Dont rent very often, and so our meeting seemed almost...serendipitous. Mohammed was welcoming, pleasant, engaging (all qualities you can anticipate in GA State U alumni!). The new Highlander rode like a dreamy magic carpet. Whole process was seamless. Found my go-to rental place here...Much respect from a fellow Panther. Cheers, Mohammed!

Would not recommend this place to anyone! The guy who answered the phone every time we called was short with us and extremely rude! I dont like writing reviews like this but when Im being treated like garbage it is fair to write a negative review. Asking him a simple question was like I was asking him for every favor in the world. Take your business elsewhere! DO NOT rent from here! Rude and incompetent staff!

Best services ever.. I had rented a car from this office, and I was very happy the services I got. I requested a family car and the I got the car I wanted & it was very clean and he gave me very nice discount. That was the best family vacation ever and I cant to rent from them again. The service here is fantastic. Always friendly and helpful. Never pushy with extras, and the cars are clean. Theyre usually the cheapest as well.Highly recommended.

Weve been coming to the Burnsville Avis location for a few years now. Weve always been very pleased with the service. The vehicles are always very clean when we pick up. The store manager/front-desk person is a very nice gentleman and very helpful. I highly recommend this Avis!

Whenever I need a rental, I will only go to the AVIS Burnsville, MN location. I have worked with Mohamed for several years and he is always extremely helpful and efficient. He works very hard at making certain that you are very satisfied and his service is TOPS! The location is easy to access and you are always greeted with a smile. Excellent service and cars are always clean and ready to roll.

They don’t take debit cards, very inconvenient if you don’t use credit cards

A horrible experience! What they promise isnt what they deliver. Be careful and watch for extra charges they try to slip in on your credit card after you return the vehicle.

I have been renting from Avis from the Burnsville, MN location and have had superior service. Cars are clean, friendly service and they are always prepared and I get my rental car very quickly with no hassle. Very pleased with the service!Paul

Check your receipt and the car you are renting as this place is full of dishonesty. I’ve rented a car from this location a few times and never had a great experience, but this last occasion was just plain terrible. When I arrived I was given a Nissan Rouge which was a nice free upgrade however the tire sensor light was on and the owner simply kicked the tires and said “it should be fine”. I was planning to drive 3 hours south in snowy conditions so I couldn’t accept “should be” and I ended up filling the tires myself, on a rental car I was paying for.The next issue was when the owner claimed he would “throw in” satellite radio for me. Well the satellite radio never worked, I called but still nothing so I just chalked it up to nothing since this was “thrown in”. A day later I get my receipt and I was actually charged $7.99 a day for this and it never worked!!! So $24 for no service.Finally, another item charged on my receipt was a GPS. I will admit I did accidentally check this box to include a GPS when booking the rental, but when asked at the rental counter I told the owner I did not need this and he supposedly took it off, well he didn’t. Another $7.99 per day added in extra charges for a service I didn’t receive.Overall this was not a good experience, I would recommend going elsewhere for your car rental needs.

I had tried to reach the Burnsville office directly also. It seems like it is a one man operation, which is OK. The national number actually performed very well. I was looking for an unlimited mileage program because I knew I would go over the allotted miles.The gentleman at national asked me where I was going, etc. He then worked up a great program that probably saved me $400 overall on the rental. The next surprise was the vehicle! 15 total miles on it! Very comfortable.The gentleman at the Burnsville location was very knowledgeable and had the car ready when I arrived. When I returned, very easy return. Will always come here from now on!

Reserved an SUV 2 weeks in advance, car not available on date and time asked for. Mgr. Said suv available in a few hours, and you did not ask for an SUV when you made reservation. Like I actually dont know what I rented. Sorry, I dont have that kind of time to waste.

Ive been calling them for over three hours today and they have not answered the phone. Every time I call I get transfered to a Mexico call center.Kind of hard to do business with a company that does not respond to phone calls
