Called on a Friday and scheduled a week long rental covered by my car warranty to be picked up at 5:30 on Monday. Received a call at 5:15 Monday that they did not have a car for me but that they would check with a few other stores. At 5:45 I received a follow up that they were not able to find one and wouldnt be able to get one until Tuesday night at the earliest. Will not be attempting to rent from here again, and suggest if you are in need of a car on a specific date, that you check somewhere else as well.

This place is Horrible! The customer service was a mess, the prices were crazy over the top expensive compared to other rental places, and the location is half way next to impossible to get into if your coming east on 42. When you finally get there, there is nowhere to park either. They share a building with Commers Water. We had to go in there multiple times to try to get all the bills and addresses and and everything we needed to get a car but every time we went in there there was always a few more things that they forgot the mention and we had to run out again. They wont take cash even if you want to put a card on file. We had called them the day previous to reserve a car and get everything straightened out but whoever was on the phone gave us very bad information that totally goes against policy.. Go to the MSP airport only 15 minutes away to rent a car or go anywhere else because trying to get one here is like trying to get a gold bar from Fort Knox. It is just not going to happen and there is so much red tape up that unless you own the place, you are pretty much screwed. Besides that, the cars look very dirty and poorly maintained as well. I am a mechanic so I am not just talking out of my butt, I fix them for a living so you could consider me a credible source on the matter.

We used this terrible company until today. We return the car and realized we left Christmas lights in the trunk so we call only to realize they charged us for somking in the car...I dont smoke by the by. We go to talk to the girl who should have NEVER gotten the job in the 1st place about the charges. Who then starts to say how weed is illegal and a lot of other..unsmart things. She then yells at the top of her lungs to get out. My wife of course yells back. The girls cries and calls the police. We get the managers info that she said she didnt have only to talk to another kid, then car smelled horrible when u turned the heat on and was dirty when we got it, but it was last min so we said it was ok it was just a weekend. only to get a charge for cleaning up someone elses mess....the is a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company.....have them ensure no one before u has smoked in the car because they obviously hire uneducated individuals even at branch manager levels you will get no where but angry.
